Six, as it is said, in the nature of one wisdom of the path of seeing without distinction, all phenomena are perfected in the manner of complete pacification. Other than that, it is impossible to show that the nature of the samadhi of the noble ones is like this. Question. 13) If the Omniscient One considers the nature of the samadhi of the path of application to be non-conceptual, then is it manifest to the Dharma-nature or not? (13 Answer) Furthermore, it is said that the physical basis of the path of application is the five realms of existence, and the mental basis is encompassed by the six dhyana grounds. The Omniscient Lama said, "The nature of the wisdom during the practice of the four parts of the path of application, the part of samadhi is non-conceptual wisdom. The subsequent attainment arising from that can be either conceptual or non-conceptual." Therefore, since it is not the nature of directly realizing the Dharma-nature of the Four Noble Truths, it is mundane meditation-born. Even so, it is non-conceptual, because it accomplishes single-pointedness of calm abiding and has the manner of focusing on the Four Noble Truths. The nature of the samadhi of the path of application is the nature encompassed by any of the six dhyana grounds. The six dhyana grounds are a ground of mundane meditation-born samadhi. Here, the non-conceptual wisdom is spoken of. In general, the six dhyana grounds are a ground of samadhi, free from the proliferation of conceptual activity, and because they focus on the Four Noble Truths, I wonder if it is a way of establishing it as wisdom. ༈ Five questions are listed regarding epistemology. Question. 1) In your own system, if it is direct perception, must it be a valid cognition? What is the reason? (1 Answer) Jamgon Mipham Rinpoche said: In general, a system where direct perception does not have certainty is merely similar to the Treasury of Reasoning. However, when the Lama himself, in the chapter on intelligence in the Entrance for the Wise, examines the way of counting the direct perception that appears but is not certain as a distinction of not understanding, I think the key lies in whether the power of direct perception can lead to certainty or not. For a person with jaundice, seeing a conch shell as yellow, etc., can be classified as apparent direct perception. However, for the eye of an ordinary being, if one examines the root direct perception that apprehends blue in detail, when blue is placed in front of an ordinary being and the root direct perception that apprehends blue arises, then the power of that root direct perception will produce certainty after seeing blue.
