Gradually fill the body with six layers of flesh cushions. At a distance of about a fathom outside, the light forms six tent-like shapes, and all the spaces are filled with newly blooming blue lotuses. Meditate on the power to stabilize all activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful through the differentiation of light colors. Thus it is said. If you feel tired from focusing on such an object for too long, then in these methods of accomplishment: This ten-syllable mantra should be recited with an unwearied mind. First add the syllable Om, then add Tare, then add Tuttare and Ture, and finally add Svaha, which accomplishes all activities. Thus it is said. In "Che Slue" (Delaying Death), it says: First recite "All-Seeing," then recite "Tare" twice, "Tuttare" twice, "Tare" twice, ending with "Svaha," which can delay death.
