听到“地”的声音，就能遁入地中。之后一个月，听到名为“卡拉日”的声音，就能在空中飞行。之后半个月，仅仅听到“卡利卡利萨达”的声音，就能脱离四大元素的损害。之后一个月，听到梵天之声，听到最初令人愉悦的声音，身体就能在空中漂浮。之后半个月，能同时听到六种不同的救护之声。听到这些声音，就能精通内外一切声音。之后两个月，今生和过去的一切行为都会圆满。这样，十七个月后，无疑会成为获得成就的大瑜伽士。如果经常在此地聆听，那么十七个月或二十一个月后，所有显现都会成为圆满受用身，所有显现而无自性的事物都会确定成就。这也要依靠身、语、意的清净显现，才能进入法性的道路。以上讲述了第二种地的声音，现在讲述第三种火的声音，将修习瑜伽者的心与法身结合：瑜伽士拥有火的身体，拥有至上的信心。为了自己的上师积累福德资粮，自己清净三轮等等，为了取悦空行母等等，积累各种福德资粮，祈请上师，净化自己的身语，在非常僻静的檀香林等地，寻找许多檀香木等等，长度与自己的身体相当，数量与自己的年龄相当，并用火装饰。之后，堆积与成就形状相符的木柴，点燃大火。如何修习呢？从秘密文字中出现的要诀文字中，特别是通过连接四种声音来成就。此时，将身体的要诀知识注入耳朵是关键。不散乱地精进，三个月后，就能学会名为“令火延长”的火之声。之后半个月，

Then, after half a month, one will simultaneously hear the sounds of six different kinds of saving voices. Upon hearing these, one will become skilled in all sounds, both internal and external. Then, after two months, all actions of this life and past lives will be completed. Thus, after seventeen months, there is no doubt that one will become a great yogi who has attained accomplishment. If one constantly practices listening in this place, then after seventeen or twenty-one months, all appearances will become the Sambhogakaya, and all appearances that are without inherent nature will definitely be accomplished. This also depends on the pure vision of body, speech, and mind, in order to enter the path of Dharmata. Having explained the second sound of earth, now explaining the third sound of fire, which is to unite the mind of the yogi who practices with the Dharmakaya: The yogi possesses the body of fire, possesses supreme faith. Accumulating merit for one's own guru, purifying the three circles, etc., pleasing the dakinis, etc., performing various limbs of accumulating merit, praying to the guru, purifying one's own body and speech, in a very secluded place such as a sandalwood forest, searching for many sandalwood trees, etc., the length equal to one's own body, the number equal to one's own age, and decorating them with fire. Then, piling up the wood that matches the shape of accomplishment, and lighting a great fire. How to practice? From the key texts that come from the secret letters, especially through connecting the four sounds. At this time, inserting the knowledge of the body's key points into the ear is the key. Then after half a month, one will feel that there is a sound like the great cry of a sky eagle. This will cause the body to tremble and rise from the ground. Then after half a month, there will appear the sound of a dakini emitting "ldigs," feeling the sound of "zung zung" and the sound of "gyob gyob" and the sound of "sod sod" and the sound of "alala." This will cause the body not to touch the ground and to see five kinds of firelight. Then after half a month, one will hear the clear, long, and subtle sound of a dakini emitting happiness, this will reveal an extremely expansive experience. Then after half a month, hearing the various sounds of the dakini speaking Dharma, one will give rise to the feeling of experiencing happiness and suffering being destroyed. Then after half a month, smelling the scent of the dakini, that yogi's craving for food will cease. Then after half a month, one will see the extremely ugly form of the dakini, this will be used to listen to the sounds of the gods. Then after half a month, one will see an extremely beautiful and inexhaustible form, this will be used to listen to the sounds of the six realms, relying only on faint sounds, fragmentary clairvoyance will arise. Then in the upper three months, one will hear the voice of the Great Ishvara, possessing sixty limbs, hearing the sound of "this is it, this is not it," one will be free from the harm of the outer four elements, then after half a month, one will control them, then after half a month, six kinds of clairvoyance will manifest inwardly. Then after half a month, the voice of Ishvara will appear from one's own mouth, from this point on for two months, whoever likes to listen to oneself, that one has attained accomplishment, thus in fourteen months, one has six trainings for oneself, at twenty, one will definitely obtain the common qualities of the Dharmakaya. Thus, after showing the third training on the sound of fire, now is the fourth training on the sound of wind, the yogi's appearance is the three bodies.
