In the order of decreasing, again, when the decreasing night meets the sun, it is called the end of karma and habitual tendencies. It is especially good to meditate on emptiness. Regarding the waxing and waning of the moon, from the first day of a month, from the soles of the feet to the fourth day, it increases to the navel. At this time, it forms the basis of existence. At this time, if sick, it is difficult to survive; if born, the lifespan will be long; if dead, because the karma of existence is purified, one will ascend to the heavens. At this time, whatever virtuous deeds a yogi does with the body will increase a hundred thousandfold. Then, on the eighth day, it increases to the heart, which is the time for focusing. If born, one will always feel sad; if sick, it is easy to survive; if dead, one will go to the lower realms. If one mainly does virtuous deeds related to the mind, it will increase a hundred thousandfold. Then, on the twelfth day, in the throat, the ocean of speech bursts forth. At this time, whatever virtuous deeds related to speech are done will increase a hundred thousandfold. If sick, one will enter old age; if born, one will have great wealth; if dead, one will be reborn as a hungry ghost. At this time, if one mainly does virtuous deeds related to speech, it will definitely increase a hundred thousandfold. Thus, the number of increasing culminates on the night of the fifteenth. At this time, the body, elements, and bodhicitta, like the full moon, increase at the crown of the head. The yogi's experience will increase and be perfected. If sick, one will die; if born, one will have great wealth; if dead, one will be reborn in the realm of the gods. Whatever virtuous deeds of body and speech are done will increase a hundred thousandfold. Shaving off a tuft of hair from the crown of the head, mixing it with cardamom, musk, camphor, and ghee, applying it and sunbathing, the body's elements will not be disturbed. If a yogi practitioner performs moxibustion and bloodletting on the body, the increase of experience will cease. Then, in the period of decreasing, on the nineteenth day, it descends to the throat. At this time, the basis of speech is exhausted. Whatever actions of speech are done will not succeed. Then, on the twenty-second day, it decreases and reaches the heart, so whatever one thinks in the mind will not succeed. If born, parents will die; if sick, it is difficult to survive; if dead, one will be reborn as an animal. Then, on the twenty-sixth day, it descends to the navel. Because the order of elements and karma collapses, if sick, one will die; if born, all the villagers will be uneasy; if dead, one will be reborn in the place of long-lived gods. Then, at noon on the empty day, it descends to the soles of the feet. At this time

The so-called "ending the path of entering samsara" refers to the dissipation of the aggregates' appropriation and the proliferation and decline of the elements; the so-called "alteration and disappearance of bodhicitta" refers to the fact that no matter what virtuous deeds, such as generosity, are diligently engaged in, they will increase many times over. Being sick makes one unhappy; being born means that worldly affairs will not succeed, and eventually one will become a person who practices the Dharma; dying, if one has practiced the Dharma, one becomes a Buddha (Sanskrit: Buddha); if one has committed evil, one falls into hell; if one is indeterminate, one is reborn as an Asura. At this time, if you apply the above-mentioned substances to the soles of your feet and bake them in the sun, diseases of elemental imbalance will not occur in the body. There is a time of upward growth and downward decline in one day: in the evening, it grows from the soles of the feet to the navel, so one should practice the key to the secret instruction of gathering the senses in their place; then, after midnight, it grows to the heart, so one should practice the secret instruction of putting knowledge into a vase; then, at dawn, it grows to the throat, so one should abide in the state of self-illuminating wisdom; then, at dawn, it is the time of growth to the crown of the head, and diligent practice of virtue will lead to accomplishment, and it is most important to grasp the key point of the manifestation of dharmata. Then, when the sun rises, thoughts dissipate and descend to the throat, and if one diligently engages in virtuous speech, one's own elements will decline; at this time, illness will last a long time; birth will increase enjoyment; death will ascend to the heavens. Then, at noon, it descends to the heart, and if one diligently practices the generation and completion stages, birth will always be accompanied by sorrow and suffering; illness will not be able to survive; death will be reborn as a lowly animal. Then, in the afternoon, it descends to the navel, and at this time, one should perform the actions of interdependent origination, and performing fire pujas of pacification and increase will lead to accomplishment; birth will lead to a person who changes the fate of beings; illness will lead to rapid liberation; death will be reborn as a hungry ghost wandering in the sky. Then, when the sun sets, it descends to the soles of the feet, which shows the change of karma, and it is best to offer worship to the yidam deity. Birth will lead to poverty and distress; illness will lead to flesh exhaustion and bone prominence; death will lead to rebirth in the cold hells. These are also the nature of each element, and under the influence of a specific time, practicing without error will surely lead to accomplishment. The increase and decrease of the year are calculated according to the order of the months. The moon is like the outer moon, gradually increasing, and the bindu is similar to it. At the full moon, bodhicitta increases. Then, the downward decline is also similar to the moon. On empty days
