With boundless compassion and blessings, turning the endless wheel of victory over the enemies of the doctrine, may beings not be deluded in samsara, nor abide in peaceful nirvana, having attained the glorious state, the wheel of the wrathful king's power blazing, the inexhaustible treasury of the sky, is the wheel of adornment. To the blood-drinking supreme dakini Simhamukha of the three realms, with her consort and retinue, the dominion of the gods above, the dominion of humans in the middle, and the dominion of the nagas below, the three are arranged as torma offerings. And the manner of offering is that all appearing phenomena are not truly established, like the illusory wheel of a magician, it is the uncreated activity of non-substantial self-awareness, luminosity. The outer appearances of objects, the inner appearances of mind, the outer world, the inner sentient beings, all are merely appearances of the mind-essence, the all-creating king, not truly established. Please let the torma abide in the primordial realm of reality, beyond words, thoughts, and intellect, so that the teachings of the Buddhas of the three times may increase and expand limitlessly like the sky, and may all wishes for pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful actions be accomplished. All torma offerings are the same. Then, the appearance of the wheel of activity. It is the holder of the treasury of the inconceivable secrets of the infinite Buddhas. It is the craftsman of the wheel of the inexhaustible ocean of qualities. Protecting and saving with the wheel of the mind of unforgetting mindfulness, and causing the unwavering, perfectly established, dharmic, constant wheel to increase and expand. Constantly turning the all-pervading, limitless wheel of miraculous power without interruption, and holding the weapons of the fierce, manifest wheel of activity, while remaining unmoving in the state of the indestructible dharmakaya wheel endowed with the seven vajra qualities. It is the nature of the aggregation of the activities of the infinite peaceful and wrathful deities. It is the holder of the wheel that empowers the control of samsara and nirvana.
