If it is according to your thoughts, then it seems very beneficial for the northern region to be able to live in harmony with each other, to quell wars, and to resist the northern Mongols, etc. However, for the time being, due to the renovation of the great stupa in Nepal and other matters, I am not willing to go to the northern region. Originally, there is a prophecy that the northern Mongols will invade Tibet in the Iron Male Dog year (Tibetan calendar), and there are also differences in the order of time. One is the Iron Male Dog year (Tibetan calendar) a few years after the disturbances in U-Tsang in the Fire Sheep year (Tibetan calendar). In order to resist this, Guru (Padmasambhava) prophesied that a ceremony needs to be held in Mangyul Riwopal (Mangyul, place name; Riwopal, mountain name). In the Fire Sheep year (Tibetan calendar) and the Earth Monkey year (Tibetan calendar), for a total of nearly one year before and after, I myself worked hard to facilitate that ceremony. At that time, the prophecy said that the war of the northern Mongols could be delayed for twenty-five or thirty to thirty-seven years. After that, by holding ceremonies, there are ways to delay for many years. If the key to the ceremony goes wrong, like a misdiagnosis, bad things will happen quickly. Although there was such a saying, at that time I only told it to my trusted disciples, and it was not necessary for other people, so I did not say it. When I consulted some great people, if I received a "that's good" answer, I would be happy, but I do not desire worldly possessions, but am only swayed by the hints of others. However, the root of that ceremony at that time, and even now, if some of the rituals are not wrong, I think it can still be delayed for the time being. At the end of the Iron Ox year (Tibetan calendar), when I was in Do Kham (Do Kham, refers to Amdo and Kham), there was a prophecy that China would divide Tibet three times, and in the end, if one did not strive to practice the stages of the path, the northern Mongols would invade. Therefore, I think the third division may be about to happen again. After that, Tibet faces a very great danger from the northern Mongols. Also, in the Wood Rabbit year (Tibetan calendar), if the Tibetan king holds a ceremony like a patron and a beneficiary, and treasures are unearthed from Paro Taktsang (Paro, place name; Taktsang, Tiger's Nest Monastery), then Guru (Padmasambhava) prophesied that this would be a ceremony that would be beneficial to the patron and the beneficiary, and to the whole of Tibet, but some lamas from the north who were trusted by that great person said that this was fake, especially so-and-so and so-and-so colluded with people inside.

Because of this, even a simple greeting letter has not been received for several years, and it is difficult to report this situation. I am also very tired, so I have to let it be. Similarly, in order to eliminate obstacles to the life of His Holiness the Protector (Dalai Lama), according to the prophecy of Guru (Padmasambhava), the ritual was originally prepared, but during the changes of the Horse Year last year, it was completely cleared along with the offerings, and it was said: "Compared to the rituals of the three great monasteries, what is the greed of a single yogi!" Such things, I think it is better to avoid talking too much about. Especially now, it is too difficult for an old yogi who is about to die to accomplish a great thing that benefits the whole of Tibet. Therefore, I yearn to be able to propagate some rare Dharma lineages that I have heard before in a remote, quiet forest. If I can do it, that would be best. If I can't, I will practice; if I can't even practice, I will spend my days leisurely. Even so, it is not impossible to go to the upper regions (the Ali region of Tibet). If there is a situation where I have to go, then after the restoration project of Swayambhu (a famous stupa in Nepal) is completed, I will, with firm faith in the gods and the protector of beings (Dalai Lama), make further requests according to the situation at that time. As for my own wish, after the restoration project of the stupa in Nepal is completed, I hope to be invited by many small countries such as Dokham Gyalmo (the queen of the Dokham region) and Dege (Dege, Sichuan), and with the continuous dispatch of messengers from the monasteries in my hometown every year, I hope to go to remote areas, where I can feel comfortable and happy, and do my best to benefit Buddhism. In any case, once I arrive in Nepal, I will definitely report the situation in detail." He said this. This is actually because he had long wanted to restore the naturally formed great stupa—the Holy Shingkun (Swoyambhunath Stupa), but he had already revealed his thoughts at the beginning of the restoration, and for the benefit of Buddhism and sentient beings, he repeatedly delayed it with impartial altruistic activities. The so-called "patron" refers to the end of the Iron Sheep Year (the specific year needs to be verified), when he set off from Kyirong (Kyirong County, Tibet) to Nepal, and countless monastic and lay followers came to see him. A feast was held, and the Vajra Guru mantra (藏文:བཛྲ་གུ་རུ,梵文天城体:वज्रगुरु,梵文罗马拟音:Vajraguru,汉语字面意思:Diamond Master), the Hundred Syllable Mantra (藏文:ཡིག་བརྒྱ,梵文天城体:अक्षरसात,梵文罗马拟音:aksarasata,汉语字面意思:Hundred Syllables), and the Six-Syllable Great Bright Mantra Six Syllables) were recited.
