进行风脉的伸展。念诵三字金刚（嗡阿吽，梵文：Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ，梵文罗马拟音：Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽）。将心专注于脚底。如果将视线向下看，就能消除障碍。如此，无与伦比的殊胜上师，难以言说其名号，为了意义的缘故而称其名，从龙树、通达教法之日、胜幢吉祥贤的尊颜处，在十八岁时，获得了入行论、发心等以下的广大学习，以上的内容则未获得。因此，在两个月的时间里进行了广讲，在获得金刚萨埵等全部内容时，上师身体不适，虽然没有完成结尾。但实际上，前后两者都做了，因此获得了一个完整的内容，所以当时有一份无头无尾的笔记，堪布仁波切白玛嘉灿和祖古贝诺两人非常努力，命令必须书写。并且，三恩具足的上师仁波切多丹下令赐予头顶，因为无法违背严厉的命令，所以不顾一切地书写，愿一切都吉祥如意！

Perform the stretching of the wind channels. Recite the three-syllable Vajra (Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ, Sanskrit: ओँ आः हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum). Focus the mind on the soles of the feet. If you look down, obstacles will be eliminated. Thus, the incomparable and supreme Lama, whose name is difficult to pronounce, for the sake of meaning, if we speak his name, from the presence of Lungtok Tenpai Nyima Gyaltsen Pal Zangpo, at the age of eighteen, he received extensive teachings on the Bodhisattvacharyavatara, the generation of Bodhicitta, and so on, but did not receive the teachings beyond that. Therefore, for two months, he gave extensive explanations, and when he received the complete teachings up to Vajrasattva, the Lama became ill, and the conclusion was not completed. But in reality, both the beginning and the end were done, so he obtained a complete teaching, so there was a headless and tailless notebook from that time, which Khen Rinpoche Pema Gyaltsen and Tulku Pema Norbu made great efforts to have written. Moreover, the three-kindness-endowed Lama Rinpoche Tobden gave the order to be placed on the crown of the head, and because he could not bear to disobey the strict order, he wrote it regardless of everything, may everything be auspicious!
