玛哈嘎拉金刚黑袍尊，吉祥天女欲界自在母，根嘎勋努具誓金刚利，多闻天子主尊咒之主，食肉鬼主卡纳阿吉长寿姊，金刚岩坚汤拉朋拉等，所有护法如海众眷属，从自性处降临于此处安住。外内密供云，所欲之物，以及主所持与未持受用之，种种差别广大陈设之供品，恳请慈悲纳受并加持。祈赐内外密之二成就，息灭一切内外密之障碍，成办顺缘诸所愿，寂灭菩提道之诸违缘，祈请证得无上之果位。此乃应多堆喇嘛确顿之请，由司徒贝玛尼杰旺波所著，善哉！现在瑜伽士贪执重，若内外之缘不顺遂，为弥补衰损之故。若欲常作弥补，则陈设圆满之朵玛，以及种种受用供品，之后进行净化。于阿勒嘎巴拉之中，以果果达哈纳之五肉，毗木玛拉舒之五甘露，念诵三遍 嗡 哈哈 吽 （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）净化，观想燃烧光明，化为香气味道圆满，光辉无量。念诵三遍 嗡 阿 卡 罗 （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）之后，如是说： 刹那间，我等因烦恼，不恭敬，无惭愧，无知等，令自相续不调顺，难以调伏者，违犯三律仪之罪过，所有罪过皆忏悔，为不令成为障碍之故。祈请世尊大悲者，黑袍金刚十三尊之坛城，于前方虚空中， 班杂 萨玛扎 （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）。 念诵之后，顶礼供养且忏悔，随喜劝请并祈请，我所积聚之，所有微小之善根，皆回向无上大菩提。 如是说。 之后，从 金刚阿甘 （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）至 夏贝 （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）念诵之后，所欲之色声清净金刚界，诸界之香味清净寂灭界，地之触法清净法界，甘露光芒炽燃之供品请享用，我相续所有罪堕皆忏悔。

Mahakala Vajra Black Cloaked One, Glorious Goddess, Mistress of the Desire Realm, Kunga Zhonnu, the oath-bound Vajra Lek, Namnang Tosé, Jowo, Lord of Mantras, Sin Gon Kharnak, Achi Tseringma and siblings, Dorje Draktsen, Tangla Pomra, and so forth, all the hosts of Dharma protectors, like an ocean, without exception, from their natural abode, come here and joyfully abide. Outer, inner, and secret offering clouds, desirable things, and possessions held and not held by the owner, various kinds of vast arrangements, please accept them with love and bestow your blessings. Grant the two siddhis, dispel all outer, inner, and secret obstacles, accomplish favorable conditions and thoughts, pacify all adversities on the path to enlightenment, and grant the attainment of the unsurpassed state. This was written by Situ Pema Nyinje Wangpo at the request of Dodö Lama Ngetön. May it be virtuous! Now, if a yogi is very attached and external and internal circumstances are not favorable, for the sake of making up for deficiencies. If you want to make amends regularly, then arrange a perfect torma, as well as various offerings for enjoyment and viewing, and then purify them. In the Aleka Pala, with the five meats of Go Ku Da Hana, and the five amritas of Bimu Mara Shu, purify by reciting three times Om Ha Ho Hrih (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), visualize burning light, transforming into perfect fragrance and taste, with infinite splendor. Recite three times Om Ah Ka Ro (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), then say: In an instant, I and others, due to afflictions, disrespect, shamelessness, ignorance, etc., those who make their own minds unruly, difficult to tame, and violate the three vows, confess all faults, so that they do not become obstacles. Please, Bhagavan, compassionate one, mandala of the thirteen deities of the Great Black One, in the sky in front, Vajra Sama Dza (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思). After reciting, I prostrate, offer, and confess, rejoice, encourage, and pray, all the small virtues I have accumulated, may they all be dedicated to the unsurpassed great enlightenment. So it is said. Then, from Vajra Argham (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) to Shabda (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思), after reciting, desirable forms and sounds, pure Vajra realm, the fragrance and taste of the elements, pure peaceful realm, the tangible objects of the earth, pure Dharma realm, please enjoy the offering of nectar and blazing light. Confession. From now on, I will not commit misdeeds, and I will take the vows again. I deeply regret the misdeeds I have committed in the past. May this eliminate obstacles in this life and the next, and grant accomplishments. I offer this fulfillment to the Kagyu lineage lamas, yidams, Warriors, dakinis, and the ocean of oath-bound protectors. May you fulfill your vows and restore all that has been broken. May your great compassion consider me. Great Black One, solitary mother with one braid. Virtuous Black Mother, solitary mother, red blood-sucker. Emanated activity protector, great raven-faced one. Lion-faced yogini, wrathful one. Vultures, garudas, crows, and owls, Those with the faces of pigs, dogs, jackals, and tigers. Flesh-eating, blood-drinking matrikas and their retinues, Black birds, black dogs, and their emanated hosts. May great compassion consider us, may the Bhagavan consider us! I confess and repent all violations of the teachings. May the broken vows of body, speech, and mind be fulfilled. By the blessings of fulfilling the vows, May greed and fear be averted.
