The wind stirs, the fire blazes, dissolving the ten substances together with the syllables. Nectar is invoked from the hearts of all the Buddhas and dissolves into it, transforming it into a vast ocean of wisdom nectar. From emptiness, in front of oneself on a lotus and sun disc, from Hum arises the Six-Armed Lord of Wisdom, body color dark blue-black, the first two hands holding a curved knife and skull cup, the middle two holding a garland of human heads and a trident, the last two holding a damaru and a lasso, adorned with tiger skin and a garland of heads, bones, and snakes, with bells and tinkling garlands on hands and feet, standing with both feet together, suppressing the Lord of Hosts. With three eyes, bared fangs, eyebrows and hair blazing upwards, adorned with the crown of Akshobhya, with a sindhura tilaka smeared on the forehead, leaning against a sandalwood tree, residing in the midst of blazing flames. To his left, from Bhyo arises the Glorious Goddess Black Woman, riding a mule, holding a divination board and a disease bag. In front, Yaksha Kshetrapala, smoky black, holding a curved knife and skull cup, riding a black mad bear. To the right, Dzina Mitra, red-black, holding a hand drum and a wheel. Behind, Taki Raja, black, holding a razor and a skull of blood. To the left, the Demon Lord Trakshadru, holding a weapon and a skull heart, riding a black demon horse with white hind hooves, wearing a black silk cloak and Sog boots. Outside of that, are the seventy-five Glorious Protectors, together with the assembly of oath-bound ones. From the heart of oneself, light radiates. From the cool grove of the southeast, from beneath a single sandalwood tree, invoke the Six-Armed Lord of Wisdom. Above are the Gurus of the root and lineage, to the right is the hero with valor, to the left is the heroine with a smile, and the messengers, land protectors, and oath-bound ocean of troops who obey the commands.

His forehead is well-anointed with sindhura, On his crown rests the seal of Akshobhya. Adorned with a garland of fifty blood-dripping human heads, Five precious skull bowls adorn his head.
