We yogic practitioners, vajra masters and disciples, vajra brothers and sisters, and patrons with their retinues, please do not send diseases and plagues to humans, do not send disasters and plagues to livestock, do not send losses to wealth, do not send hail and frost to fields. Cut the black noose of the demons, turn the judgment of the Lord of Death against the enemy. Reverse unfavorable obstacles and calamities, protect the retinue and reverse calamities. Inflict punishment on hateful enemies, execute tasks on harmful demons. Grant the desired attainments, accomplish the entrusted activities. Of the Lord, of the World Lord, of the Supreme Black Son, of the Glorious Goddess, Taking the life-breath, Father and Mother, Of the Guardians of the Ten Directions, Of the Twenty Arrogant Ones, Of the Three Kinds of Arrogant Ones, Of the Seven Mothers, Of the Four Sisters, Of the Nine Burning Mothers, Of the Four Seasonal Goddesses, Of the Queen of War, Of the Twenty-eight Powerful Ones, Of the Twelve Steadfast Mothers, Of Emanations and Further Emanations, Fulfill the heart commitment of the Ocean of Oath-Bound Ones. By the blessings of fulfilling the heart commitment, May we avert the great clinging and fear. May we avert outer and inner obstacles. May we accomplish the four kinds of activities. Then, urging the heart commitment and entrusting the task: Taking the blessed nectar residing in the skull with the hand holding the vajra, Sprinkling it on the torma, O! Mahakala siblings, In the past, before the Great Glorious One, You vowed to protect the precious teachings of the Buddha until the end of future times. You made vows, abandoned oaths, held vows, and strictly bound the meaning. Please remember! Now that the Buddha's teachings are declining, faith is weak, and the army is small, why do you abandon them? Why do you remain idle? Why do you turn your backs? Especially, I, the practitioner, constantly remember you, diligently practice, with food offering, with drink nourishing, bearing the burden, mingling like companions, why do you not accomplish the tasks I entrust to you? Why do you not listen to the words I speak? O! Great Black Ones, siblings, Do you yourselves break your own vows? Do you yourselves inflict punishment upon yourselves? Do you yourselves cut off your own lives? Therefore, in general, please remember the commands and vows of all the Great Glorious Wrathful Ones.
