By the power of hearing the name of the King of Glory, remembering it in mind, reciting it seven times, prostrating and making offerings, etc., may all the harm and diseases of those sentient beings, including myself, who are afflicted by various diseases, tormented by plagues, executioners, curses, zombies, and various fears, be immediately pacified, in accordance with the special aspirations of the Tathagata, the King of Glory, whose name is well-proclaimed. Until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment, may all plagues, evil spirits, and diseases be eliminated. May they be completely pacified. May all sentient beings, including myself, who are blind, deaf, mute, mad, afflicted with vitiligo, or suffering from severe illnesses, have all their senses fully complete until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment. May all suffering and diseases be completely eradicated. May all sentient beings, including myself, who are obscured by desire, hatred, and ignorance, who commit the five heinous crimes, who engage in improper conduct, who abandon the sacred Dharma, who commit various sinful and unwholesome deeds, who go to the three lower realms and hell, may all the karmic obscurations, including the five heinous crimes, of those who are born in the great hells and experience suffering, be completely purified and exhausted. Until the attainment of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, may no one go to hell or the lower realms. May they experience the bliss of the gods in the heavenly realms and the bliss of humans. May all sentient beings who are helpless and suffering from the burning fire of pain in their bodies, and those who have fallen among fierce lions, tigers, bears, grizzlies, and venomous snakes, whose lives are threatened and who are in distress, may all the fires of physical suffering be completely extinguished until they reach the ultimate enlightenment. May those lions, tigers, bears, grizzlies, and venomous snakes also abide in loving-kindness, and may they abide in a place of fearlessness and peace. May we and all other sentient beings who fight with each other, who quarrel and contend, who are agitated, fearful, and terrified, may all fighting, quarreling, and contending be completely pacified until we reach the ultimate enlightenment, and may we abide in loving-kindness with each other. May we and all other sentient beings who have entered the water, boarded ships, gone without refuge, abandoned their lives, and those who have entered rivers and oceans and utter various cries of lamentation, may they be given a chance to breathe from that great river until they reach the ultimate enlightenment, and may they cross over without fear. After passing away from here, may we also be reborn in the Buddha-field of the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Enlightened One, named Well-Proclaimed Glorious King, miraculously born on a lotus heart, on a lion throne, and as soon as we are born, may all the collections of qualities, such as dharanis and samadhis, be manifested. May we receive the authentic teachings from the unsurpassed teacher, Well-Proclaimed Glorious King, and all the Buddhas of the ten directions, please their minds, and enter all Buddha-fields without obstruction in an instant. I prostrate to, make offerings to, and take refuge in the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened Buddha, Jeweled Moon Lotus Adorned, Skilled Glorious Sound King. Adorned with precious jewels, the moon, and lotuses, the skillful, glorious King of Sound, in accordance with his past special aspirations, may we and all sentient beings who are attached to the edges of fields, fond of trade, and have many kinds of distractions, completely lose the virtuous Dharma, the aspects of Bodhi, and the intention of Bodhicitta. Wandering in Samsara, individually experiencing various sufferings of Samsara, as well as aging, sickness, decay, death, sorrow, lamentation, suffering, displeasure, and various confusions, may all of these, until enlightenment in unsurpassed Bodhi, be abundant and prosperous with food, shares, drinks, enjoyment, and complete use, as well as wealth, grains, jewels, clothes, and gold. May virtuous Dharmas increase and expand. May we never be separated from the intention of Bodhicitta. May we be completely liberated from all the sufferings of Samsara in the lower realms and hells, etc. May we and all sentient beings who are tormented by cold, heat, hunger, and thirst, and exhausted by the feeling of suffering, have all the obscurations of past karma completely purified. May this life be the last. Until enlightenment in unsurpassed Bodhi, may we be completely liberated from all the sufferings of birth. May we experience the happiness of gods and humans. May all the sufferings of women who are completely tormented by various diseases and curse the place of women's birth, and sentient beings who experience the feeling of suffering at the time of childbirth, be completely cut off. May this life be the last, and until the ultimate Bodhi, may we obtain the state of being born. May we and all sentient beings who are oppressed by death, enemies, and the harm of solitary places, and who mutually experience the sorrow of parents, sisters, friends, and relatives, and feel the pain and sorrow piercing the body, may all these, until the ultimate Bodhi, have all the harm of death, enemies, and solitary places completely pacified.

愿如是。愿脱离一切悲伤和痛苦。我们等一切众生，凡于夜晚黑暗中游荡者，从事各种业行，被各种罪恶之鬼所折磨，发出各种恐惧和哀嚎之声者，愿彼等直至菩提究竟之间，一切黑暗皆得消除。愿脱离一切罪恶之鬼。愿精进于各种供养和侍奉之事。我们等一切众生，凡于下劣生信，智慧狭小，念力迟钝，于善法、力量、菩提之支分、三摩地、陀罗尼之门，以及忆念佛、法、僧皆已退失者，愿彼等直至菩提究竟之间，三摩地、念力、力量、陀罗尼之门以及菩提之支分皆得显现。愿大智慧随之而行。我们等一切众生，凡于下劣生信，于声闻乘和独觉乘生起希求，安住于彼，背离无上正等觉菩提者，愿彼等直至菩提究竟之间，于无上正等觉菩提永不退转。愿从声闻和独觉之地彻底超越。愿菩提心不离于意念。我们等一切众生，凡于大劫坏灭之时，赡部洲各地燃烧炽盛，骚乱纷起，哭泣哀嚎，因往昔不善业之因，遭受痛苦，无依无怙者，愿彼等脱离痛苦和悲伤。愿获得清凉之物。死后亦愿于薄伽梵如来宝月莲花庄严贤善光音王佛之清净佛土中，于莲花藏狮子座上化生。愿一生下来即获得陀罗尼和三摩地等一切功德之聚。

May it be so. May all sorrow and suffering be removed. May all beings, including us, who wander in the darkness of night, engage in various karmic activities, are tormented by various evil spirits, and utter various sounds of fear and lamentation, may all their darkness be eliminated until the ultimate end of enlightenment. May they be liberated from all evil spirits. May they be diligent in various offerings and services. May all beings, including us, who believe in inferiority, have small wisdom, dull memory, and have completely lost the virtues, powers, limbs of enlightenment, samadhi, the doors of dharani, and the recollection of the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, may all of them, until the ultimate end of enlightenment, manifest samadhi, memory, power, the doors of dharani, and the limbs of enlightenment. May great wisdom follow. May all beings, including us, who believe in inferiority, generate desire for the Hearer Vehicle and the Solitary Buddha Vehicle, abide in them, and turn their backs on the unsurpassed perfect and complete enlightenment, may all of them, until the ultimate end of enlightenment, never regress from the unsurpassed perfect and complete enlightenment. May they completely transcend from the grounds of Hearers and Solitary Buddhas. May the mind of enlightenment never be separated from thought. May all beings, including us, who at the time of the great eon's destruction, the entire Jambudvipa is burning and blazing, turmoil arises, weeping and lamenting, suffering arises from the cause of past unwholesome actions, and are without refuge and protection, may all of them be free from suffering and sorrow. May they obtain cooling objects. And after death, may they be born miraculously on a lotus-essence lion throne in the pure Buddha-field of the Bhagavan Tathagata, adorned with jewels, the moon, and lotuses, the wise and glorious King of Sound and Light. May they, as soon as they are born, obtain all the collections of qualities such as dharani and samadhi.
