如果对此加以习惯，就能成就化身的圆满功德。首先，会生起有漏的片段性神通；然后，会持续生起无漏的神通。身体不会沉入水中，众生会被摄伏，能够将六道轮回逆转等等，获得无量功德。这些都清楚地记载在《生起之要义》和《秘密海螺之书》中。如上所述，首先讲述了确定生起次第的数量，特别是学习水的声义。现在，第二部分讲述学习地的声义，即净化瑜伽士身体的仪轨：瑜伽士具有地的身体，且具有信心。通过为自己的上师积累资粮，向传承上师祈祷，以及举行对空行母恭敬的宴请等方式，确定自己的年份、月份、日期和时间，在极其隐蔽的地方，观察地的蛋的颜色变化等。此时，瑜伽士的地之声，会使身体感到寒冷，皮肤会因寒冷而收缩，意识会变得沉重而迟钝。在头顶梵穴处涂抹धासिंग（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思），并用酥油按摩身体。之后一个月，可以运用各种声音，并且不会有任何衰退。之后一个月，会听到众生地狱之声，听到名为“痛苦触及”的声音，从而对三界产生厌离。之后半个月，会听到饿鬼之声，听到名为“极度折磨”的声音。此时，可以运用如意宝珠的光芒。之后半个月，会听到畜生之声，听到名为“迅速行动”的声音，从而消除所有无明的业力。之后半个月，会听到阿修罗之声，听到名为“长时触及”的声音，从而了解嗔恨的特征，并且不会从中退转。之后半个月，仅仅听到天女们的声音，名为“安乐救护”，就能充分运用身语的梵行。之后半个月，会听到空行母的声音，听到零散的声音。之后半个月，仅仅听到人们的声音，就能理解他们的想法。之后五个月，会听到大梵天之声，听到“萨咑令”之声。

If one becomes accustomed to this, one will accomplish the perfect qualities of the Nirmanakaya. First, fragmented mundane clairvoyance will arise; then, continuous immaculate clairvoyance will arise. The body will not sink in water, beings will be subdued, and one will be able to reverse the wheel of the six realms, etc., obtaining immeasurable qualities. These are clearly explained in "The Essential Points of Arising" and "The Secret Conch Book." As mentioned above, first, it explains determining the number of the arising sequence, especially studying the sound and meaning of water. Now, the second part explains studying the sound and meaning of earth, which is the ritual for purifying the body of a yogi: A yogi who has an earth body and possesses faith, by accumulating merit for his own guru, praying to the lineage gurus, and holding respectful feasts for the dakinis, etc., determines his own year, month, date, and time, and in an extremely secluded place, observes the color changes of the earth egg, etc. At this time, the yogi's earth sound will cause the body to feel cold, the skin will contract due to the cold, and consciousness will become heavy and dull. Apply धासिंग (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal meaning) to the crown of the head and massage the body with ghee. After one month, one can use various sounds and there will be no decline. After one month, one will hear the sound of sentient beings in hell, hearing the sound called "Touching Suffering," which will cause aversion to arise towards the three realms. After half a month, one will hear the sound of pretas, hearing the sound called "Extreme Torment." At this time, one can use the light of the wish-fulfilling jewel. After half a month, one will hear the sound of animals, hearing the sound called "Quick Action," which will eliminate all ignorance and karma. After half a month, one will hear the sound of asuras, hearing the sound called "Long Touching," which will understand the characteristics of hatred and will not turn away from it. After half a month, merely hearing the voices of celestial goddesses, called "Comforting Protection," one will fully engage in the pure conduct of body and speech. After half a month, one will hear the sounds of dakinis, hearing scattered sounds. After half a month, merely hearing the voices of people, one will understand their thoughts. After five months, one will hear the voice of the Great Brahma, hearing the sound "Sa Hring."
