Ra. Although there are various ways to meditate on one's own body as a deity at the crown of the head, and on the crown of the head without clinging to the body, in this case, on the crown of the head of us wretched ones, old sinners, old wrecks, imagine a four-finger-length lotus stalk inserted into the whorl of hair, with a white lotus flower blooming with hundreds of thousands of petals, red and yellow stamens protruding, covering two-thirds of a complete moon mandala, upon which is the incomparable essence, the treasure of compassion, the glorious root guru, in the form of a white, full-colored syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽). Focus on this syllable, and visualize this Hūṃ facing you, with its chest towards you, knowing this to be the guru Buddha, and pray earnestly in five ways. The guru, unable to bear it with great compassion, in the essence of great bliss, the syllable Hūṃ seems to move, like a fish leaping out of the water, the guru Vajrasattva is like a snow mountain embraced by the brilliance of a million suns, and so on, which is easy to understand. Thus, with transcendent eyes, he sees; with transcendent ears, he hears; with transcendent, all-knowing mind, he contemplates, and turns his face towards us, listens with his ears, and considers with his mind. Also, imagine that the guru Vajrasattva is displeased and his face is dark. Then, it is most important to generate faith of conviction in this, and to generate the supreme bodhicitta. Therefore, compared to the power of external support, the power of internal support, that is, faith, refuge, and bodhicitta, is more important, so you must strive to generate them. Then, in terms of the power of overcoming, the objects to be purified are the six doors of sin, that is, first, the door of time, from beginningless samsara until today, the sins accumulated, and in this life, the sins of transgression together with their nature, remembering in your mind in this year, this month, this day, this hour, I committed such sins, or caused others to commit them, or rejoiced in others' commission of them, all those sins, do not hide them from the mind, do not conceal them from the body, confess and repent with the mouth. Also, the sins you have committed, unseen by anyone, but the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas

If you think that (the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas) will not see, that is not right. Even if you commit evil without seeing, how can you be happy as if you have taken poison? Just as a righteous hermit of gods and yogis may not see with pure eyes. Or as Abu said: Even if you hide the poisonous taste of evil thoughts in your heart, it is impossible not to appear until death. Like the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, just as a blind man is surrounded by a hundred sighted people, it is impossible not to see and not to perceive. Therefore, for everything that you remember in your mind, you must speak it truthfully and confess with shame, fear, dread, and regret. For those that you do not remember, all sins are the objects seen by the omniscient wisdom of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Second, from the aspect of motivation, all sins are caused by the three poisons of desire, hatred, and ignorance. Third, from the aspect of action or accumulation, all non-virtuous deeds accumulated by the three doors of body, speech, and mind. Fourth, from the aspect of essence, all natural sins, such as the ten non-virtuous deeds and the five heinous crimes, and all violations of the Pratimoksha vows, the inner Bodhisattva vows, and the secret Vidyadhara mantra vows. Fifth, from the aspect of the object, all sins accumulated by relying on both samsara and peaceful nirvana. Sixth, from the aspect of function, all causes of sins and downfalls, such as short life, many diseases, poverty, fear of enemies, etc. in this life, and wandering endlessly in the evil realms and evil paths in the next life, must be accompanied by strong remorse like being poisoned, and pray to the Lama Vajrasattva to look upon me with your wisdom eye, listen to me with your wisdom ear, and remember me with your compassion. Today, there is nothing good to report to you, because all the sins I have accumulated from beginningless time until now, I do not hide or conceal before you, I confess and repent completely, I feel ashamed, I feel regret. After confessing in this way, may my sins be purified at this very moment, immediately, in this very place, in this very seat, you know. It is necessary to gather your mind and confess in this way. For example, if I need someone to give me a small thing like half a copper coin, I will also gather my mind to ask for it, then (confessing sins)
