愿圆满。我们以及其他所有众生，凡是那些因国王的恐惧而害怕的，以及那些被囚禁、殴打、投入牢狱或应被杀害的，被各种原因所折磨的，没有傲慢的，身语意受到痛苦折磨的那些，都愿凭借我的功德力，从一切损害中完全解脱。我们以及其他所有众生，凡是那些饥渴之火燃烧的，极度努力寻找食物的，造作罪恶之业的那些，愿我以具有颜色、气味和味道的饮食使他们满足，之后安置于佛法的味道中极其安乐。我们以及其他所有众生，凡是那些赤身裸体没有衣服、贫穷、痛苦的，日夜遭受寒冷、炎热、蚊虫和肉蝇所带来的痛苦感受的那些，愿我以适合穿着的衣服，转变为各种颜色的衣服，以及珍宝的装饰、香料、花环、涂香、音乐的声音、钹和手鼓，使众生们的所有心愿都得以圆满。愿具有圣者喜悦的戒律之乐，愿不被烦恼的痛苦所折磨，安住于解脱的安乐之中。从此地死亡之后，也在如来药师琉璃光王的佛土中，于莲花心之中，在狮子座上化生，刚一出生，就显现出陀罗尼和三摩地等一切功德之聚。从无上导师药师琉璃光王等十方诸佛处，如实领受教诲，令其心欢喜，于刹那刹那间，无碍地进入一切佛土。顶礼导师薄伽梵如来应供正等觉释迦牟尼佛！供养，皈依！念诵七遍。此时如前供养力所能及之物。如今在诸佛菩萨及其眷属聚集的座前，忆念如来释迦牟尼佛之名，念诵七遍并顶礼。

May it be complete. May all sentient beings, including myself, who are frightened by the fear of kings, and those who are bound, beaten, imprisoned, or deserving of being killed, tormented by various causes, without arrogance, whose bodies, speech, and minds are afflicted by suffering, be completely liberated from all harm through the power of my merit. May all sentient beings, including myself, who have the fire of hunger and thirst blazing, who are extremely diligent in seeking food, who commit sinful deeds, be satisfied by me with food and drink that have color, smell, and taste, and afterwards be established in the bliss of the taste of Dharma. May all sentient beings, including myself, who are naked, without clothes, poor, suffering, experiencing the feeling of suffering day and night from cold, heat, mosquitoes, and flies, have all the thoughts of sentient beings completely fulfilled by me with clothes suitable for wearing, transformed into various colors, as well as precious ornaments, spices, garlands, perfumes, the sound of music, cymbals, and hand drums. May they possess the joy of morality that pleases the noble ones, may they not be tormented by the suffering of afflictions, and may they abide in the bliss of liberation. After dying from here, may I also be born miraculously in the Buddha-field of the Tathagata Medicine Guru Vaiduryaprabha King, in the heart of a lotus, on a lion throne, and as soon as I am born, may all the collections of qualities, such as dharanis and samadhis, be manifested. May I receive the teachings correctly from the unsurpassed teacher, the Medicine Guru Vaiduryaprabha King, and all the Buddhas of the ten directions, please their minds, and enter all Buddha-fields without obstruction in an instant. I prostrate to the teacher, the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, the glorious Victorious Shakyamuni! I offer and take refuge! Recite seven times. At this time, offer whatever offerings are available as before. Now, in the presence of the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and their retinues, remembering the name of the Tathagata Shakyamuni, recite it seven times and prostrate.

Through the power of offering gardens and so forth, may the Teacher, the Thus-Gone One, Shakyamuni, take care of all sentient beings, including myself, who are obscured by various karmic obscurations, afflicted by various diseases, tormented by various sorrows and sufferings, and all impoverished sentient beings. For the sake of the benefit, medicine, and happiness of gods and humans, may the skillful means of the seven Thus-Gone Ones and the special, vast blessings of their past aspirations be bestowed. From the throat of glory, it is said, "Manjushri, therefore, all those who seek virtue should hold the names of the seven Thus-Gone Ones without mixing with afflictions. Recite them three times during the day and three times at night. Believe with reverence. Also, make images. Offer with flowers, incense, lamps, unguents, food, and musical sounds, and so forth. Abide near the eight-limbed observance. Keep pure for seven days, stay in a clean place, and make aspirations to be born in that Buddha's field. If someone upholds, or recites, or makes offerings, and repeats it a thousand and eight times, then all the Tathagatas will remember him, all the Bodhisattvas will care for him, all the Vajra-holders will truly protect him, and all the gods, Indra, Brahma, and the Four Great Kings will also protect him. All karmic obscurations, including the five heinous crimes, will be completely purified, he will not be afflicted by all diseases, he will live long, and he will be completely liberated from all fears of untimely death. All death, enemies, harm to monasteries, strife, debates, and disputes will be completely pacified, he will not be controlled by all enemies, and all wishes will be completely fulfilled. As all that has been said, for the benefit of so-and-so and others, according to the ritual from the sutra, in the presence of the Seven Tathagatas and the Teacher Sugatas gathered, offering and praying, through reciting the dharani mantra, bless as it is blessed and said, and all the benefits as it is said, please grant that I and all sentient beings may immediately obtain them. Supreme lamp dispelling the darkness of ignorance, ultimate medicine curing the suffering of disease, to all the precious and sacred Dharma, I prostrate, offer, and take refuge. Recite seven times. At this time, offer whatever offerings are available. Please show us the true and infallible words of the Tathagata, the unchanging truth. Bodhisattva Mahasattva Arya Manjushri, whose mind is free from all defilements and faults, whose body is adorned with the radiance of the accumulation of immaculate qualities, whose lotus feet are touched by the hair knots and crowns of gods, humans, asuras, nagas, and vidyadharas, I prostrate to the place where various beings of the lower realms gather. 被各种疾病所折磨，被各种忧愁和痛苦所困扰，被各种邪见所完全蒙蔽，对于那些在道路和境界低劣之处，一个接一个地堕落的众生，请您慈悲地垂念，只要听到（此名号），无论如何也能从无上菩提中永不退转，一切罪恶和业障完全清净并获得安乐，不被恶魔所压迫，一切损害和不安完全平息，一切愿望圆满，一切心愿如意成就的七如来之名号和往昔愿力之殊胜广大的经藏。 导师薄伽梵释迦牟尼佛为对境而祈请，在座聚集的中央，如是说：薄伽梵，未来之时，未来之世，凡是受持此经，并且也为他人广为如实宣说，书写或令人书写，书写于经卷之上，以鲜花、焚香、熏香、花鬘、涂香、伞盖和胜幢等进行供养恭敬的善男子或善女子，我将为他们宣说如来药师琉璃光王之名号的各种名相。乃至在梦中，也令佛之名号在耳边清晰宣说。若以五色彩绸缠绕，放置于清净之处，凡是此经所在之处，彼处将有四大天王及其眷属，以及其他百千俱胝之天神。受持此经者，在未到寿终之前不会死亡。任何人都无法夺走其光彩，即使被夺走，也能再次夺回，如是等等宣说，并且圣者之语真实可信，如其所承诺的那样，如今也在此供养会供的宫殿坛城中安住，接受供养，并从对如来之座的专注中解脱出来，进行劝请。圆满完成经藏仪轨的加持事业，使经藏的利益如所宣说的一切，我们等一切有情立即获得加持。

Afflicted by various diseases, tormented by various sorrows and sufferings, completely obscured by various evil views, please have compassion for those sentient beings who fall one after another in the inferior paths and realms, so that just by hearing (this name), they will never turn back from unsurpassed Bodhi, all sins and karmic obscurations will be completely purified and attain happiness, will not be oppressed by evil demons, all harm and unease will be completely pacified, all wishes will be fulfilled, and all aspirations will be accomplished as desired—the Sutra containing the names of the Seven Tathagatas and the special, vast power of their past aspirations. Addressing the Teacher, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha, in the center of the assembled gathering, it is said: Bhagavan, in the future time, in the future age, whoever holds this Sutra and also widely and truthfully teaches it to others, writes it or causes it to be written, writes it on scrolls, and offers and reveres it with flowers, incense, perfumes, garlands, unguents, parasols, and victory banners, those sons or daughters of good family, I will proclaim to them the various names of the Tathagata Medicine Guru, King of Lapis Lazuli Light. Even in dreams, I will cause the name of the Buddha to be clearly proclaimed in their ears. If it is wrapped in five-colored silk and placed in a clean place, wherever this Sutra is located, there will be the Four Great Kings and their retinues, as well as other hundreds of thousands of kotis of gods. Those who uphold this Sutra will not die before their time. No one will be able to take away their splendor, and even if it is taken away, they will be able to regain it, and so on, it is said, and because the words of the Noble One are true and reliable, as promised, now also abiding in this mandala of the palace where the offering assembly is arranged, accepting the offerings, and being urged to be released from the focus on the seat of the Tathagatas. By accomplishing the activity of fulfilling the complete ritual of the Sutra, may all the benefits of the Sutra as proclaimed be immediately attained by us and all sentient beings.
