Mainly, it explains the examination of the fruit and the prevention of arising and ceasing regarding existence and non-existence. Fourth, mainly as explained in the Madhyamaka Two Truths, if multiple causes only produce one effect, then the previous eye sense does not produce the subsequent eye consciousness of the same kind, which would lead to all beings becoming blind. Therefore, multiple causes do not produce one effect. If multiple causes produce multiple effects, then the multiple causes such as seeds, water, fertilizer, warmth, and moisture do not produce one effect, but rather multiple effects. In that case, the fruit, the sprout of barley, would never be able to form. Because they are produced by multiple causes. One cause producing one effect is impossible in this world. Therefore, examine both cause and effect with the fourfold analysis of arising and ceasing to determine. Fifth, as stated in the Root Wisdom, "Whatever arises dependently," and "Whatever arises from conditions," etc., whatever Dharma of dependent origination, from form to omniscience, all Dharmas do not rely on a cause and condition and become self-established as real entities without cause in their own essence. If that is not the case, then it is necessary to rely on causes and conditions. Therefore, due to the key that it has no essence in itself, it relies on other causes and conditions, like reflections and the moon in water. In this way, the king of all reasoning, the great dependent origination, is determined. This statement is also a verbal record of the all-seeing great Khenpo Lama. The meaning of the four unique reasons of Prasangika. Homage to Manjushri Sharp). Here, I will briefly explain the meaning of the unique reasons of Prasangika. In the case of establishing the ultimate truth, the Svatantrika, in order to generate the view of realizing it in the mindstream of the opponent, presents a reason that is established by the three modes of valid cognition. The Prasangika, without applying a reason that is established by the three modes of valid cognition, but by stating the contradictions in what the objectivist himself has admitted, generates the view of realizing it in the mindstream of others. That is, the four or five reasons such as the Vajra Splinter that examines the cause, the Svatantrika considers to be the reason of the Svatantrika, while the Prasangika accepts it as the reason of the Prasangika. Other than that, there are no other unique reasons of Prasangika.

Although there are many statements in the Vinaya Pitaka and other texts, the well-known ones are: inference known to others, stating contradictions through prasanga, equality of reasons, and the unestablished which is the same as the thesis to be proven, these four. Firstly, inference known to others is when one establishes a thesis that is definitely accepted by the other party by means of a sign that is established in the eyes of the other party, along with the property of the subject and pervasion, and thereby refutes the other's position. For example, in the context of establishing the selflessness of a person entering the path, it is said, "The reason of non-origination harms one's own assertion." The non-Buddhist Samkhya school believes that there exists a self, a person of consciousness, which is permanent and substantial. They also accept that in their system, whatever is unborn does not exist as a real entity. The self, the person of consciousness, which you consider to be permanent and substantial, is the subject of debate. It is not permanent and substantial because it is unborn, like a flower in the sky. Thus, relying on such a reason that is established with the three modes in the eyes of the other party, one refutes the other's position, which is inference known to others. Stating contradictions through prasanga is when one refutes the other's position by imposing a contradiction, even though the property of the subject, pervasion, and elimination are established for the other party. That is, after stating the property of the subject or the reason that the other party has accepted, if that reason is valid, it would lead to the opposite of the other party's thesis. Therefore, by eliminating the other party's thesis, one refutes the other's position. For example, Acharya Buddhapalita said, "If things do not arise from themselves, then their arising would be meaningless, which would be extremely absurd." The Samkhyas believe that the effect, the things, already exist in the nature of the cause as their own essence. They consider that arising is merely the manifestation of what was previously unmanifest. So, how did Acharya Buddhapalita apply the prasanga of stating contradictions to them? A clay pot that exists at the time of molding, as a subject, your re-arising is meaningless because your essence is already established. For example,
