I, as the disciplinarian, for the sake of such and such deceased or living benefactor, recite these scriptures, in order to eliminate these obstacles and hindrances, or to accomplish these desired deeds. These requests, with a clear calling voice, are announced to the Sangha, so that the Sangha must be informed. The Sangha members must also listen carefully, which is very important. Once, a benefactor made a mistake while reciting the prayer, causing some people to laugh, which displeased him. The next day, during the Dharma teaching, he took the opportunity to admonish everyone to listen carefully when reciting the merit prayer, because it may be that he himself recited it incorrectly, or that others recited it incorrectly. This kind of admonition with a reproachful tone only appears here, and it is absolutely impossible to hear words with a reproachful tone elsewhere. Let the benefactors clearly inform the Sangha for what purpose in this life and the next, what items are offered. After that, recite again the name of the deceased or living person, and the amount of money offered. Other items, also according to the price stated by the benefactor, allocate the scriptures, rituals, etc. to be recited to each item, and report them one by one. According to the old practice, each banknote must correspond to the number of scriptures containing millions of recitations. For example, if there are one hundred members of the Sangha, then each banknote must be recited for one round of beads. Moreover, when reciting, one cannot use fingers to pinch and calculate, nor can one use a counter, but only use the thumb to move the beads as quickly as possible. It is said that this is the custom. Similarly, each month, two monks are appointed to be responsible for keeping the merit funds, and on the twenty-ninth and empty days of the end of the month, in front of the Khenpo, the disciplinarian, and other senior monks who know the price of Dharma instruments, the settlement is carried out to determine the price. It is imperative to strictly prohibit the use of merit funds for activities such as buying livestock for release or redeeming lives to offset sins. Moreover, even if there is only a slight greed for the public property and merit funds of the Sangha, the sin is very serious. Therefore, except for the day of distribution, no monastic or lay person is allowed to see these properties. It is said that the rules in this regard are very detailed. However, due to my limited memory and some laziness, I can only write so much. Thus, it is in accordance with the intent of the profound Sutra of Shakyamuni Buddha Bhagavan.

Due to supporting his activities, he is also known in the holy land of India for his extraordinary conduct. The practice of the glorious incarnation Orgyen Jigme Chökyi Wangpo is the manifestation of the one whose white reputation as the bodhisattva Shantideva resounds far and wide. Furthermore, Khenchen Thubten Chöpel Rinpoche, as the vajra emanation of that very lord's speech, the illuminator of the teachings in the degenerate age, meticulously recorded the practices of Dzato Changra Monastery Samten Dargyeling, and these have been adopted without error. In order to uphold, develop, and propagate the teachings of Buddha Shakyamuni, including the Tripitaka and its commentaries, as well as the realized teachings, namely the Abhisamayalankara and the three trainings, this depends on the two groups of lecturers and practitioners. And this must be based on the foundation of discipline. As mentioned above, even in difficult times, the root of the teachings, the precious Vinaya, was protected without decline. In particular, from this time onwards, monastic vows were granted, and a community of disciplined monks was established. In the overall order of learning in the Buddha's teachings, The protector Vasubandhu said: Those who have discipline, hearing, and thought, Should diligently engage in meditation. As it is said, first focusing on the teaching and practice of the scriptural Dharma, the extraordinary activities of reviving the precious teachings ripened in due time. The center of the Jambudvipa, Magadha, A garden where the lotus of noble saints blooms, The sweet fragrance of excellent conduct wafts, The white lotus smiles, known as Shantideva. The land of snow, where deeds and aspirations are pure white, The steadfast wheel, the emanation of Shantideva, Chökyi Wangpo, the rays of the moon that dispel suffering, Excels in protecting the white petals of the Thubten. The secret speech of that one, the source of the indestructible vajra, In the supreme field of Dharma, Dzayul Changra, Manifesting the form of a monk holding the three robes, Activities flourish and develop in due time. Here, the footprints of the teachings left by that one, On the pure white and clear paper, With pure discipline, beautiful pictures of study and practice, Created by the manifestation of the joyfully playing Yangchen. Next is the first year, Khenchen Kunsang Pal
