There is no way to be attached to the play of wisdom. If you do not cultivate in this way, you will be destroyed by women. If you are destroyed by this, you will be destroyed in all lifetimes. Having become accustomed to this, the mind must rely on solitude, being separated from desire. If you cannot stay alone in solitude in that way, you must remember the qualities of solitude. As soon as you arrive at solitude, since there are no objects such as women, all the afflictions arising from that object will naturally subside. Associating with birds and wild animals, and so on. All the assemblies of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Vidyadharas of the past relied on solitude, so they all achieved the result. What is unique is that you must be separated (from the world) with your own desired thoughts. When meditating on that solitude, you must keep the pure precepts without regret. As it is said, "The head with precepts dwells there." After that, you must meditate on the cause of non-distraction, which is meditation. Having known that afflictions can be completely destroyed by the superior insight that is fully endowed with calm abiding, one must first seek calm abiding, which can also be clearly achieved in a place without worldly attachments. Therefore, first take the precepts, and if you do not break them, you will destroy the banner of the demon, and you will be the one who raises the banner of the doctrine. If you break them, do not be indifferent, but generate regret for the deeds you have done before, and confess and repair them according to the Dharma, so you will destroy the banner of the demon, and you will be the one who raises the banner of the doctrine. On top of that, when practicing the two stages of generation and completion, you must meditate with the three vows that are like the foundation of vows, and with the pure three vows that take and abandon what should and should not be done. The nature of meditation is non-distraction. In all activities such as walking, sitting, eating, and sleeping, you must tie your mind with the rope of mindfulness and meditate. As it is said, "For the Dharma, like a great pillar of the mind, it does not fall off as it is tied." Therefore, for the object of focus, the Dharma, like a stake or pillar, with the mindfulness that does not forget what should and should not be done, like a rope, you must tie it so that it does not stray elsewhere. After that, like a watchman, use awareness to observe whether the mind is dwelling or not. Use it to be careful about entering and leaving, like a cautious bride, and if the mind becomes distracted, bring the mind back to the previous object of focus.

It should be placed. Beginners should not let the mind wander to external objects, but alternately observe and abide in loving-kindness and loving-kindness samadhi, and tie it with the rope of mindfulness. It is necessary to guard and be vigilant with vigilance. First of all, the meditation cushion, each side is about two cubits long, the back is high and the front is slightly lower, or adjust the bedding in the same way. On top of that, the body sits in the seven postures of Vairochana, and when practicing stillness, the body should be relaxed and there should be no stinging pain in the heart. There are two kinds of stillness, stillness with an object and stillness without an object. First, stillness with an object, such as loving-kindness and loving-kindness samadhi, the mind focuses on the object of virtue, and needs to rely on mindfulness, vigilance and caution. This is the reason why the inner mind is not distracted. Do not recall the past, do not welcome the future, and do not let it be distracted to the objects of the six senses now. According to your own preference for tension or relaxation in your heart, according to each person's own aptitude, stay in the state of tension or relaxation that you like, without making any adjustments. Stillness without an object, not focusing on one object such as loving-kindness, but letting go of the mind without making any adjustments. Always grasp it with mindfulness, vigilance and caution. In this way, when the mind becomes more and more stable, it is necessary to distinguish the types of samadhi. Practicing loving-kindness and other samadhi is called the preliminary dhyana of children, and the experience of practicing becomes more and more profound. Even if there is nothing to be happy about, the heart will feel happy, this is the experience of happiness. When distracting thoughts and troubles in the heart are eliminated, you can see the inside and outside of the house, etc., this is the experience of clarity. Observing whether distracting thoughts arise in the heart, it feels as if distracting thoughts will not arise, this is the experience of non-discrimination. These are just pure stillness, because of attachment to the experience of happiness, clarity and non-discrimination, it is the preliminary dhyana of children, because of attachment to happiness, etc., it will not become the cause of attaining liberation. My happiness, clarity and non-discrimination, thus clinging to the ego of the person, clinging to the dharma ego such as happiness remains in the heart, so it is contrary to the view of no-self, which is the cause of liberation. After being accustomed to this, by practicing the formless realm of the limbs of dhyana, one can obtain the divine eye and supernatural powers.
