Recite the seven or twenty-one mantras of transcendence. When practicing like the Lord of Karma, it is also important to observe the inner and outer secret vows and visualizations, and recite hundreds of thousands of mantras. The empowerment and blessing are as follows: From the heart of oneself, rays of light like iron hooks emanate, filling the sky. Invite the empowerment deities, the five Buddha families, sons and daughters, wrathful deities and wrathful mothers, and offering goddesses, to reside in the space in front. Offer them offerings and foot-washing water. Pray for empowerment for oneself and the deities in front. The Vajra wrathful deities dispel obstacles, the offering goddesses make offerings and speak auspicious words, the Tathagatas bestow blessings, and the mothers empower with precious vases filled with nectar. The stream of nectar fills the body, purifying defilements. Visualize the remaining nectar forming the Lord of the Family, Akshobhya, on the crown of the head of the deity in front, and the great accomplished Dharma Guru on the crown of one's own deity. This is the key instruction. Finally, visualize the empowerment deities dissolving into oneself, becoming inseparable. During prostrations, countless Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllables emanate from one's heart, subduing the malicious and arrogant with light. Their splendor and power are gathered and dissolved into these syllables, then re-aggregate into numerous wrathful deities and wrathful mothers, prostrating to oneself and the deity in front, and finally dissolving into oneself. During the blessing of offerings, in the countless skull cups formed from numerous Ah (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) syllables, equal to the three thousand worlds, fill with fierce offerings made from black Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllables, burning with light, and the immeasurable mass of burning light dissolving, and from one's heart emanate the Karma wrathful deities and wrathful mothers with fierce power, filling the world like dust motes, summoning the objects to be subdued, such as enemies of the teachings, and slaying them with Vajra weapons, the stream of blood boiling like hot blood, offerings of poison flowers sprinkled with ashes of wooden human bones, and sharp and piercing thorns, stems with jellyfish, emitting a repulsive stench, and black Hala flowers of birds given at the time of death, and the powerful ones of humans, etc.

The incense made by mixing five ingredients such as black agarwood and the fat of Sri Lankans, etc., with a foul smell, is dense like dark clouds. The lamps made by mixing gorocana and red and black fat burn like the flames of the end of time. The fragrant liquid of great ashes, blood fat, and the five elixirs. The offering of food consisting of large pieces of meat, bones, entrails, and heart. The fierce sounds of musical instruments such as skull drums and leg bone flutes roar like thunder. Contemplate the boundless clouds of offerings, both possessed and unpossessed by the owner. From each of these, emanate billions of goddesses identical to oneself, who are the Vajra consorts, complete with the appearance of wrathful mothers, possessing the beauty of graceful and blissful youth, holding various offerings. Furthermore, the wrathful deities and wrathful mothers who are the agents above offer the offerings that have arisen from subduing the oath-breakers. In this way, offer with immeasurable tsok. And, the tsok is complete with the arrangement of the mandala mountain, continents, and surrounding fence. Filled to the brim with countless calling substances, offerings, and fulfillment substances, offer countless offerings, causing the mandala practitioners in front of oneself to be satisfied and delighted, thinking with blazing splendor, and finally gathering the offering deities and agents into oneself, this is the explanation for everything. The method of blessing during the tsok is to begin with non-attachment to the tsok substances. From one's own heart, gradually emanate the letter (Tibetan: ཡྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yam, Literal Chinese meaning: Yang), which melts, and in the central wine cup of the wind wheel bow-shaped cross, there are the letter (Tibetan: ཡྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yam, Literal Chinese meaning: Yang) and the essence mother. On each of the bow-shaped essence mothers, there are three-pointed banners as symbols, etc. The three grains of white, red, and blue, formed from clear steam like the recitation ritual, reside in a stacked manner, from which light radiates, and after gathering, etc., the three letters also melt, becoming the nectar of wisdom, which is offered to the guru, yidam, wisdom, activity, and worldly protectors. And to the retinue, the ocean of oath-bound ones, and the field protectors, etc., as before, the emanated offering goddesses, placed in precious jewels and skull cups, offer them, causing their body, speech, and mind to be pleased, granting the desired accomplishments, and being pleased to accomplish activities. The blessing of the secret mantra inner offering is as before, and finally, with the sound of (Tibetan: ཕེཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फें, Sanskrit Romanization: pheṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Pei), invite the guests of the torma, the guru and yidam, and reside in the space in front.
