The fifth is the sign of eliminating diseases: blood, pus, serum, and impure substances themselves or their liquids, as well as eaten food and clothes, excreted downwards or vomited upwards, as well as the shape of flames, various colors such as blue, red, etc., various colors of wind, various colors of light, various colors of water, various colors of steam, and various colors of viscous liquids. These things are discharged from one's own sensory gates or pores. If one suffers from diseases such as wind, bile, phlegm, etc., or if there is a new sudden illness, then the place where the disease is located will discharge these things. Or, terrifying beings will Eat these diseases and make them disappear. In the place where these diseases disappear, one feels that one's body becomes light, clear, comfortable, etc. If the above situations occur in experience or dreams, it is a sign of eliminating diseases. The second part is the common and uncommon five signs: the sign of purifying obscurations, the moment of the appearance of divine signs, the sign of obtaining the path of liberation, the sign of obtaining supreme accomplishments, and the sign of obtaining the fruit. 的圆满程度是：自己沐浴后，洗净一切污垢，身体变得洁白明亮；从内部将不洁之物泻出，腹内像鱼的肚子一样空荡荡的；将所有内部的东西全部吐出，像气球一样空空荡荡的；从中间的脉中流出像烟汁一样黑乎乎的东西，从指甲缝和毛孔中流出，所有脉都像吹足了气的气球一样；自己的血肉骨骼都分离，肉被众多生灵吞噬，连芝麻粒那么大的都不剩，骨头没有污垢，洁白如海螺；又将肉焚烧，冒出白色的烟，散发出好闻的香味，没有焚烧后的灰烬；焚烧骨头后，白色的灰烬像银粉一样，被风吹到空中，像暴风雪一样充满天空，落到所有地面上，像雪一样堆积，尘土被压实，所有地面都变得雪白；自己进入到大海和大江大河极其清澈的水中，洗净身体，一切污垢都清除，变得清澈透明；又洗去粘在身上的不洁之物，像墨汁一样的黑色污垢，洗净后身体变得洁白；又有人拿着白色的瓶子，用白色的水流将自己的身体从内到外、从上到下全部洗净，一切污垢都清除，身体变得像水晶一样透明；穿上棉布等白色无垢的新衣服，触感柔软轻盈；身体像棉花一样轻盈，飞向天空；不被河流和山石阻碍，可以跳跃飞腾；觉悟到身体是光芒的集合；觉悟到身体是空性的，无法看见；身体上装饰着许多红色的花朵；毛孔中流出像水银一样闪闪发光的白色水流；头发、胡须、眉毛、体毛、指甲都变得像海螺一样洁白，闪耀着白色的光芒，照亮全身；坐在像月亮一样的白色坐垫和靠背上；住在水晶宫殿里，一切都看得清清楚楚，自己的身体也稍微发出光芒；身体的所有脉络都清晰可见。

The measure of completion is: after bathing oneself, washing away all impurities, the body becomes pure white and bright; expelling all impurities from within, the abdomen becomes empty like the belly of a fish; vomiting out all internal contents completely, leaving it empty and hollow like a bladder; blackish substances like smoke juice flowing from the central channels, emerging from nail crevices and pores, causing all channels to become like inflated bellows; one's own flesh and bones separating, the flesh being devoured by many beings, leaving not even a sesame seed's worth, the bones becoming immaculate and pure white like conch shells; again, burning the flesh, causing white smoke to rise, emitting a pleasant fragrance, with no ashes from the burning; burning the bones, causing white ashes like silver powder to be scattered into the windy sky, filling the sky like a blizzard, falling onto all the ground, compacting the dust like snow, turning all the ground pure white; entering into the extremely clear water of the ocean and great rivers, washing the body, clearing away all impurities, becoming clear and transparent; again, washing away the impurities clinging to the body, black impurities like ink, washing them away until the body becomes white; again, someone holding a white vase, using a stream of white water to wash one's entire body inside and out, top to bottom, clearing away all impurities, making the body as clear as crystal; wearing new, immaculate white clothes of cotton and the like, having a soft and light touch; the body becoming as light as cotton, flying into the sky; leaping and soaring without being obstructed by rivers and mountains; realizing the body as a collection of light; realizing the body as empty, invisible; the body adorned with many red flowers; streams of white water like shimmering mercury flowing from the pores; the hair, beard, eyebrows, body hair, and nails all becoming white like conch shells, blazing with white light, illuminating the entire body; sitting on a white cushion and backrest like the moon; dwelling inside a crystal palace, seeing everything without obstruction, one's own body also emitting a slight light; all the channels of the body becoming clearly visible within.
