Go slowly and be red! At the crown of the head, visualize the white seed syllable of the deity (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om), making it clear. Rays of light emanate from the six-syllable mantra, and the pure lands of the six realms, along with their fruits, dissolve into these syllables. Phat! (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, literal Chinese meaning: Phat!) The red and white bindus at the soles of the feet pulsate, and the suffering of hot and cold hells, along with their seeds, dissolve into the bindu, gathering at the secret place, becoming like a mustard seed egg. The seed of the preta, along with hunger and thirst, dissolves into the bindu, transferring to the navel chakra. The seed of the animal, along with ignorance, dissolves into the bindu, transferring to the heart chakra. The seed of the human, along with poverty, dissolves into the bindu, transferring to the throat chakra. The strife of the asura, along with its seed, dissolves into the bindu, transferring to the crown chakra. The downfall of the deva, along with its seed, dissolves into the bindu. Gradually, these bindus become larger and larger, almost like the egg of a garuda, rising upward, and by reciting a strong Phat! (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, literal Chinese meaning: Phat!), visualize dissolving into the heart of the Mother, and remain in meditation. Another method is to visualize the red and white bindus at the feet of your own central channel as before, without visualizing the seeds of the six realms, and with Phat! (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, literal Chinese meaning: Phat!), merge the two bindus at the secret place. Again, with Phat! (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, literal Chinese meaning: Phat!), the consciousness, along with the bindu, emanating from the heart, goes out from the crown of the head and dissolves into the heart of the Mother. There is also a condensed method: in the depths of the heart, in the shape of an eight-petaled lotus, visualize the essence of consciousness as a bindu, and with Phat! (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, literal Chinese meaning: Phat!), dissolve into the heart of the Mother, etc. Whichever of these three methods of transference is feasible should be practiced, and it is called opening the door of the sky. Then, again, from the heart of the Mother, the essence of one's own and others' awareness transforms into a red Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), and as soon as it emanates outward, in an instant, it transforms into Vajrayogini, with a red body, holding a curved knife and a skull cup, possessing all the ornaments and attire, and the illusory body of the aggregates is laid face up. Cutting it with the curved knife to the size of the knife, with a "shak" sound, peeling it open with the handle, peeling off the skin from above, becoming the golden foundation of the Great Powerful One, the essence being flesh and blood, and the form being a mandala made of various jewels, with blood and incense water dripping on it without distinction. The central part of the body is Mount Sumeru. The upper right side of the body, along with the arm, is Purvavideha, the upper left side of the body, along with the arm,
