། །བདུད་རྩི་སྨན་གྱི་རྒྱལ་མོའི་ཐུགས་ དམ་བསྐང་། །དབང་ཕྱུག་སྲས་མོ་དཀར་མོ་དུང་སྐྱོང་མ། །མགོན་པོའི་ལྕམ་གཅིག་དཔལ་ལྡན་རང་བྱུང་མ། །སྲིད་པའི་རྒྱལ་མོ་སྲིད་པ་གསུམ་གྱི་བདག །ས་བརྒྱད་སེམས་མ་ཆེན་མོའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །གསང་སྔགས་སྲུང་མ་སྔགས་སྲུང་རལ་གཅིག་མ། །དཔག་བསམ་ཤིང་གི་བདག་མོ་འོད་ཟེར་ཅན། །ཨོ་རྒྱན་གནས་ཀྱི་གཙོ་མོ་ཕག་ཞལ་ཅན། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཀུན་གྱི་གཙོ་མོའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །མི་མངོན་དབྱིངས་ན་ངོ་བོ་གཅིག་ཉིད་དེ། །ངོ་བོ་གཅིག་ལས་སྤྲུལ་པ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་འགྱེད། །སྤྲུལ་པ་རེ་ལ་ཕྱག་བརྙན་འབུམ་ཕྲག་རེ། །ཁམས་གསུམ་ཀུན་ཁྱབ་ལྷ་མོའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །ངོ་བོ་གཅིག་ལ་རྣམ་པ་དཔོན་གཡོག་ཚུལ། །བདུད་ཀྱི་བུ་མོ་ནག་མོ་རེ་མ་ཏི། །སྤྲུལ་པ་རེ་ཏི་མཆེད་བཞི་གཡོག་འཁོར་འབུམ། །མ་གཅིག་ལྷ་མོ་དཔོན་གཡོག་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །ལྷ་ཀླུ་གནོད་སྦྱིན་དྲི་ཟ་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྡིང་། །མིའམ་ཅི་དང་གྲུལ་བུམ་ བྲམ་ཟེ་མི། །ཀུན་གྱིས་བསྟོད་ཅིང་ཕྱག་བྱས་མངའ་གསོལ་བ། །སྲིད་གསུམ་འགྲན་བྲལ་ལྷ་མོའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །དབྱིངས་ཀྱི་ཁྲོ་རྒྱལ་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད་དེ། །འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་དུ་ས་བརྒྱད་སེམས་མར་སྤྲུལ། །འཇིགས་པའི་སྐུར་སྟོན་གདུག་པ་ཀུན་འདུལ་མ། །རབ་འཇིགས་ཁྲག་འཐུང་རྒྱལ་མོའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །མིང་བརྒྱ་མཚན་སྟོང་རྣམ་འཕྲུལ་བསམ་མི་ཁྱབ། །རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་དཔག་མེད་མཐུ་རྩལ་ཐོགས་པ་མེད། །དམ་ཚིག་རྗེས་གཅོད་རྣལ་འབྱོར་དྲོད་ཚད་ཉུལ། །དམ་ལྡན་ལྷ་མོ་དཔོན་གཡོག་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །དཀར་སེར་དམར་ལྗང་ཞི་དང་ཞི་མ་ཁྲོ། །སྣ་ཚོགས་སྐུ་དང་དེ་བཞིན་སྣ་ཚོགས་སྔགས། །སྣ་ཚོགས་ཕྲིན་ལས་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཀུན་འབྱུང་བའི། །ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་མཆོག་ལྷ་མོའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །ཕྱི་ཡི་གནས་ཡུལ་ནང་གི་རྩ་རླུང་ཁམས། །གསང་བ་རང་གི་སེམས་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་ཅིང་། །འཁོར་འདས་ཀུན་ལ་ཁྱབ་ཅིང་དབང་ བསྒྱུར་བའི། །ཀུན་ཁྱབ་ཀུན་བཟང་ལྷ་མོའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །འདོད་པའི་ཁམས་ན་འདོད་ཆགས་ལས་གྱུར་པའི། །སྣང་སྲིད་མ་མོ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཅི་མཆིས་པ། །ཐམས་ཅད་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་འཁོར་གཡོག་ཕོ་ཉ་སྟེ། །མོ་རྒྱུད་མ་མོ་ཡོངས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །བདག་ཅག་དཔོན་སློབ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་ཡི། །ཉམས་ཆག་འགལ་འཁྲུལ་རྟོག་སྒྲིབ་ཅི་མཆིས་པ། །ལྷ་མོ་དཔོན་གཡོག་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་ལ་བཤགས། །མི་སྒྲིབ་ཚངས་པའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩལ་ནས་ཀྱང་། །ཡམས་ནད་རིམས་ནད་ཞི་བའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་མཛོད། །ཅེས་དང་། མ་མོའི་འཁྲུགས་

愿圆满甘露药王女的心愿！自在天女白度母持宝螺，怙主之妹具德自生女，有界女王三有之主，八地大心母，愿圆满您的心愿！密咒护法独发母，如意树之主光明母，邬金（乌仗那）处之主猪面母，愿圆满一切坛城之主的心愿！于不可见之法界，本体唯一，然由一体化现千百种，每一化身有眷属百万众，愿圆满遍布三界之天女的心愿！一体显现主仆相，魔女黑Re ma ti（瑞玛迪），每一化身瑞德四姐妹及眷属百万，愿圆满母一女神主仆的心愿！天龙药叉乾闼婆虚空行，人非人与宝瓶梵天人，一切赞颂顶礼作供养，愿圆满三界无双女神的心愿！法界之忿怒尊毗卢遮那佛，为利有情化现八地心母，示现怖畏之身调伏一切恶毒，愿圆满极怖饮血女王的心愿！百名千名神变不可思议，神通无量威力无阻，严守誓言瑜伽士寻觅热证，愿圆满具誓女神主仆的心愿！白黄红绿寂静与寂怒尊，种种身相亦有种种咒，种种事业成就一切悉地，愿圆满如意宝珠女神的心愿！外之境域内之脉气明点，秘密与自心无别，遍布轮涅一切处而作主宰，愿圆满普贤遍在女神的心愿！于欲界由贪欲所生之，所有显有母神空行，一切皆为您的眷属使者，愿圆满母系母神众的心愿！我等师徒眷属等，所有违犯过失迷乱罪障，于女神主仆眷属前忏悔，祈请赐予无碍梵天之悉地，息灭瘟疫时疫之事业！如是云云，祈祷平息母神之忿怒。

In the invisible realm, the essence is one, From one essence, a thousand emanations spread, Each emanation has hundreds of thousands of attendants, May the heart's desire of the goddess who pervades the three realms be fulfilled! One essence with the appearance of lord and servant, Daughter of the demon, black Remati, Each emanation has the four Reti sisters and hundreds of thousands of attendants, May the heart's desire of the one mother goddess, lord and servant, be fulfilled! Gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, sky-goers, Neither humans nor what, treasure vases, Brahmin people, All praise, prostrate, and enthrone, May the heart's desire of the goddess unrivaled in the three realms be fulfilled! The wrathful king of the sphere, Vairochana, For the sake of beings, emanates as the Mind Mother of the Eighth Ground, Showing a terrifying form, subduing all the wicked, May the heart's desire of the utterly terrifying blood-drinking queen be fulfilled! A hundred names, a thousand titles, inconceivable transformations, Immeasurable miracles, unobstructed power and strength, Yogis who follow vows seek warmth, May the heart's desire of the vow-bound goddess, lord and servant, be fulfilled! White, yellow, red, green, peaceful and semi-wrathful, Various forms and likewise various mantras, Various activities, the source of all accomplishments, May the heart's desire of the wish-fulfilling jewel goddess be fulfilled! Outer places, inner channels, winds, and essences, Secret, inseparable from one's own mind, Pervading and ruling all of samsara and nirvana, May the heart's desire of the all-pervading, all-good goddess be fulfilled! In the realm of desire, born from desire, Whatever manifest mother goddesses and dakinis there are, All are your attendants and messengers, May the heart's desire of all the mother lineage goddesses be fulfilled! We, the teachers, students, and retinue, Whatever breaches, faults, contradictions, delusions, and obscurations there are, We confess to the goddess, lord and servant, and retinue, Please grant unobstructed Brahma-like accomplishments, And perform the activity of pacifying plagues and epidemics! Thus, and praying to pacify the wrath of the Mamos.
