If one wishes to perform this ritual, one should wash the body well and wear clean, good clothes. One should eat pure food. One should purify the mind from defilements such as afflictions. Believing in the qualities of the Three Jewels and the benefits of the Sūtras. Generate faith and respect. Meditate on the four immeasurables. If one is a householder, one should observe the precepts of the eight vows. Begin on an auspicious day, such as the eighth day of the month. Then, clean a pleasing place. Inside, which is well decorated with many umbrellas and banners. Make a large maṇḍala of incense on the ground. Spread it with colored powder or flowers. A statue or a painted cloth, or something made of clay, is also acceptable, but it should contain relics. Arrange worldly and transmundane offerings. Arrange whatever offerings are available. Perform this ritual with the dhāraṇī for seven days, or twenty-one days, or thirty-five days, or forty-nine days. After arranging the offerings in this way, the Sangha gathers and sits on comfortable seats. Meditate on the samādhi of emptiness as much as possible. Rising from that, for the benefit of all sentient beings, meditate on the four immeasurables, and keep the mind of enlightenment in mind. Thus, according to one's ability and convenience.

十方如来及其眷属，亦复如是思惟加持。然后加持处所，以三宝之谛实，诸佛及菩萨之加持，二资粮圆满之大威势，法界清净且不可思议之力，如七如来往昔广大愿文经中所出之仪轨。十方如来及其眷属，以及一切圣众护法莅临之宫殿坛城，以及此等供养之陈设。如是诸佛及菩萨以彼等往昔殊胜愿力所成就之清净佛土，如同世尊无量光佛之刹土功德一般，地基乃由种种珍宝所成，如掌般平坦，广大宽阔，触感柔软舒适，无垢且光明，具有檀香蛇心之香气，遍布种种天花，四周以珍宝围墙所环绕，遍布金、银、珍珠之粉末，遍布盛开之乌巴拉花、睡莲花、莲花，种种水鸟发出悦耳之鸣叫声，以令人喜悦、嬉戏、飞翔之八功德水之湖泊、池塘、水池等庄严之。珍宝如意树木，天物宝藏，珍珠璎珞，珍宝垂饰，花朵顶饰，以及累累垂挂之美丽果实，金铃发出悦耳之声响，从中发出神圣之法音，以成排之树木庄严之地基上。安置广大无量宫殿，七宝炽盛。无量世界充满广大之大光明，种种不同之处所，极其清净，无边无际，无有阻碍，乃是超越三界之行境，超越世间，乃彼等上师之功德。

Precious wish-fulfilling trees, divine treasures, pearl garlands, precious pendants, flower crests, and beautiful fruits hanging in clusters, golden bells tinkling, from which the sound of the sacred Dharma arises, with rows of trees well adorning the ground. A great immeasurable palace is arranged, blazing with the seven supreme jewels, a great light filling immeasurable realms of the world, extremely pure in various different places, infinite and without limit, without obstruction, the sphere of activity that has truly transcended the three realms, transcending the world, is the virtue of those supreme ones.

Bhagavan, those endowed with great compassion, in the final five hundred years of the degenerate age, when there arise those who imitate the holy Dharma, beings obscured by various karmic obscurations, afflicted by various diseases, tormented by various sorrows and sufferings, impoverished beings, for the sake of benefiting and bringing happiness to gods and humans, relying on the many skillful means of the Tathagatas, and the extensive and excellent distinctions of past aspirations, possessing immeasurable power and blessings, for the sake of protecting so-and-so and many other beings, we invite you as protectors and allies, please come to this palace mandala where the assembly of offerings is arranged, and gather together in great numbers.
