Gathered into power, arrogant gods and demons are enslaved. All activities of pacifying, increasing, empowering, and wrathful, may they be accomplished swiftly without obstruction. In the west, a million Padma Dakinis, holding a lotus iron hook, wearing red silk garments, adorned with garlands of red flowers, attracting the three realms. In the north, a million Karma Dakinis, holding a crossed skull blood, wearing green silk garments, adorned with garlands of green flowers, striving for the activity of subduing obstacles and demons. In the southeast, a million attracting Dakinis, holding an iron hook wheel, attracting samsara and nirvana. In the southwest, a million binding Dakinis, holding a lasso and snare, binding samsara and nirvana. In the northwest, a million confining Dakinis, holding iron chains and a fire pit, confining samsara and nirvana. In the northeast, a million intoxicating Dakinis, holding a sword and bell, intoxicating samsara and nirvana. Above, a million wisdom Dakinis, striking the cymbals of the sun and moon, uniting method and wisdom. Below, a million worldly Dakinis, raining down hail and destroying Mount Meru, devouring all three realms. Furthermore, hosts of ging and heroes, some drinking the ocean in one gulp, some spinning wheels of weapons, some turning heaven and earth upside down. All those deity hosts, blazing with the skill of uniting method and wisdom, shaking samsara and nirvana with the sound of hūṃ phaṭ ma bhyo peṃ.

Causing them to tremble, with songs, dances, games, and drumbeats, destroying the wheel of the six realms of samsara. Thus, with the iron hook of light, the life-force of the retinue of dakinis, from the realm of the Ḍākinīs of Oḍḍiyāna, the hosts of heroes, ḍākinīs, and kiṃkaras, in an instant, in this place, like sunbeams and dust, may they gather tumultuously.
