It is like this: In the past, many holy beings of all schools, new and old, resided in Dzogchen Tibetan Language School. Geshes and Khenpos of other denominations returned to their own monasteries. Now, if one asks whether the Nyingma school has any scholars, they say, "They are more learned than our scholars." If one asks whether there are any monks, they say, "They are more monastic than our monks." Hearing these unfeigned words from those fair-minded and wise scholars is because scholars of other denominations have offered unsurpassed praise. These are just a few examples of his extraordinary conduct. It is impossible to fully express the unsurpassed greatness of his lifelong pure discipline. Even if my account does not have the power to bring joy to the hearts of those with the Dharma eye, I have still, according to my ability, spoken a little about the biography of a monk, as much as I can remember. Because I am not bound by vows and commitments, I am of the same fate as those unrestrained free people. I offer this as a reminder to those who respectfully study, and hope that it may be of some benefit to the Vinaya teachings in this degenerate age, as it is said, "The biographies of former saints, the practices of later scholars." Furthermore, I will quote a little from the notes of his disciple, Ge Gyurme Tsewang. He said, "Lama Rinpoche is not only a true treasure trove of knowledge, but merely seeing his delightful conduct involuntarily gives one the feeling that if he is not a great Indian scholar, then who is he? Once, many provincial leaders came to our school for a tour and to offer greetings. Among them was a female leader. As was the custom of the time, she happily tried to shake Lama Rinpoche's hand, but Rinpoche was seen to withdraw his hand. I then had even more trust and faith in Lama Rinpoche. Such a Lama who does not violate even the slightest precepts of the Vinaya is very rare. When he is not engaged in teaching Dharma,

Having turned away from attachment to words of attachment and hatred, he sat in astonishment, leaving the students unsure of what to do. Ever since he ascended the throne of Dharma, he has tirelessly taught the Dharma and culture day and night, holding the conduct of a prince bodhisattva adorned with holy patience! Thus it is said. Therefore, he cherishes the precious Vinaya, the root of the teachings, and his pure and pleasing conduct is unparalleled. Even a logician who does not indulge in pure appearances but is sharp in discerning the faults of others, when he comes before the great Khenpo Lama, no matter how the years and months pass, he practices in his heart without any contradiction in any aspect or at any time regarding the permissions and prohibitions of the ocean-like Vinaya. His conduct is purely white, and not even the slightest fault can be found. Outwardly, faith and reverence increase day by day, and he transforms into a holy being who is disciplined, peaceful, and gentle. Now, to say a little about the supreme conduct of the Bodhi-mantra. First, the way to attain mastery over the wonderful conduct of a Bodhisattva. In general, the Dharma Lord Lama himself does not show a wide-eyed appearance like some who suddenly develop renunciation and compassion, nor does he speak in compassionate words. However, he accomplishes the benefit of sentient beings with four things that are gathered from the great, and their number is immeasurable. If we mention some of the minor actions of benefiting others that can be seen in daily life, then this great Bodhisattva: As it is said: "From all peace and all. Homage and victory over afflictions." Thus, this Lord, from his own side, has mastered the reign of the King of Dharma in the three realms, and although he is worshiped by all the high and low in this land, However, when anyone, high or low, comes before him, just seeing him causes the hairs of faith to stand on end, and from his joyful and smiling face, tears of devotion flow. With a gentle voice, he speaks only those words that please their minds, and one by one, he bestows profound and vast aspirations and prayers, especially holding the mark of the monastic robes.
