The activity of placing beings on the ground of liberation has three special qualities that distinguish it from the three, namely, the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas and Bodhisattvas. These are the three activities of being constant, pervasive, and spontaneously accomplished. First, constant: The Buddha performed the meaning of taming beings before becoming a Buddha, and there is no time when he does not do it now, so it is constant. Pervasive: He performs activities in the east, and there is no place where he does not perform activities in the south, so it is pervasive in all ten directions and three times. Spontaneously accomplished: It is spontaneously accomplished without effort or exertion. The third is qualities: The qualities of the Buddha's Dharmakaya and the qualities of the Rupakaya. The qualities of the Dharmakaya are: the ten powers, the four fearlessnesses, the eighteen unmixed qualities, etc., which are the nature of the twenty-one categories of uncontaminated dharmas. The qualities of the Buddha's Rupakaya include: the thirty-two major marks, the eighty minor marks, the qualities of the sixty branches of Brahma's voice, and the three qualities of the mind: wisdom, compassion, and power. The quality of wisdom is to directly see the nature of all dharmas of samsara and nirvana, knowing them as they are. To directly see all phenomena of conventional truth without mixing them, like a wet amla fruit placed in the palm of the hand, this is the wisdom of knowing all that exists. The compassion of loving-kindness is to observe day and night, six times a day, who is flourishing and who is declining, etc., seeing all sentient beings as if they were one's only child, without any partiality or bias. The power of protection is as stated in the sutra: "The waves caused by Makara in the ocean may arise out of time, but the Buddha will never pass the time to tame those who are to be tamed." As it is said. Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas, when the time for taming beings has come, may abandon them due to laziness, forgetfulness, etc., and not tame them. However, when the Tathagata was on his final bed, at the time of passing into nirvana, he placed the human beings to be tamed, Kuntigarbha, and the non-human beings to be tamed, Gandharva Pradagga, in the truth. In the past, five hundred merchants went to the ocean to collect jewels, and an untimely wind drove the ship into the mouth of a Makara, and the others prayed to the gods of the mountains, gardens, and trees.

La, the captain Bodhisattva said, "Everyone should take refuge in the Tathagata." Everyone proclaimed, "Taking refuge in the Buddha." Hearing the name of the Tathagata, (the demons) were frightened, sank into the sea, closed their mouths, and died of starvation. Hearing the name of the Buddha, they were reborn in the Thirty-Three Heavens and truly saw the truth. Therefore, merely hearing the name of the Tathagata can save one from the fears of samsara and the lower realms, possessing such merit. Secondly, there is the sacred Dharma. It is divided into three aspects: essence, classification, and qualities. First, the essence is: abandoning or becoming the means of abandoning the obscurations of afflictions, knowledge, and habitual tendencies, is the essence of the sacred Dharma. "Abandoning" refers to: the cessation of afflictions abandoned by the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas, and the truth of the path that is the means of abandoning. There are two types of classification: the Dharma of scripture and the Dharma of realization. If the Dharma of scripture is classified, there are eighty-four thousand collections of Dharma, which can be summarized as the twelve divisions of scripture, and further summarized as the three pitakas of scripture, vinaya, and abhidharma. The Dharma of scripture is that which resides in the mind-streams of the Sangha, and not the external forms of written books, which the epistemological school considers to be the support of the Dharma of scripture. In the context of Secret Mantra, there are three types: expression, appearance, and sound. Expression is the form of the scriptures, appearance is the appearance of the Dharma of scripture in the mind-streams of the Sangha, and sound is the words and phrases of oral expression. Therefore, in essence, there are two aspects of the precious Dharma of the Victorious Ones: scripture and realization. For example, the words of abandoning killing, when remembered in the mind, are the Dharma of scripture, and understanding and practicing their meaning is the Dharma of realization. The Dharma of realization has three precious trainings of higher paths, namely, the three trainings explained by the three pitakas that express the Dharma of scripture of the Lesser Vehicle Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. The content explained by the Vinaya Pitaka of the Great Vehicle is the training of higher morality, such as the twenty root downfalls. The content of the many sutras explained by the Sutra Pitaka is the training of higher concentration, such as loving-kindness and samadhi. The three versions of the Prajnaparamita Sutra, the extensive, medium, and concise, etc.
