愿对上师生起不退转的信心！愿菩提心永不退转！我们等众生中，凡是任何地方听不到佛号、听不到法号、听不到僧号，出生在边地，被恶知识引导而造恶业的那些众生，从那里死后堕入三恶道，从善法中退失的那些众生，愿他们耳边听到如来法海音的名号，愿出现法云和海的声音！愿他们听到法音后，往昔的业障得以消除，直至菩提究竟，愿他们与菩提心永不分离！我们等众生中，凡是缺乏衣服、饰品、香、花鬘、涂香、卧具、生病时的医药等，因不具备而感受痛苦，造作恶业的那些众生，愿他们意念一动，衣服、饰品、香、花鬘、涂香、卧具、生病时的医药和受用等立即出现，无所匮乏！直至菩提究竟，愿任何人都不缺乏任何事物！我们等众生中，凡是因往昔业力成熟，互相争斗、争论、竞争，互相伤害乃至杀害，为此挥舞刀剑、弓箭、棍棒等，遭受痛苦的那些众生，愿他们从弓箭、刀剑、棍棒等中返回！愿他们回心转意！愿一切怨敌都安住在慈爱中！愿任何众生的寿命都不中断！直至菩提究竟，愿各自对自己的财物、受用和权力感到满足！从此地死后，也在如来法海音佛的刹土中，于莲花心狮子座上化生，刚一出生，陀罗尼、三摩地等一切功德之聚都显现，成为无上导师法

May we have unwavering faith in the Guru! May we never turn back from cherishing the mind of enlightenment! May all sentient beings, including ourselves, who are born in remote lands where the sound of the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha cannot be heard, who are led by unwholesome friends and engage in sinful deeds, upon dying from there, fall into the three lower realms and degenerate from virtuous practices, may they hear the name of the Tathagata Dharmasagara-ghosa! May the clouds of Dharma and the sound of the ocean arise! May they, upon hearing the Dharma sound, exhaust their past karma, and until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment, may they never be separated from cherishing the mind of enlightenment! May all sentient beings, including ourselves, who experience suffering due to the lack of clothing, ornaments, incense, garlands, unguents, bedding, and medicine for the sick, and who engage in sinful deeds, may clothing, ornaments, incense, garlands, unguents, bedding, medicine for the sick, and all enjoyments arise as soon as they think of them, without any lack! Until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment, may no one lack anything at all! May all sentient beings, including ourselves, who, due to the ripening of past karma, engage in fighting, arguing, and competing with each other, harming and even killing each other, wielding swords, arrows, and clubs, and experiencing suffering, may they turn away from arrows, swords, clubs, and so on! May they turn back! May all enemies abide in loving-kindness! May the life force of no one be cut short! Until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment, may each be content with their own possessions, enjoyments, and power! Upon dying from here, may we be born miraculously in the Buddha-field of the Tathagata Dharmasagara-ghosa, on a lotus heart lion throne, and as soon as we are born, may all the collections of qualities such as dharanis and samadhis manifest, becoming the unsurpassed teacher of the Dharma.

以宣说海之音声等，从十方诸佛处如实领受教言，令其心欢喜，愿刹那刹那于一切佛刹无碍而入。顶礼、供养、皈依于薄伽梵如来应供正等觉法海胜慧游舞现证者。念诵七遍。此处献供。今于诸佛菩萨众会聚之圣前，听闻如来应供正等觉法海胜慧游舞现证者之名号，忆念于心，念诵七遍，以顶礼、供养等威力，愿如来法海胜慧游舞现证者，依其往昔殊胜之愿力，使我等众生，凡从事农耕、播种、经商、战斗、争讼等恶业者，思及此名号，即刻获得一切资具，无有损害之心，恒常行持善法。我等众生，凡已趋入十不善业道，将堕地狱者，愿皆具足十善业道，无有众生堕入地狱。我等众生，凡受制于人，遭受刑罚、束缚、鞭打、监禁、杀戮者，愿直至菩提究竟之间，皆能解脱束缚、鞭打等，获得无上圆满之自在。我等众生，凡因造作种种短命之罪业，将命终者，愿一切罪业皆得清净，得享长寿，免于非时而死，永不死亡。临终之际，亦能听闻如来法海胜慧游舞现证者之名号，随后

May the sounds of the proclaiming ocean and so forth, receive the correct teachings from all the Buddhas of the ten directions. May they be pleased, and may they enter all Buddha-fields without obstruction in every moment. I prostrate to, make offerings to, and take refuge in the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha, the one who directly knows through the supreme wisdom play of the Dharma Ocean. Recite seven times. Offerings are made here. Now, in the presence of the assembly of victorious ones and their sons, having heard the name of the Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha, the one who directly knows through the supreme wisdom play of the Dharma Ocean, remembering it in our minds and reciting it seven times, through the power of prostrations, offerings, and so forth, may we and all sentient beings, in accordance with the special previous aspirations of the Tathagata, the one who directly knows through the supreme wisdom play of the Dharma Ocean, those who engage in sinful activities such as farming, planting seeds, trading, fighting, and arguing, may they immediately obtain all necessities as soon as they think of it. May they be without harmful intent. May they always engage in virtuous Dharma. May we and all sentient beings who have taken up the path of the ten non-virtuous actions and will go to the hell realms, may all of them be endowed with the path of the ten virtuous actions. May no sentient being go to the hell realms. May we and all sentient beings who have fallen under the power of others, and are subject to being cut by punishments, bound, beaten, imprisoned, or killed, may all of them, until the ultimate end of enlightenment, be liberated from being bound, beaten, and so forth. May they be endowed with unsurpassed and perfect freedom. May we and all sentient beings who have committed various sins and non-virtuous deeds that cause a short life, and will die, may all of those sinful deeds be completely purified, and may they have a long life and not die untimely, may they never die. Even at the time of death, may the name of the Tathagata, the one who directly knows through the supreme wisdom play of the Dharma Ocean, be heard, and afterwards

忆念之后，愿能转生到善趣高处的世间！直到菩提的究竟，愿能享受天人的安乐！从此地去世之后，也能在薄伽梵如来应供正等觉法海胜慧游戏神通佛的刹土中，于莲花心狮子座上化生，一生下来就现前陀罗尼和三摩地等一切功德之聚。从无上导师法海胜慧游戏神通所知等十方一切佛处如实领受教言，令其心喜，刹那刹那间，愿能无碍进入一切佛刹！向薄伽梵如来应供正等觉药师琉璃光王顶礼！供养，皈依！如是念诵七遍。此时，供养力所能及之物。如今，在诸佛菩萨眷属云集的面前，听闻如来药师琉璃光王之名，忆念于心，念诵七遍，以顶礼和供养等的威力，愿我等一切众生，都能与如来药师琉璃光王往昔的殊胜愿力相应，获得大丈夫相三十二种，妙好八十种随形好，如我一般，一切众生也能如是！愿身体的光芒照亮无量无数的世界！愿身体如琉璃宝一般，内外清净，无垢光明，肢体宽广博大，光辉灿烂，安住于善，胜过日月的光网庄严！愿如如来药师琉璃光王一般，无论何种众生在世间

Having remembered, may I be born in the world of happy migrations and higher realms! Until the ultimate of enlightenment, may I experience the happiness of gods and humans! Even after passing away from here, may I be born miraculously on a lotus heart lion throne in the Buddha-field of the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyak-sambuddha, the Ocean of Dharma, Supreme Wisdom, Play of Manifest Knowledge Buddha. As soon as I am born, may all the collections of qualities such as dharanis and samadhis become manifest. From the unsurpassed teacher, the Ocean of Dharma, the Play of Manifest Knowledge, and all the Buddhas of the ten directions, may I correctly receive the teachings, please their hearts, and in an instant, may I enter all Buddha-fields without obstruction! I prostrate to the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyak-sambuddha, the King of Medicine Master Lapis Lazuli Light! I offer and take refuge! Repeat this seven times. At this time, offer whatever offerings are available. Now, in the presence of the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, having heard the name of the Tathagata Medicine Master Lapis Lazuli Light King, remembering it in my mind, and reciting it seven times, through the power of prostrations and offerings, may all sentient beings, including myself, be in accordance with the special aspirations of the Tathagata Medicine Master Lapis Lazuli Light King in the past, and may we be adorned with the thirty-two marks of a great being and the eighty minor marks of excellence. Just as I am, may all sentient beings be like that too! May the rays of light from my body illuminate countless and immeasurable realms of the world! May my body be like a lapis lazuli jewel, utterly pure inside and out, immaculate and radiant, with vast and expansive limbs, blazing with glory and splendor, abiding in goodness, and adorned with a network of light rays surpassing the sun and moon! May I become like the Tathagata Medicine Master Lapis Lazuli Light King, so that whatever sentient beings in the world

May those born in the intermediate realms, and those who wander in different directions in the darkness of night in this human world, may they go joyfully in all directions by my light, and may they also accomplish all their tasks. May the wisdom and skillful means of the Tathagata, the Medicine Buddha, the King of Lapis Lazuli Light, be immeasurable, so that we and the immeasurable realms of sentient beings may possess inexhaustible enjoyments, and may no one be in any haste. May all sentient beings, including us, who have entered evil paths, or who have entered the paths of the Hearers and Solitary Buddhas, enter the unsurpassed path of the Great Vehicle. May all sentient beings, including us, be restrained by the three vows until the ultimate end of enlightenment, and may our morality be without defects. May no one enter into immoral conduct and fall into the lower realms. May all sentient beings, including us, who have bad bodies, incomplete faculties, ugly complexions, are emaciated, have defective limbs, are hunchbacked, have vitiligo, are blind, deaf, mute, insane, or afflicted with diseases, may all their karmic obscurations be purified, and may they all have complete faculties and perfect limbs. May all sentient beings, including us, who are tormented by various diseases, without refuge, without protection, without resources or medicine, without relatives, poor, and suffering, may all their diseases be completely pacified. Until the ultimate end of enlightenment, may they be free from disease and harm, and may they abide in perfect resources. May all women who are afflicted by the eight faults of women, who dislike the female form, and who desire to be liberated from the female state, may they all be transformed from the female form. Until the ultimate end of enlightenment, may they possess the faculties of a male. May all sentient beings, including us, be completely liberated from the snares of Mara. May we abandon all kinds of different views and discordant confusions, and may we abide in the correct view. May the vast conduct of enlightenment be completely
