་འཛིན༔ བཞེངས་པའི་སྟབས་ཀྱིས་ པད་ཟླར་བཞུགས༔ སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་དང་༔ ཉན་ཐོས་དགྲ་བཅོམ་དཔག་མེད་བསྐོར༔ གཙོ་བོ་གསུམ་གྱི་གནས་གསུམ་གྱི༔ འབྲུ་གསུམ་ལས་ནི་འོད་འཕྲོས་པས༔ བདེ་བ་ཅན་ནས་སྤྱན་དྲངས་བསྟིམ༔ དེ་ནས་འཕོ་བའི་གསོལ་འདེབས་ནི༔ ཨེ་མ་ཧོ༔ ཤིན་ཏུ་ངོ་མཚར་འོད་དཔག་མེད་མགོན་དང་༔ ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་ཕྱག་རྡོར་མཐུ་ཆེན་ཐོབ༔ བདག་གིས་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས༔ ཟབ་ལམ་འཕོ་བ་འབྱོངས་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས༔ བདག་སོགས་ནམ་ཞིག་འཆི་བའི་དུས་བྱུང་ཚེ༔ རྣམ་ཤེས་བདེ་ཆེན་འཕོ་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས༔ ཞེས་པའི་གསོལ་འདེབས་ཅི་མང་བྱས་ནས༔ རང་གི་སྙིང་ག་དབུ་མའི་ནང་དུ་སྨྱུག་མའི་ཚིགས་པ་འགག་པ་ལྟར་དུ་པདྨ་དམར་པོ་འདབ་མ་བརྒྱད་པ༔ དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་སྲན་མ་ཕྱེད་བཀས་པ་ཙམ༔ དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་རླུང་སེམས་རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་པ་འདུས་པའི་ངོ་བོ་ཐིག་ལེ་དཀར་པོ་ ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་དམར་པོ་རིང་ཆ་ཚེག་དྲག་དང་བཅས་པ་བཀྲག་མདངས་ལྡན་པས་མཚན་པ༔ འཕར་ལ་ཁད་པ་ཡར་ལ་ཁད་པ་ཞིག་བསྒོམ༔ ཧྲཱིཿདེ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་གི་རྣམ་པ་གཅིག་འཕྲོས་པས་འོག་སྒོ་དམྱལ་བའི་སྒོ་ཁྲིག་གིས་བཅད༔ ཡང་ཧྲཱིཿགཅིག་འཕྲོས་དུད་འགྲོའི་སྐྱེ་སྒོ་ཆུའི་ལམ་ཁྲིག་གིས་བཅད༔ དེ་ནས་ཧྲཱིཿགཉིས་འཕྲོས་ཏེ་གསང་གནས་དང་ཁའི་སྒོ་ཡི་དྭགས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་སྒོ་བཅདཿ དེ་ནས་ཧྲཱིཿགཅིག་འཕྲོས་པས་ལྟེ་བ་འདོད་ལྷའི་སྒོ་བཅད༔ ཡང་ཧྲཱིཿགཉིས་འཕྲོས་ལྷ་མིན་དང་གཟུགས་ཁམས་དང་གྲུལ་བུམ་གྱི་སྐྱེ་སྒོ་རྣ་བ་གཉིས་བཀག༔ དེ་ནས་ཧྲཱིཿ གཉིས་འཕྲོས་གནོད་སྦྱིན་དང་མི་སྐྱེ་རྒ་ན་འཆིའི་སྐྱེ་སྒོ་སྣ་བུག་གཉིས་བཅད༔ དེ་ནས་ཧྲཱི ཡིག་གསུམ་འཕྲོས་གཟུགས་ཁམས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་སྒོ་སྨིན་མཚམས་དང་༔ མིག་གཡས་མིའི་རྒྱལ་པོར་སྐྱེ་བའི་སྒོ་དང་མིག་གཡོན་རྣམས་བཀག༔ ཡང་ཧྲཱིཿགཅིག་འཕྲོས་ཚངས་མ་གཟུགས་མེད་ཁམས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེ་སྒོ་རྣམས་ བཀག་པར་བསྒོམས་ལ༔ ངག་ཏུ་ཧྲཱིཿབགྲང་ཡང་རུང་༔ དེ་ནས་ཧིཀ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པས་རང་སེམས་ཐིག་ལེ་དཀར་པོ་ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་གིས་མཚན་པ་དེ་དབུ་མའི་ལམ་ནས་གྱེན་དུ་འཕར་ནས༔ སྤྱི་བོའི་འོད་དཔག་མེད་པའི་ཞབས་ཀྱི་མཐེ་བོང་ལ་རེག་ཙམ་བྱས༔ ཀ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པས་མར་བབས་སྙིང་གའི་ཟླ་བའི་གདན་ལ་འདུག་པར་བསྒོམ༔ དེ་ཡང་རླུང་རོ་ལན་གསུམ་བུས་ལ་རླུང་བཟུང་བ་དང་སྦྲག་སྟེ༔ རླུང་བཟུང་ནས་ཡུན་རིང་དུ་བསྡམས་ཏེ་ཡིད་ཀྱིས་ཧིཀ་བརྗོད་པས་རོ་རྐྱང་གི་རླུང་དབུ་མ་ནས་སྤྱི་བོར་སྔོ་ཐལ་

...resides, in a standing posture, Resides on a lotus moon disc, surrounded by immeasurable Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Shravaka Arhats. From the three seed syllables of the three chief ones' three places (body, speech, and mind), light radiates, inviting and absorbing from Sukhavati. Then, the prayer for transference: Emaho! Utterly wondrous Amitabha Protector, and Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara, Vajrapani the Mighty One. I pray with single-pointed mind, please bless me to master the profound path of transference. Please bless that when the time of death comes for myself and others, our consciousness may be transferred to the great bliss. After making such prayers many times, visualize in the center of your heart, within the central channel, like a blocked bamboo node, there is a red eight-petaled lotus, and on top of that, a moon mandala the size of half a bean, and on top of that, a white bindu, the essence of the combined wind, mind, and consciousness, marked with a radiant red long syllable (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Meaning: Shame), visualize it throbbing and about to rise. From that (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Meaning: Shame) syllable, a ray of light radiates in the form of the (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Meaning: Shame) syllable, cutting off the lower gate, the gate of hell. Again, one (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Meaning: Shame) syllable radiates, cutting off the birth gate of animals, the water passage. Then, two (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Meaning: Shame) syllables radiate, cutting off the secret place and the mouth, the birth gate of pretas. Then, one (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Meaning: Shame) syllable radiates, cutting off the navel, the gate of the desire gods. Again, two (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Meaning: Shame) syllables radiate, blocking the birth gates of asuras, the form realm, and the krul bum (a type of container), the two ears. Then, two (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Meaning: Shame) syllables radiate, cutting off the birth gates of yakshas and humans, birth, old age, sickness, and death, the two nostrils. Then, three (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Meaning: Shame) syllables radiate, cutting off the birth gate of the form realm, the space between the eyebrows, and the right eye, the gate of being born as a human king, and blocking the left eye. Again, one (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Meaning: Shame) syllable radiates, blocking all the birth gates of the Brahma formless realm. After visualizing the blocking in this way, it is also acceptable to recite the (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Meaning: Shame) syllable in the mouth. Then, by saying "Hik," visualize that your own mind, the white bindu marked with the (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Meaning: Shame) syllable, jumps upward from the central channel, touching the toe of Amitabha on the crown of the head. By saying "Ka," visualize it descending and sitting on the moon cushion in the heart. This is also combined with exhaling three times and holding the breath; holding the breath and retaining it for a long time, mentally saying "Hik," causing the pure life-force wind to rise from the central channel to the crown of the head, appearing bluish-gray.
