་། །ཁྲི་སྨན་མདོག་ལྡེམ་གནས་འདིར་བྱོན། །འགུགས་བྱེད་གསོད་བྱེད་སྒྲོལ་བྱེད་དང་། །སྲུང་བྱེད་མ་བདུན་གནས་འདིར་བྱོན། །དཀར་སྔོ་དམར་སེར་འདྲེན་བྱེད་མ། །གསང་བ་སྲིང་བཞི་གནས༴ གསལ་འཛིན་འབར་མ་ཀློང་དགུ་མ། །ཡུམ་ཆེན་འབར་མ་གནས༴ སྲིད་པ་དུས་བཞི་ལ་འཆར་བའི། །ལྷ་མོ་ཆེན་མོ་གནས༴ ཕྱོགས་རྣམས་ཀུན་ཏུ་འདྲེན་པ་ཡི། །དམག་གི་རྒྱལ་མོ་གནས༴ མ་སྲིང་ཆུང་མ་བྲན་མོ་ཡི། །དབང་ཕྱུག་མ་རྣམས་གནས༴ བདུད་མོ་གནོད་སྦྱིན་སྨན་མོ་ཡི། །བརྟན་མའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་གནས༴ སྲིད་གསུམ་ཀུན་ལ་གནས་པ་ཡི། །མ་མོའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་གནས་འདིར་བྱོན། །དགྱེས་པའི་གདན་ལ་བཞུགས་ནས་ཀྱང་། །མཉེས་པའི་མཆོད་ཚོགས་བཞེས་སུ་གསོལ། བྷྱོ། །དཔལ་ལྡན་ལྷ་མོ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས། །རྒྱལ་བའི་བསྟན་པ་བསྲུང་བའི་ཕྱིར། ། སྒྲུབ་པའི་གནས་འདིར་གཤེགས་ནས་ཀྱང་། །དགྱེས་པའི་གདན་ལ་བཞུགས་སུ་གསོལ། །རབ་ཏུ་དྭངས་བས་ཕྱག་བགྱིའོ། །མཉེས་བྱེད་བསྟེན་པའི་དམ་རྫས་མཆོག །གཡབ་དར་གསུར་དུད་འབོད་པའི་རྫས། །ལུག་དྲེལ་བྱ་ནག་མདའ་དར་དང་། །གསང་བའི་སྐུ་འབག་བྷནྡྷ་དང་། །རྐང་འཐུང་འདབ་མ་རླུང་བསྐྱོད་དང་། །མི་དབང་ཤ་དང་མཚལ་གྱི་འབྲས། །ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བའི་རྟེན་རྫས་དང་། །རྨ་བྱ་སེང་གེའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་དང་། །གཡང་གཞིར་རེ་ལྡེ་ཤ་ཁྲག་སོགས། །སྨན་སྣ་ཆང་ཕུད་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ། །བ་ལིཾ་རྒྱན་པའི་གཏོར་མ་སོགས། །མཆོད་པའི་རྫས་གྱུར་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། །བདུད་རྩི་དམ་ཚིག་བསྲེ་བའི་རྫས། །བདུག་སྤོས་དྲི་ལྡན་བསྐུལ་བའི་རྫས། །ན་ཆུང་དྲི་མེད་གསུང་དབྱངས་སོགས། །བརྟེན་པའི་རྫས་དང་མཆོད་པ་ཡི། །བྱེ་བྲག་མ་ཚང་མེད་པ་འདི། །མཁའ་དབྱིངས་ཀུན་ཏུ་གང་སྤྲུལ་ཏེ། །དཔལ་ལྡན་ལྷ་མོ་འཁོར་བཅས་མཆོད། །ཉེས་ པའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཤགས། །འཁྲུལ་ཞིང་འགལ་བ་མ་ལུས་བསྐང་། །ཚངས་ཤིང་བཟོད་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །དམ་ཚིག་མི་འདའ་རྗེས་དགོངས་མཛོད། །ཕྲིན་ལས་དམ་པ་བཅོལ་བ་ནི། །རྒྱལ་བའི་བསྟན་པ་གཉན་པོ་སྲུངས། །བསྟན་འཛིན་སྐུ་ཚེ་ཕྲིན་ལས་སྤེལ། །བར་ཆད་གཡུལ་ངོ་ཐལ་བར་རློག །གཙུག་ལག་དགེ་འདུན་ཆོས་འཁོར་སྐྱོངས། །སྒྲུབ་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་དམ་ཚིག་ལྡན། །འཁོར་སློབ་རྒྱུ་སྦྱོར་ལ་སོགས་པའི། །ནད་གདོན་ཉེར་འཚེ་ཞི་བ་དང་། །དཔལ་འབྱོར་རྒྱས་ཤིང་མཐུན་རྐྱེན་སྡུད། །དགྲ་བགེགས་དམ་སྲི་སྒྲོལ་བ་སོགས། །འདོད་པའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་གང་ཡིན་པ། །མ་ལུས་ཡིད་བཞིན་བསྒྲུབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །མ་མོ་འཁོར་བཅས་བསྐང་བའི་མཐུས། །ཕྱི་ནང་འགལ་རྐྱེ

于此千药美饰处降临， 勾召、杀戮、救度者与， 守护七母于此地降临， 白蓝红黄引诱之母， 秘密四姊于此地，明执燃母九界母， 大母燃母于此地，于有情四时显现之， 大天女于此地，于诸方引诱之， 军队之女王于此地，母姊小妻婢女之， 自在母等于此地，魔女、夜叉、药女之， 坚母众等于此地，于三有处安住之， 母母众等于此降临此处， 于喜悦之座安住后， 祈请享用喜悦之供品， བྷྱོ། 具德天女及眷属，为守护胜者之教法， 降临于修法处后， 祈请安住于喜悦之座， 以极清净心敬献供养， 悦意供养誓物胜， 幡旗焚香呼唤物， 绵羊骡子乌鸦箭旗与， 秘密身像班杂及， 足饮莲瓣风幡与， 人王肉与朱砂果， 内外密之所依物与， 孔雀狮子之胜幢与， 招财物中人脂血等， 药材酒之精华阿弥利达（藏文：ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ།，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：甘露）， 食子庄严之朵玛等， 所有成为供品之物与， 甘露誓言混合之物， 燃香具香劝请之物， 少女无垢之妙音等， 所依之物与供品之， 此等无有缺少之差别， 于虚空一切处化现， 供养具德天女及眷属， 忏悔一切罪恶之众， 忏悔错谬违犯悉皆补， 祈请宽恕容忍， 莫违誓言祈请垂念， 委托神圣之事业乃， 守护胜者之教法， 增长持教者寿命事业， 摧毁障碍战事成灰烬， 护持寺院僧众法轮， 成办瑜伽士具誓言， 眷属弟子资财等之， 息灭疾病邪魔损害与， 增上财富圆满顺缘， 诛杀怨敌邪魔恶鬼等， 凡所欲求之事业， 祈请无余如意成办， 以供养母母及眷属之威力， 平息内外违缘

Come to this place adorned with a thousand medicines, Inviting, killing, and liberating, May the seven protecting mothers come to this place, White, blue, red, and yellow enticing mothers, Secret Four Sisters in this place... Clear Holding Burning Mother, Mother of Nine Realms, Great Mother Burning Mother in this place... Appearing in the four seasons of existence, Great Goddess in this place... Enticing in all directions, Queen of the Army in this place... Mothers, sisters, young wives, and maids, Powerful Mothers in this place... Demonesses, Yakshas, and Medicine Women, Assembly of Steadfast Mothers in this place... Abiding in all three realms, Assembly of Mothers, come to this place, Having sat upon the joyful seat, I beseech you to partake of the pleasing offerings. BH YO. Glorious Goddess with your retinue, For the sake of protecting the Victorious One's teachings, Having come to this place of practice, I beseech you to sit upon the joyful seat. I prostrate with utmost purity. Supreme substances of commitment that please, Fluttering banners, incense smoke, substances for summoning, Sheep, mules, black birds, arrows, and banners, Secret body images, Bhanda, Foot-drinking lotus petals, wind-driven banners, Human sovereign's flesh and cinnabar fruits, Outer, inner, and secret support substances, Peacock and lion victory banners, In wealth bases, human fat, blood, and so forth, Various medicines, the essence of wine, Amrita (藏文：ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ།，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：甘露), Tormas adorned with Baliṃ, All that has become offerings, Substances mixed with nectar and vows, Fragrant incense, substances for urging, Young, immaculate, melodious sounds, and so forth, Substances of support and offerings, These distinctions, complete and without lack, Transforming and filling all of space, I offer to the glorious Goddess and her retinue. I confess all the collections of faults, I restore all errors and transgressions. I beseech you to be patient and forgiving. Remember your vows and have compassion. The sacred task entrusted is: Protect the precious teachings of the Victorious Ones. Increase the life and activities of the upholders of the teachings. Turn back obstacles and wars to ashes. Protect the monastic community and the Dharma wheel. Accomplish the yogis who possess vows. Pacify diseases, evil spirits, and harms To disciples, students, wealth, and so forth, Increase wealth and gather favorable conditions. Subdue enemies, obstructors, and oath-breakers, and so forth. Whatever activities are desired, I beseech you to accomplish them all as wished. By the power of propitiating the Mothers and their retinue, Pacify outer and inner adverse conditions.
