They are practicing. Gods and humans are a little more comfortable. But they cannot escape the changing of suffering and the pervasiveness of conditioning, etc. Now, when you think like this, those mother sentient beings are practicing the cause of suffering. Now, those beings who have gained a little happiness in the human realm, from the need to support their families, most of them are practicing sinful deeds. From practicing sinful deeds, the result of their ripening is only suffering. In that case, they are almost all practicing the cause of suffering. Most of the old mothers who are in the three lower realms are experiencing the actual suffering of the suffering fruit. In that way, they do not know how to practice Dharma. They do not have the desire and leisure to practice. In that case, now that I have a precious human body, and the conditions are complete with virtuous friends and other favorable conditions, at this time, it is necessary to observe whether the thought of repaying the kindness of my kind parents arises.

There is only love and compassion. They do not have the courage to abide in the benefit of others in this cycle of existence through love and compassion, disregarding their own suffering. We are those who have entered the Mahayana path, and have already promised and vowed to save all sentient beings. If so, then we must practice mind training. Practice mind training, practice mind training, subdue your own mind. If you train your mind with bodhicitta, even if you do not accomplish a single deed of body and speech, you will not deviate from the path of liberation. As it is said, starting from training the mind well, whatever you think in your heart, that is truly engaging in it. It is said. Even if you do not have the ability to accomplish great benefit for others temporarily, as long as you have the thought of training your mind for the benefit of other sentient beings, you will gradually have the courage to strive for the benefit of others. In particular, whatever you think in your heart, because it is said that among the three, body, speech, and mind, the mind is the main one, so from your own mind, generate the mind of seeking benefit for others, and the mind of truly and without deception giving all the good things of your body, enjoyment, and the three times to others, you will approach the Mahayana. Like this, what is pure altruism? The sutra gives an example, such as if there is a great captain, and after he goes somewhere else, he leaves behind a beloved only son, who falls into a pile of foul-smelling feces. All the relatives and friends will feel sad because he fell into the pile of feces. But in reality, they do not have the courage to jump into the pile of feces themselves to save the child. As soon as the father returns, as soon as he hears that your child has fallen into the pile of feces, he will jump into the pile of feces without hesitation for the sake of the child's life, and he will save the child whether he is dead or alive. He will not be unwilling to jump into the pile of feces for the sake of the child, and there is nothing he cannot do. He has great courage, just like that, we also cannot just be like the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, wishing that all sentient beings have happiness and be free from suffering. Sentient beings

For this purpose, taking upon oneself the suffering of samsara. With the thought of benefiting others, one must do whatever one can to benefit others. If one has such pure altruism, then what should one aim for? One should aim for the self-fruit of unsurpassed enlightenment. Aiming for the self-fruit of unsurpassed enlightenment is as the Great Orgyen said, "Without attaining Buddhahood, there is no happiness anywhere." As he said, no matter where one is born in the high or low realms of samsara, there is no happiness except for suffering. Moreover, even if one obtains temporary fruits such as hearers and self-realizers, as Gyaltsap Jampa said, "Therefore, without attaining Buddhahood, one will never attain Nirvana. Having abandoned light and rays, one cannot see the sun." As he said, even hearers and self-realizers must gradually progress to the stage of Buddhahood, and ultimately, from the time one has not attained Buddhahood, there is no happiness anywhere. Therefore, from this day forward, not just in words, but from the depths of one's heart, in order to liberate all sentient beings pervading the sky, without exception, from all the sufferings of samsara and nirvana, and in order to obtain the precious state of unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, one must properly practice this sacred Dharma through teaching, listening, meditation, and so on. It is very important to listen with the mind of generating the supreme Bodhicitta. This is a transcription from the audio recording of the speech of Kunzig Khyentse Lama. The Meditation Stages of the Great Definitive Meaning Madhyamaka. Homage to the Lama! Place your mind in its natural state, and based on taking refuge, first rely on the four thoughts that turn the mind. If you generate a mind of definite renunciation that completely turns away from attachment to all of existence, then you have well grasped the beginning of the path to liberation. Then, as the teacher Arya Deva said, "In short, Dharma is non-harming." As he said, take any one of the seven types of Pratimoksha vows, which abandon harming others, into your own being. Because the fundamental cause for accomplishing Buddhahood is the altruistic Bodhicitta, lead with love and compassion.
