Enlightenment will arise in the mandala. When this happens, the Buddha's words and teachings will be understood in terms of both meaning and letters. As for "in the mind," it means: exhaling for twenty days; holding the breath for twenty days; half exhaling and half inhaling for twenty days; flowing from the right channel for twenty days; flowing from the left channel for twenty days; flowing from the central channel for twenty days, thus practicing for four months. During this time, the body becomes very slow and stable, and maintaining a posture like that of a sage is key. The mind, being a part of the body, is key to being placed in the mandalas of the water element, earth element, fire element, and wind element. During these times, by gradually mastering the letters that arise from within the abdomen, as well as the letters that arise from the throat, palate, tongue, teeth, and lips, one will gradually understand the sounds and meanings of these letters. Moreover, relying on the initial consonant letters, one can recite five hundred verses a day, then a thousand, then three thousand, and then one hundred thousand verses a day, and gain mastery over tens of millions and billions of verses. All of these can be easily understood through meaning and letters. Therefore, whether the letters arise from the abdomen or the throat, etc., just by reciting them slightly, one can know and recite the definitive speech of the Buddha. Just by reciting, one can commonly pacify the obstacles of body and speech, gather retinues, possess merit, love beings, and tame those to be tamed. Worldly gods, such as Brahma, Indra, Vishnu, desire gods, gods of the form and formless realms, and various actors, will also protect, save, conceal, guard, and successfully accomplish everything. Similarly, the Buddhas of the past, such as Buddha Bodhisattvas, deities, and the mothers of the lineages, and countless other holy beings, will also show their forms, proclaim the Dharma, and reveal their intentions, blessing the body, speech, and mind of the yogi, making them happy. Similarly, the worldly dakinis, such as the seven sisters, the sisters, the profound one, the old woman, the red woman, the great extremely wrathful mother, and the burning mother, and so on.

And also the constantly burning mothers and others, all gather around that yogi, giving happiness, properly treasuring, retinue gathering and enjoyments being complete, regarding eating, drinking, tasting, and whatever is left over and should be done, they will not be confused. Similarly, in order for the departed dakinis, the Sugata family, the Vajra family, the Ratna family, the Padma family, the Karma family, and so on, to gather to this very yogi, first proclaiming those sounds, such as "Ah-li Mi-li Ha-ha," and "Eh-dring Eh-dring," and "Seh-eh," and so on, countless fierce sounds. And also the extremely resounding "Om" sound, such as "zung zung," and "gyob gyob," and "Do not release, do not release," and the distinctions of sounds such as "sod sod," if one knows that they are the sounds of the dakinis, then that yogi will attain great accomplishment. Therefore, if one knows that the voices of those dakinis are clear, loud, and extremely captivating, then that yogi, through eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind, can see forms with what is hidden and extremely hidden to the eye, and similarly, the ear can hear sounds, and so on. Through the mind's direct perception and the six consciousnesses, by definitely practicing, one knows the meaning of the Sugatas' teachings, and as a sign of understanding, one can remember one hundred, one thousand, ten thousand, one hundred thousand counted in phrases each day, and through their respective meanings and letters, one will be able to know the place and definitely combine them. Having known the combination in this way, and also transforming into a bird, regarding the sound of "water transformation," and the words of the Buddha beautifully praised, by knowing the meaning of that inconceivable emanation, that yogi completes the ritual of being skilled in the meaning of sounds. Thus, regarding the four meanings of the limbs, relying on other places of the Pingala sound, it is shown that the worldly and departed beings will gather. Now, the fifth meaning of the limb, relying on other places of the sounds of the four elements, shows that the seed of the emanation body is placed nearby, what is called "arising," means from where does it arise? Relying on matter, the nature of having awareness arises, and relying on the external four elements, the internal body's
