Visualize your own body as an illusion, and visualize the consort as also illusory. Transform the mind from the ordinary to the non-dual illusory state, so that the body feels bliss and the mind feels emptiness. Unite the two, and constantly practice in the indivisible bliss-emptiness. If you do not first discern the characteristics of the consort, you will not be able to enjoy the nature of bliss. If you do not perform the method of summoning, bodhicitta will not arise. If you do not perform the method of nourishing the body, there will be no after-effect of bliss. If you do not perform the method of generating bliss, bodhicitta will not increase. If you do not perform the method of union, the activities based on the conventional bindu will decline. If you do not perform the key point of descending the bindu, the yogi's bodily essence will decline. If you do not guard it, the ripened result of abandoning bodhicitta will occur. If you do not reverse it, the bliss of the mingling of wind and mind will not arise. If you do not insert the root pegs, it will turn into a disease of the elements. If you do not know the key point of mixing it with the wind, the bindu will dissolve into the channels, thus reversing the conventional activities. Thus, after explaining the methods of summoning a consort with complete characteristics, now is the third question, how to practice the ultimate bindu? The ultimate and other contents are explained in the scriptures. Thirty-second question: practicing the bindu, transforming the actions of the body into the path, is explained in three parts. Now is the thirty-third question of the first chapter, concerning the ultimate of the dakini's activities, explaining the distinctions of the dakinis, the first of which is explained by two branch meanings: relying on dependent arising, how is the ultimate of the common, temporary dependent arising achieved? Space realm, going wisdom, the nature of the mother's dharma, the ultimate of its activities is divided into two types: common and supreme. Among them, the supreme realm is wisdom, the nature of dharma is indivisible. If we distinguish from a common perspective, it is difficult to express, that is, from the two thousand two hundred treasures of the dakinis, especially here, it is briefly explained, that is, from the two thousand two hundred, the treasures of the dakinis are summarized into eight branches. And this is also a brief summary. Among them, the profound dependent arising is: relying on the mixture of the five ambrosias, and the means of the manifestation's gathering, solidification, and rotation, performing the yoga of food, and relying on any of the mixtures of flesh, herbs, stones, and ashes, to demonstrate the yoga of clothing, etc.

I rely on the key points of the great union of bliss, pacifying diseases, increasing lifespan, and other merits, which have been extensively explained in the treasury of the dakinis. Relying on practicing the wind element through instruments like flutes and lutes, it is taught in the profound treasury of generating the wisdom of great bliss. The method for attaining uncontaminated wisdom is also clarified in the treasury. Furthermore, relying on the key points of earth, water, fire, and wind, the ability to control the external four elements should also be understood in the treasury. Thus, it is explained how to accomplish common and immediate actions. Now, the second part, relying on and practicing the ultimate of examining objects, thereby accomplishing clairvoyance, and demonstrating the Buddha's pure land: Regarding objects, such as earth, water, fire, wind, etc., and the desirable qualities, through examination, one knows their impermanence, knows their non-arising, knows their emptiness, knows their lack of inherent existence. Even if one knows in this way, if one separates the various functions of all objects in order, they ultimately lead to the five desirable qualities. That is, the method of practicing with form and consciousness as the object of focus: practicing color, practicing the form of shapes, practicing the nature of form, has been clarified in the treasury of the dakinis and elsewhere. Here, a special practice is explained: that is, a person with faith should first perform various methods of accumulating merit, and then, for the duration of about one 'gha' (a unit of time), pray to their own guru. Contemplate the guru, and generate uncommon devotion of body, speech, and mind. Then, practice with small objects: in front of oneself, without blinking the eyes, gaze at a piece of wood or a pebble, or any such thing, restraining awareness and breath, practice for about three days, and when it is able to melt, also practice on mountains and houses, etc. If one practices for a long time on these things that sometimes appear and sometimes do not appear, they will also become without inherent existence. Then, practicing on one's own body will also make it without inherent existence. Furthermore, practicing the special union of dependent origination, the body will transform like a mist, speech will arise without impediment, and the mind will experience the unchanging experience of great clear light bliss. Dependent origination has a special function of the action of union. Special
