As it is said, "To guide the right path with the language of villagers is the characteristic of those who tame minds well." Thus, to ordinary people, he gave easy-to-understand teachings in ordinary language. Sometimes, when recounting how the harsh implementation of national policies led to unprecedented beatings and tortures in schools and other places, he would say, "Oh, how pitiful, no one can help with Ducha's suffering." When recounting the history of those who fought, he would say, "Yeah, Ducha beats people, no one dares to resist." From this, it can be seen that they would not blame or criticize those meaningless and evil deeds. Considering this, he treated both the perpetrators and the victims, that is, the cause and effect of suffering, with impartiality and compassion. Similarly, he often gave me teachings on human ethics, saying, "Stability is very important, it must be stable, it must be stable. Besides that, association is also important, see if you can associate with good people. If you associate with good people, you will be influenced by them. If you associate with bad people, you will also be influenced by them. If two bad people associate, they will not help each other, they will only harm each other." It is said that this is what he often said. This way is also like what Jamgon Mipham Gyatso said, "If you can be self-reliant, even without other things, it can be worth a hundred merits. If there is no foundation of human ethics, then hope for other merits is cut off." This is a teaching of human ethics that does not look at it from a worldly perspective, but rather a profound teaching that grasps the core from the root. In addition, for beginners, he gave profound teachings that any actions, whether secular or Dharma, can go on the right path, following good friends. The master's own behavior was also as firm as a Mount Meru, without any expectations or worries, without acceptance or rejection, in any situation. During that turbulent time, his uncle, Khenpo Sherab, would ask us about the safety of the area and the situation of the times, and care about the issues of safety. However, Khen Rinpoche not only did not ask with such expectations and worries, but he

It seems like he doesn't quite understand what we're saying. Sometimes when he has to go to meetings, he doesn't really like it, but he doesn't seem unhappy. He just says happily, "Oh, I have to go to a meeting!" and then goes off cheerfully. It is said that no external circumstances can cause him pain, which shows that his inner views are very profound. As Orgyen Jigme Chökyi Wangpo said: When appearances arise purely, what harm can external circumstances do? When attachment and aversion vanish like water ripples, it is the yoga of non-grasping. That's why it is said. Similarly, it is said that he never listens to the words of attachment and aversion between enemies and friends spoken by relatives and friends. Alas! Why shouldn't even a small part of the wonderful deeds of a holy person cause the flowers of faith of the fortunate ones to bloom from within? After the arising of compassionate intention, The ordinary words that combine profound instructions into key points, The stream of nectar bestowed with a pleasant voice, Is given endlessly to those tormented by the fire of karma and affliction. Like the suffering of potent poison rising from within, And the ignorance of consuming poisonous food. Like being tormented by the powerful laws of past karma, And regarding sin and the enforcer of the law as undifferentiated. Alas! For the miserable beings greatly tormented by the times, The great lamp of impartial compassion and wisdom, The light of benefit and happiness held equally, Is not destroyed by the darkness of the evil age, but shines even more. Similarly, this great venerable one, the son of Shakya who diligently keeps vows, is content with whatever comes. He lives by just filling his stomach and sheltering from the wind and rain. If we were to mention just a part of the unsurpassed qualities of emulating the conduct of the Kadampa forefathers, it would be that even if some of the nearby laypeople asked him to sharpen their leather-cutting knives two or three times a day, the great Bodhisattva, the embodiment of compassion, would still happily do it. When others asked him, "Can you really do that much work?" he would say, "I don't know how to sharpen well, I don't know how to sharpen well, so I'm asking you to help me sharpen them." It is said that he said that. Even so, the Bodhisattva
