舍弃以及，随喜劝请祈祷的，我所积的一切微少善，回向无上大菩提。如是说。其后，从金刚供水到音声之间念诵后，欲妙色声清净金刚界，界之香味清净寂灭界，地之触法清净法界之，甘露光芒炽燃之供品请享用。我相续有何罪过皆忏悔，此后不再作，誓言再次受。往昔过失之业深感后悔，因此不障得成就，祈赐予。祈请圆满噶举上师本尊和，勇士空行护法海众等，圆满誓言，恢复所失。以大悲垂念我。大黑天母一发母，具善黑母一发吸血红，化身事业大护法乌鸦面，狮面瑜伽母忿怒者，鹫鹏鸱枭鸦与猫头鹰，猪狗豺狼虎之面相者，食肉饮血母众眷属及，黑鸟黑狗化身众眷属等。 以大悲垂念我，祈请世尊，所有违背教言皆忏悔。身语意之誓言破损皆圆满，以圆满誓言之加持力，祈请遮止贪执大恐惧，祈请遮止内外障碍，祈请成办四种事业。如是说。顶礼三根本空行界之母众。此处欲作吉祥天女之祈请，陈设具有装饰之食子及供品，甘露药酒等，嗡啊吽。班杂珍宝炽燃之广大器皿中，供品药酒食子之差别和，教法修持供养之受用等，充满虚空，化为喜乐自性。嗡啊吽哈呵舍以（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧ་ཧོ་ཧྲཱིཿཔཱུ་ཛ་བཛྲ་སྥཎ་ཁཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ आः हूँ ह हः श्रीः पूज वज्र स्फरण खं，梵文罗马拟音：om ah hum ha ho hrih puja vajra spharana kham，汉语字面意思：嗡 啊 吽 哈 呵 舍 以，） 呗。法界大乐宽广之界，智慧事业及世间之，化身自生吉祥天女， 有之女王请降临此处，虚空安乐界回旋之，常有女王牟迦梨，于一切显有中作幻化之，大母众……热玛

And, with joy, encouragement, and prayer, may all the slight virtue I have accumulated be dedicated to the unsurpassed great enlightenment. Thus it is said. Then, after reciting from Vajra Argham to Shabda, the desired pure Vajra realm of form and sound, the pure, peaceful realm of the senses of smell and taste, the pure Dharma realm of the tangible objects of earth, please accept the offering of nectar and blazing light. I confess whatever faults I have in my being. I will not commit them in the future, and I take the vows again. I deeply regret the deeds of past faults. Therefore, may I not be obscured and may I receive accomplishments. I fulfill the vows of the Kagyu lamas, yidams, heroes, dakinis, and the ocean of oath-bound protectors. Fulfill your vows and restore what has been lost. With great compassion, have mercy on me. Great Black Mother, one-haired mother, Auspicious Black Mother, one-haired blood-sucking red one, Emanation, great protector, raven-faced, Lion-faced, wrathful yogini, Eagle, Garuda, crow, owl, And those with the faces of pig, dog, jackal, and tiger, Flesh-eating, blood-drinking mothers and retinues, And black birds, black dogs, and emanated retinues, With great compassion, have mercy, blessed one. I confess all violations of the teachings. May the broken vows of body, speech, and mind be fulfilled. By the blessings of fulfilling the vows, please turn back great attachment and fear. Please turn back outer and inner obstacles. Please accomplish the four activities. Thus it is said. Homage to the assembly of the three roots, dakinis, and mothers of the sphere. Here, wishing to perform the invocation of the glorious goddess, arrange the torma with ornaments and the surrounding substances, nectar, medicine, alcohol, etc. Om Ah Hum. In the vast vessel of the blazing jewel Bhanda, The distinctions of substances, medicine, alcohol, and torma, And all the means of teaching, practice, and offering, Filling the sky, may it become the nature of joy and delight. Great sovereign of all mandalas. Self-born queen, here. Of Vajra body, speech, and mind, glorious goddess. Naga goddess, with makara face, and, thousand female yakshas, color-changing ones. Attracting, killing, liberating, and, protecting seven mothers. White, blue, red, yellow, attracting mothers. Secret four existences. Clear holding, burning nine-space mother. Great mother, burning one. Appearing in the four times of existence, great goddess. Leading in all directions, queen of the army. Mother, sister, young wife, servant girl, sovereign mothers. Demoness, yaksha, medicine woman, steadfast hosts. Dwelling in all three realms, hosts of Matris. Having sat on the joyful seat, please partake of the pleasing offerings. Bhö! Glorious goddess with her retinue. In order to protect the Victor's doctrine, having come to this place of practice, please sit on the joyful seat. I prostrate with great joy. Pleasing, serving, oath substance. Banner, incense, smoke offering substance. Sheep bell, crow, arrow banner, and, secret image, Bhanda, and, foot drink, petals, wind-moved, and, human flesh and cinnabar fruit. Outer and inner secret supports, and, peacock, lion victory banner, and, wealth base, scalp, flesh and blood hosts. Medicine, essence of wine, Amrita. Baling, decorated torma, etc. All that becomes offering substance, and, nectar, oath mixed substance. Incense, fragrant urging substance. Young, immaculate voice, etc. Support substance and offering, distinctions complete without lack, manifesting in all space, offering to the glorious goddess with her retinue. All faults are completely confessed. Disturbances and violations are completely compensated. Please be patient and forgive. Do not transgress the oath, please remember. The sacred task entrusted is, protect the precious doctrine of the Victor. Body of the doctrine holder.
