据说，由于担心火焰蔓延到周围的树林，如此强烈的遗体火化可能会将舍利烧毁，或者被非人带走。后来，赤普寺的闭关者果觉僧人次仁在遗体殿的门上发现了一小块像豌豆大小的舍利，一碰就散开，大约有十几块。此外，在重建遗体火化地点的佛塔时，拆除遗体殿时，琼波丁钦寺的僧人尼扎发现了内外透明如水晶，形状圆形，颜色红色，像芥菜籽大小，具有深邃光芒的舍利，确信是贝热让舍利，被供奉为赤普寺遗体佛塔的装藏核心。现在实际可以见到的是，位于寝宫的舍利，大小如芥末籽，形状非常圆，颜色红色，油润光亮。

Furthermore, when the stupa was rebuilt at the site of the cremation, when the relic chamber was dismantled, Nyendrak, a monk from Khyunpo Tengchen Monastery, found a relic that was clear like crystal inside and out, round in shape, red in color, about the size of a mustard seed, and possessed a deep radiance, which was believed to be the Bése Ri Ram relic itself, and was enshrined as the core of the Chimpu relic stupa's zungzhuk. What can actually be seen now is the relic in the sleeping chamber, about the size of a mustard seed, very round in shape, red in color, oily and shiny.
