Then meditate on the four immeasurables. Within that state, meditate that self and all phenomena are emptiness. Then, from the emanating and gathering of the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) of dark blue color that generates, meditate on the elements stacked in order. Above that, meditate on the palace of a four-spoked wheel, complete with two surrounding enclosures, the center of the middle being dark blue, the radiance of triangles shining, with four doors and archways, accompanied by a vajra fence and a mountain of fire. In the spokes and center of the wheel, and in each of the doors, meditate on the moon arising from A (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), the sun from Ma (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), and the lotus seat from Paṃ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思). From that light radiating and gathering, clearly meditate on the form of Yamāntaka: In the center is the wrathful king of Mañjuśrī, with three faces and four arms, treading with two feet, the body dark blue, adorned with snakes and fresh skulls, the right face white, the left red, the middle dark blue, an extremely terrifying face, the two right hands holding a wheel and a lasso, the left a club and a sword, a wrathful face with bared fangs, a nature of extremely terrifying wrath, together with the consort Ekajati, embracing inseparably. On each of the spokes of the wheel: In the east is the Terminator, black in color, with one face and two arms, the right holding a wheel, the left a club, meditate on him as extremely terrifying. In the south is the Lord of Death, dark blue in color, the rest is similar to the previous one. In the west is the Killer, red-black in color. In the north is the Liberator, green-black in color, with one face and two arms, the right holding a wheel and a club for all. Starting from the east door: the white wrathful woman, the yellow wrathful woman, the red wrathful woman, and the green wrathful woman, with one face and two arms, holding an iron hook and a lasso, an iron chain and a bell in the right hands, the left hands all holding threatening mudras. Having visualized it so clearly, from the seed-syllable at the heart of each, light radiates matching its own color, and the wisdom being, identical to itself, dwells in the heart. In the heart of the wisdom being, above the sun and moon, meditate on the seed-syllable surrounded by the Ali and Kali. The main deity is adorned with the five families on the head, and the retinue is adorned with Ratnasambhava on the head. Therefore, one should settle the mind on the order of clearly visualizing the wheel with the Yamāntaka mandala.
