Because you are indivisible and one with the original great luminosity, it is said that although temporary delusions appear, there is not the slightest change from the true nature of reality. Regarding the reason why the faults spoken to some do not apply to one's own system: If merely the fact that the nature of reality is inseparable from suchness establishes the Buddha-nature, then wouldn't the fault of land, stones, etc., also becoming Buddhas fall upon oneself when one becomes a Buddha because it was previously selfless to others? I wonder if that's the question being posed. In response, it is not the case here that one is able to become a Buddha merely by being selfless. Generally, the term "lineage" is: As it is said in the scriptures, "If there is a realm, then by doing deeds, one will see the sal tree in bloom. If there is no realm, even if one does deeds, only afflictions will arise." Therefore, what is meant by realm or lineage is: What is being examined? If deluded sentient beings repeatedly cultivate the path, can they eliminate the two obscurations and give rise to a non-deluded Buddha? Examining whether or not this will occur, it is established as a faultless cause for the arising of that Buddha. Land, stones, etc., are appearances due to the power of the deluded mind, but the deluded mind does not arise due to the power of land, stones, etc. Therefore, the glorious Chandrakirti said, "Mind itself is the world of mind, and the various immeasurable container worlds." As it is said, due to the power of the mind accumulating karma, these appearances of land, stones, etc., arise. Therefore, if mind itself is established as a Buddha, then the external land, stones, etc., will not be superfluous, I think. Question 6: Mipham Rinpoche said that ultimate truth is not an object of knowledge, and Bodhisattva Lion establishes ultimate truth as an object of knowledge. How can this be understood? Answer 6: This question is also an important key that must be clearly understood in one's own system. Some people think that in Jamgon Mipham Rinpoche's commentary on the Prajnaparamita, it is said that ultimate truth is not an object of knowledge, and Bodhisattva Lion establishes ultimate truth as an object of knowledge, so these two are contradictory. The statement of the omniscient Bodhisattva Lion does not follow the views of anyone else, but is the view of the noble Chandrakirti, that is, "That which is seen as true is itself."
