Those who experience tranquility are the ones who are born. Expansion refers to the fact that both the outer appearance and the inner aggregates remain unchanged, and it is the key point of not transcending the nature of reality. Seeking refers to the necessity of making the outer appearance and the inner aggregates themselves transparent and unobstructed through practice. The crucial point is the prana. Seeking is awareness, and prana and awareness are inseparable. The path is the previous transformation. Abiding is the method of making it irreversible. Such practice is beneficial for the mind to abide in its natural state. Mind is the nature of mind, as well as its definition, etc., which should be known extensively elsewhere. By practicing the mind in this way, one can understand the nature of one's own mind, which is necessary. Words are understood through the scriptures. Thus, secondly, after directly pointing out the preliminaries of body, speech, and mind, which is the guidance of the mind, now is the main practice, relying on the continuum of the yogi with undefiled wisdom. In this regard, grasping the key points of body, speech, and mind, and relying on the three key points to integrate the three manifestations into oneself, etc., will be explained below, and these two will be combined. In this regard, the first is done with similarity and without dissimilarity, and the basis is established from the perspective of non-fabrication or immutability. One's own meaning is to cut off other distinctions, meaning to accomplish from one's own power. The continuum refers to the king of self-awareness and wisdom, the unconditioned, the nature of reality, Samantabhadra, which is the manifestation as the nature of all things. Relying on means to constantly familiarize oneself with it. The key point of the body is that one should constantly practice without exceeding the three postures. As for speech, cutting off speech means emptying the basis of the words spoken. Relying on the key point of the mind means that one should not be separated from the object of focus at all times. The key point of prana and awareness is that one must calm the prana, and wisdom arises from intense outward dissipation, which is liberation from the form of samsara and nirvana, the connection between body and mind is severed, and one is liberated from the bonds of cause and effect. Therefore, in the three realms, desire, form, and formlessness, the fortunate ones will not regress. Thus, the twenty-ninth question was asked, which is to rely on the preliminaries of guiding the mind, thereby subduing one's own mind, and after explaining it in terms of the three branches. Now is the thirtieth question of the first chapter, which is the necessity of prana and

Regarding these teachings, first, it is shown through the meaning of two branches: First, showing the necessity of the mundane: the two necessities of wind, etc., can be understood through the text. Second, showing the necessity of transcending suffering: the transcendent body, etc., can be understood through the text. The thirty questions are divided into two parts to be shown. Now, the thirty-first question of the first chapter: Showing the key of the root and the number of winds with the flow depending on the root, it is shown through the meaning of two branches: depending on the precious key of the root, showing the key of forcibly becoming a Buddha, and the number of winds depending on the root in this way, showing the karma by the specialty of the yogi. Among them, depending on the precious key of the root, showing the forcible enlightenment, the first of which is shown through three self-meanings: Showing the Dharma of the body key root: The key of the body is the root, therefore, if the Dharma of the root is shown as the key, there are fifteen: Showing the position of the root; the layout; the flow; how the wheel of the body exists; the increase and decrease of the bindus depending on these; how these roots maintain the life of the body; the categories of root names; how the differences of these roots change; where they arise from; how the conditions change; what the karma of action does; what are the characteristics of the root; identifying the flow of afflictions from it; how the end of karma changes, and identifying the categories of the flow of wisdom; and depending on the difference in the karma of the object to show the Dharma of samsara and nirvana; and showing the fifteenth Dharma. Among them, the first is the position of the root: In general, the body depends on the root, so the basis is the body. When the body is formed, because it exists in the subtle changing root, the key to the undeveloped body and consciousness is: From then on, when the body is formed in the mother's womb, because it exists in the single root, the key to moving and trembling arises from it. Then, when the body comes out of the womb, the wind and consciousness mix, and the constancy of body, speech, and mind truly manifests. In addition, because the body truly manifests, the karma of discarding feces and urine arises from this. The sounds of speech such as a-haṁ truly manifest; and the activity of mind, the wind truly flows.
