One should view it that way. At that time, the fruits of all the hardships endured in the Dharma, such as toil, heat and cold, drinking water, taking essence, solitary retreats, and enduring the difficulties of the Meaning Lasso, will be quickly obtained. In the biographies of previous accomplished masters, it is also said that accomplishment is attained only through enduring hardships, and it is not said that accomplishment is attained by living in ease and comfort. Therefore, the obstacles that arise in this life are the fruits of practice and should not be seen as hindrances. Some people see them as obstacles and hindrances and try to avoid them, but this is simply because they have little knowledge of the Dharma. Third, the fruits of one's own past actions cannot be prevented by anyone, because they are one's own creation. It is not appropriate to blame others or to argue. For example, when the image of a face appears in a mirror, no matter how good or bad it may appear, one cannot blame the mirror, because it is reflecting the good and bad qualities of one's own face. Similarly, whatever happiness or suffering one experiences is due to past actions. Therefore, one should abandon negative actions at the time of creating them, and when experiencing the results, one should not regard them as enemies, nor see them as faults or obstacles, but rather transform them into the path, cultivate patience, and view them with joy. Third, if one understands in this way, then all the faults on the path will appear as virtues, all obstacles will appear as auspiciousness, all demons will be transformed into deities, and all demonic influences and obstacles will become accomplishments. This is the reason why one should rejoice in those previous adverse conditions. As Machig Labdrön said: "Although white does not arise from butter, by recognizing butter, white arises. When butter is recognized in this way, there is no need to return and cultivate white. Similarly, when one recognizes one's own mind, there is no need to return and cultivate Buddhahood." Furthermore, when unfavorable factors that should be abandoned arise, such as inauspicious years, inauspicious months, inauspicious days, bad stars, inauspicious directions, the haunting of five spirits, cutting off demons, the four corpse-bearers, the seven corners, the nine eyes, the eyes of the cemetery, bad omens, bad astrology, and bad dreams, others perform rituals such as tormas and Bön ceremonies, but all of these are conceptual constructs of mundane delusion. According to the view of this Dharma, one should cast fierce spirits upon fierce spirits, cast demons upon demons, and transform them into the path. Go where there is fear, and throw oneself where there is dread. In this way, it itself becomes the antidote of protection. For example, a mad dog bites...

It is like using its teeth as medicine. In the profound meaning, it says: diseases, corpses, evil omens, and the eight worldly dharmas, such as attachment and aversion, etc., can cut off various unfavorable demons in the world. Also, as stated in the "Branch": When afflictive emotions and discursive thoughts arise, and when experiencing attachment, aversion, pleasure, and pain, that itself is a demon, falling into the wrong path. At that time, one should seize it with the antidote of severance. These should be practiced not only in dangerous places but also regularly. In this way, whatever result arises, whether happiness or suffering, it is due to the unfailing karma of good and evil and the deities and demons of destiny. To take it onto the path: The best is, since the mind is unborn, neither good nor evil is established, therefore, there is no happiness or suffering in the result either. Decide firmly in the vast expanse of the mind itself, free from hope and fear, abandoning acceptance and rejection. The intermediate one should examine its essence. The lowest one should learn to analyze and transform it into the path. No matter what you do, there will be no end, and if you are deceived and relapse again, Then the order of suppressing the wrong thoughts is explained. There are three aspects to this: the cause of wrong thoughts, the signs, and the suppression. The first has three: the arising of confusion in the mind, the rising of self-appearance as a demon, and the inability or unwillingness to practice. The first cause of confusion arising in the mind is: not having obtained the introduction of the preliminaries, not knowing that one's own mind is empty. Because the hearing of the instructions is small, not realizing that samsara and nirvana are mind. Because endurance and determination are small, the severance is left unfinished and not completed, and so on. The second cause of self-appearance rising as a demon is: inner and outer demons are stirring. Even if there are no demons outside, but there is a mind that grasps demons inside, then all that arises in the realm of the senses, whether form, sound, etc., will give rise to the thought of grasping as a demon. In short, even the leaves of a tree moved by the wind will make you wonder if it is a demon. For example, the conch itself is white in nature, but a person with jaundice sees it as yellow, because it is an internal fault. The third cause of not being able or willing to practice is: because the glory of realization is weak, one cannot go to dangerous places. Even if one goes, one cannot transform the body into food because one has not let go of the attachment to the body. Because the courage of severance is small, one cannot mix with adverse conditions, and so on. As stated in the "Branch": Danger is
