A Detailed Compilation of the Instructions on Transference to the Sukhavati Pure Land from the Mind Treasure of the Sky Dharma A Detailed Compilation of the Instructions on Transference to the Sukhavati Pure Land from the Mind Treasure of the Sky Dharma From the Mind Treasure of the Sky Dharma, the Instructions on Transference to the Sukhavati Pure Land are Compiled. May it be present! Guru, Deva, Dakini, Hum). Here, from the profound oral transmission section of the Mind Treasure of the Sky Dharma, is a part of the practice method for the Sukhavati Pure Land, which is an explanation of the transference to the Sukhavati Pure Land. Now, to briefly mention the history of this Dharma: In the Royal Testament from the Five Categories of the Kadam, it is said that at the end of time, thirty-three vidyadharas, masters of secret mantra, will appear. These individuals were also prophesied at the time of attaining supreme enlightenment. The Shakya ( शाक्य,śākya,释迦) field is called Dokham, a yogi practicing secret mantra Mahayana, the master of mantra, Vajra Dragpo will arise. After that, they will be reborn and perform great deeds. In the northern direction of this three-thousandfold world, the pure land is called the Chandana Forest. The Tathagata is named སྐྱེས་པུ་ཁ་ལོ་སྒྱུར (སྐྱེས་པུ་ཁ་ལོ་སྒྱུར,skyes pu kha lo sgyur,音译不详), the supreme teacher will nurture three thousand assembled retinues. The Victorious Yeshe Kunzang (རྒྱལ་བ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀུན་བཟང་,rgyal ba ye shes kun bzang,Victorious All-Knowing Wisdom) will appear. Thus, the emanation prophesied in many treasures, named Mingyur Dorje, is the essence of the combined emanations of the great translator Vairochana and Shubu Palseng. The future Buddha, named Yeshe Kunzang, is practicing the conduct of enlightenment. At the age of thirteen, on the seventh day of the Saga month in the Year of the Golden Monkey, he directly saw the Buddha Amitabha, the main figure and retinue of three, with bodies as large as mountains and immeasurable splendor, actually appearing. He was granted the practice method of the Sukhavati Pure Land, the method of seeing the Sukhavati Pure Land in dreams, the longevity practice of Amitabha, the transference of the Sukhavati Pure Land, the supplication of the Sukhavati Pure Land, the aspiration of the Sukhavati Pure Land, and the empowerment of the Sukhavati Pure Land. Again, on the evening of that day, he saw the Buddha Amitabha and his retinue appearing, and was granted the supplication for stabilizing dreams and the two oral instructions. Furthermore, in the Bodhisattva Pitaka, it is said: Thus, a bodhisattva who abides in faith is regarded by the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, as a vessel of Dharma.

, and go to his presence to correctly show the path of the Bodhisattva! This is the same as what was said. Although there are many new and old traditions of Powa, this is a close lineage and the warm words of Buddha Amitabha, so the blessing is great. Also, Padmasambhava said: I, Padmasambhava, for the sake of lazy yogis, will teach the Powa instructions. So it was said. Also, even if one has heard profound teachings such as Dzogchen, but is distracted and has no time to practice, and for those who have not gained confidence in liberation due to laziness from afflictions, for them, this is the instruction for becoming a Buddha at the time of death without needing to practice! For the extremely sinful, this is the instruction for forcibly becoming a Buddha, which is extremely important! Furthermore, starting to practice now, when you are certain to die, it is best if you can practice Powa yourself. If you cannot, by requesting the oral transmission of Powa now, it will be easier to succeed when the Lama performs Powa at the time of death, because the benefits of succeeding in Powa are: From the four Vajra Seats it is said: Not stained by sins, one goes beyond Samsara to the supreme realm. It also says: This Brahma's door above, is explained in the Sutras as the name of Powa. Emaho, Dharma is the supreme path! Emaho, the one who cuts off Samsara! Emaho, the state of abiding in liberation! Emaho, great wondrous wisdom! Thus, the stain of all sins is liberated by applying the practice of Powa. It also says: Padmasambhava said, the Powa that comes at the right time, even a person who commits the five heinous crimes, will obtain heaven or liberation, so the benefits are extremely great! It also says: If Powa is successful in this way, no matter how sinful one is, through the blessing of the visualization, until the teachings of one Buddha are not complete, one will take special bodies of gods and humans, etc., and then the remaining karma will quickly be exhausted and one will become a Buddha, and any fortunate person will obtain the Vidyadhara state in a special pure land. So it was said. Therefore, there are also Dharmakaya Powa, Sambhogakaya Powa, Nirmanakaya Powa, ordinary Powa, forced Powa, entering a town, and many others. Dharmakaya Powa is: In this life, those who have good practice in Mahamudra and Dzogchen Trekchö, at the time of death, the mother and child luminosity meet, and then for seven days, etc.
