If the awareness that includes me is integrated, then by transferring one's own illness to another in this way, one will surely be liberated from the substance of the illness. These are very important as a branch of wind practice. If acting for the benefit of other sentient beings, it should be done through the union of the wheels of interdependence of each. Thus, first, the action is indicated by the special method of transferring one's own illness to a living being. Now, secondly, relying on the wheel of interdependence, with the focus as the main characteristic, the special action of transferring to inanimate objects is indicated: Inanimate objects do not transform into conscious beings, but are substances made of the four elements of earth, water, fire, and wind. For the interdependence of the aggregates of earth, one should perform the interdependence that relies on substance. That is, one should make as many different kinds of earth as one's age, and make that many mounds of earth, and perform actions such as scattering, pouring, transferring, lifting, throwing, moving from one to another, mixing, immersing in water, throwing into fire, and digging holes in the ground. By combining and performing these in order during the twelve periods, one will surely be liberated from naturally occurring diseases. If one is not liberated by these, then one should make an image of twelve years, and transform it with the colors of the elements, and recite "one, one, one" countless times, and place it in the place where one is sick, and focus on the elements that are in harmony with oneself and the other, and by doing so, one will surely transfer the elemental illness to another. For water and other elements, one should also understand through similar methods. If one wishes to transfer illness to another through the combination of speech, then one should make the focus of transferring from oneself inseparable from the focus of having transferred from oneself, and recite "one, one, one," and "ten, ten," "twenty, twenty," "thirty, thirty," "forty, forty," "fifty, fifty," and "sixty," "seventy," "eighty," "ninety," "hundred, hundred," "thousand, thousand," "ten thousand, ten thousand," "hundred thousand, hundred thousand," and "million, million," "ten million, ten million," "billion, billion," "trillion, trillion," "inconceivable, inconceivable," "countless, countless," "liberation, liberation," "shaking, shaking," "disappearance, disappearance," "unspeakable, unspeakable," and other numbers, and perform them with mudras, body, speech, and mind, etc. The sound should be made with Brahma and others as shown above. Focus on the water

Transform into pustules, transform into steam on the ground, transform into smoke in the fire, transform into mist in the wind, and transfer one's own illness to other beings or inanimate objects, etc. Or, take objects like wooden sticks, transfer the substance of the object to wherever, recite the name of that object countless times, and then throw it behind; similarly, throw it in front; throw it to the left and right; throw it in a circular manner; throw it in an everted manner; scatter it in a snatching manner, and thus it is accomplished. If transferring to the water element, recite "water, water" many times. Similarly, do this for the remaining elements as well. If wishing to transfer to other sentient beings, perform the following actions on the object to be transferred: reverse the head and tail, cut into pieces, erect, lay down, knead, attach one's own body to it and transfer. If seeing other miserly beings, transfer with pure intention, and then offer it to one's own guru. If a yogi can clearly visualize his own mind, and through dependent origination make the action not inverted, then he will surely succeed. The remaining parts can be understood through the scriptures. This is the answer to the forty-second question. Relying on the special transference with wisdom, in order to show the special nature of the body, it is divided into two parts to show. Now is the answer to the forty-third question of the first chapter, relying on the special diseases and demonic influences of the body, in order to show the key to pacifying the obstacles of yoga, the first part accomplished through three parts: relying on the differentiation of various diseases, showing the special method of exorcism: that is, relying on the action tantra, both tantras, yoga tantra, generation stage, completion stage, and the key not explained elsewhere in the Great Perfection tantra, relying on the wheel of the five elements of karma, to liberate from the suffering of the body: the stable change of the earth element among the five elements will lead to Bekan disease, which will usually become a mixed disease. The aggregated change of the water element will also lead to Bekan disease; the mature change of the fire element will lead to bile disease; the special change of the wind element will lead to wind disease. These diseases are liberated from the internal diseases of the body through the counting diseases of the wind; through the reversal of knowledge, one can be liberated from the external diseases of the body. Such profound meaning must be told.
