The experience of transcending the mundane arises. By alternately focusing the two eyes left and right, the experience of staring directly, like a lamp, transcending grasping and fixation, arises. With both hands placed behind the back, the experience of bodily ease arises from being free from activity. With both legs stretched forward, having transcended delusion, being unobstructed in any way, the experience of mastering the wind arises. By contracting the abdomen to the right, one transcends sickness and fever, completing the action of balancing the elements. By contracting to the left, one transcends the act of clinging to the nature of desire, experiencing supreme bliss. Regarding the method of counting: generally, the body has eighty thousand and five channels. Among these, especially condensed, if the body of sentient beings has not appeared, it has not appeared. Once it has appeared, there is nowhere to go apart from body, speech, and mind. Even after becoming a Buddha, there is nowhere to go apart from body, speech, and mind. Therefore, ro ma (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) operates the cycle of samsara and nirvana of the body. If the yogi is fire, then at the root of the channels, clearly visualize red. For earth, visualize yellow; for water, visualize white; for wind, visualize green. Starting from the right side, in the manner of emitting the seed syllable Aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,aṃ,汉语字面意思) from the right eye, forcefully probe the presence or absence of the body's channels and count. The body will become strong, and one will understand the extent of the body's suffering. By inhaling the breath in a contracting manner and counting, one will understand the number of past and future lives of the body. By counting in an attracting manner, one will understand the glory and enjoyment of the body. By counting in a radiating manner, one will understand the characteristics of the bodies of other beings. When these reach their limit, one will also understand in greater detail the characteristics of the Buddha's body. Rkyang ma (藏文,梵文天城体,,汉语字面意思) operates speech. From within it, counting in the manner of emitting the seed syllable Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,hūṃ,汉语字面意思) from the left eye is the same as before. Contraction, attraction, and radiation are also understood through the previous explanation. The color of the seed syllable should also be coordinated with the body. By understanding in this way, one will certainly understand the bodies, lifespans, characteristics, and marks of Buddhas and sentient beings. Kun dhar ma (藏文,梵文天城体,,汉语字面意思) operates the mind. Similarly, at the Brahma aperture on the crown of the head, emitting the seed syllable Oṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,oṃ,汉语字面意思), and contraction, attraction, and radiation are also understood through the previous explanation. The color of the seed syllable and the channels should also be coordinated with one's own body. By understanding in this way, one will understand the movements and wisdom of Buddhas and sentient beings. By pushing, with the fingertips of the left and right hands

Sha, settle the mind where it is directed. Press the left hand with the right hand's phurba to the mouth, and settle in the language of the six realms that are spoken. Place both elbows on the substance of objects, and with the phurba, settle all transformations in the nature of reality. By abiding in this way, one gains mastery over all emptiness. Through forcefulness, forcefully extending and contracting the limbs, one seizes the measure of separation between body and mind. Forcefully gathering the essence of the upper and lower body, one seizes the measure of separation between body and mind. Verbally uttering the sound A HUM (Tibetan: ཨ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: a hum, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿 吽) with a forceful voice, one seizes the measure of complete victory over demons and obstacles. Thus, as each of these abides in its respective channel location, by that key point, one thoroughly purifies karma and the fruits of karma, and the key point of developing into body and wisdom is demonstrated in one's own body. Thus, the thirty-first question, the first branch meaning, relying on the precious channel key points, forcefully demonstrating subjugation, is shown in three branch meanings. Now, the thirty-first question of the first chapter, the second branch meaning, by the number of winds with the movement relying on the channels, showing the special activities of the yogi, is shown in three branch meanings, the first of which is showing the basis of non-conceptualization by relying on determining the types of winds of great movement. That is, the body relies on the four elements, the body relies on the channels, and the winds that rely on the channels, for a man, when he is in his prime, when the body has no diseases arising, when the elements abide in their respective places, the number of winds going out and coming in, in one day and night, is twenty-one thousand six hundred movements of wind. Thus, these numbers are considered the winds of great movement. The function of that wind has two aspects: with the essence of food and wisdom, etc., upwards, it becomes the cause of body and wisdom, causing the four lamps to ripen, and causing the body purified of the elements to ripen. Also, it eliminates the impurities that arise downwards, feces and urine, and the impurities of the four elements, and it eliminates the impurities of karma and maturation, and the habitual tendencies. This refers to the two winds of wisdom and the wind of karma. In between, the upward wind is sin, and the downward wind pulling upwards is the instruction. Being skilled in these two, by pressing down on the key point, the body
