In the chapter of... Like this, completely search for the mind. What is the Dharma of attachment? What is the Dharma of hatred? What is the Dharma of ignorance? Is it past, future, or present? Regarding this, the past mind has already been exhausted. The future mind has not yet arrived. The present mind has no dwelling place. O Light Protector, this mind is neither inside nor outside, and it is not found in either. Thus it is said. In the Tantra, it is also said: Non-meditation is the best of meditation. If one's own mind can see itself, where can objects and signs be seen? Non-seeing is the best of seeing. Thus it is said. In the Sutra Requested by Selfless Mother, it is said: Not long, not short. Not round, not square. Not subtle, not coarse. This is the nature of Bodhicitta. This refers to the ultimate Bodhicitta. In the Kauśika Sutra, it is said: No cessation, no birth. No cutting, no permanence. Not different, not one. No coming, no going. Thus it is said. Āryadeva said: If one understands the meaning of the emptiness of Dharma nature, then in the external realm of signs or results, in the realm of the five gates, form and sound, smells, tastes, touches, without exception, will clearly appear as emptiness. This refers to the external. In the internal aspect, it is the same. Even if internal afflictions and subtle grasping and clinging arise, without duality, they are naturally liberated, beyond calculation. Thus it is said. In the Collection of Teachings, it is said: Form is empty by the nature of form. Do not cling to form, do not meditate on emptiness. Thus it is said. In the Heart Sutra, it is said: The five aggregates are also empty by their own nature, and one should correctly follow and observe them. Like this, that which cannot be pointed out is the most supreme. Having observed in this way, not seeing, not finding, not grasping, not clinging, in that state, do not think anything, do not conceptualize anything, do not fabricate anything, relax and abide. Without distraction, nakedly abide on whatever arises. For conceptual thoughts, there is no acceptance or rejection, Harsong. Without distraction for even a moment, abide in the self-born state. The Noble One said: If you do not think of anything, Hada, Sale, there is no determination. Spontaneously accomplished, abide without determination. Thus it is said. In the Collection of Teachings, it is said: Do not fabricate, it is the teaching of the Victorious Ones. If you fabricate, the fabricator is a demon. Be sure to abide in your own place.

Yes. Like a person afflicted with illness, keep the six consciousnesses in a relaxed state. Also, it says in that very text: Form, feeling, perception, etc., if you definitely do not focus on them in your mind, you will be liberated from the realms of the three worlds, habitual tendencies will not arise, and the bhumis and paths will be perfected. As it is said, whatever conceptual thoughts arise in the mind, such as forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and tactile sensations, do not accept or reject them, but remain in a relaxed state. It is taught that without artificiality, there is self-liberation. In the chapter, it says: Therefore, since it is free from cause and condition, in the emptiness of the nature of your own mind, do not adjust or fabricate, but rest in your own place. It is self-liberation and great bliss. By resting in this way, you are free from dualistic grasping, hope, and fear, and awareness abides clearly in a single-pointed, unconditioned state, which is calm abiding (shamatha). In that state, there is a feeling of bliss in body and mind. Even if thoughts arise, they do not distract you, and you abide in a state of non-conceptuality. The experience of clarity and unobstructed appearance in relation to objects, etc., is the experience of the three aspects of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality. Do not cling to these experiences, but maintain them naturally. By looking at the nature of meditative equipoise (samadhi), the nature of mind is emptiness, its characteristic is clarity, clarity and emptiness, free from elaboration, and free from all assertions is the view. Non-distraction is meditation. Non-contrivance, acceptance, and rejection is conduct. That which manifests is called the result. If, through long-term meditation, conceptual thoughts increase, causing restlessness and discomfort in meditation, etc., then if you recognize the conceptual thoughts at that time, it is like catching a thief, and there is no fault. The first experience is said to be like water flowing down a steep mountain. Also, sometimes recognize the arising and non-arising of conceptual thoughts while abiding in that state. That
