ན་རྒྱལ་ཚབ་བཀོད་པའི་ཕྱིར། །དེ་ནི་བན་ཆུང་བོད་དུ་འགྲོ། །བན་ཆུང་བོད་དུ་འགྲོ་བ་ལ། །ཤུལ་ན་འཕྲེང་བ་རྣམས་གསུམ་ཡོད། །ཡིད་ལ་གཅགས་པ་རྣམ་གསུམ་ཡོད། །ལམ་ན་འཇིགས་པ་རྣམ་གསུམ་ཡོད། །བར་ན་འཚེར་བ་རྣམ་གསུམ་ཡོད། །གདོང་ན་བྲོད་པ་རྣམ་གསུམ་ཡོད། །ངོ་མཚར་ཆེ་བ་རྣམ་གསུམ་ཡོད། །གླུ་དེ་ཡི་རྗེས་ཟློས་མ་བཤད་ན། །ཚིག་དེས་དོན་གྱི་བརྡ་མི་འཇོལ། །ཤུལ་ན་འཕྲེང་བ་རྣམ་གསུམ་ནི། །རྗེ་ནཱ་རོ་དང་མཻ་ཏྲིས་དབུ་མཛད་པའི། །གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་བླ་མ་བརྒྱ་རྩ་གཅིག །ཤུལ་དུ་ལུས་ཏེ་མ་བས་འཕྲེང་། །དཔལ་འཇིགས་མེད་གྲགས་པས་དབུ་མཛད་ནས། །མཆེད་དང་ལྕམ་དྲལ་བརྒྱ་རྩ་གཅིག །ཤུལ་དུ་ལུས་ཏེ་མ་བས་འཕྲེང་། །གནས་ཕུལླ་ཧ་རིས་སྣ་དྲངས་པའི། །གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་གནས་ཆེན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་གཅིག །ཤུལ་དུ་ལུས་ ཏེ་མ་བས་འཕྲེང་། །ཡིད་ལ་གཅགས་པ་རྣམ་གསུམ་ནི། །ལྷ་དྷརྨ་བོ་དྷི་ཨ་ཤོ་ཀ །དྲིན་ཅན་གྱི་གནས་པོ་ཕོ་མོ་རྣམས། །འབྲལ་མི་ཕོད་དེ་ཡིད་ལ་གཅགས། །བྲམ་ཟེའི་ཁྱེའུ་གསེར་འཕྲེང་ཅན། །ཤི་སྲོག་གིས་མཐུད་པའི་གྲོགས་པོ་བྱས། །འབྲལ་མི་ཕོད་དེ་ཡིད་ལ་གཅགས། །དེད་དཔོན་གྱི་བུ་མོ་སྔོ་བསངས་མ། །མཚན་ལྡན་གྱི་རིག་མར་བསྟེན་བསྟེན་ནས། །འབྲལ་མི་ཕོད་དེ་ཡིད་ལ་གཅགས། །ལམ་གྱི་འཇིགས་པ་རྣམ་གསུམ་ནི། །ཆུ་དུག་མཚོ་ཁོལ་མས་སྣ་དྲངས་ནས། །ཤར་ཆུ་བོ་གངྒཱ་ད་བཟོད་བརྒལ། །འདི་མ་མཐོང་གོང་ནས་ང་རེ་འཇིག །རི་ཨུ་ཤི་རི་ཡི་ནགས་འདབས་ན། །ཆོམ་རྐུན་གྱི་ཇག་པས་ལམ་ན་བསྒུག །འདི་མ་མཐོང་གོང་ནས་ང་རེ་འཇིགས། །གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ཏི་ར་ཧུ་ཏི་ན། །ཁྲེལ་མེད་ཀྱི་ཤོ་གམ་ཆར་ལྟར་འབབ། །འདི་མ་མཐོང་གོང་ནས་ང་རེ་འཇིགས། །བར་གྱི་འཚེར་བ་རྣམ་གསུམ་ནི། །འཕྲང་པ་ལ་ཧ་ཏི་མ་གཏོགས་པ། །དཔྱ་འཕྲང་ཟམ་པ་ བརྒྱད་ཅུ་གཅིག །ཀྱེ་མ་དངུལ་ཆུ་བས་ཀྱང་འཚེར། །ལ་ཁ་ལ་བྱེ་ལ་མ་གཏོགས་པ། །ལ་ཆེན་ལ་ཆུང་བརྒྱད་ཅུ་གཅིག །ཀྱེ་མ་དངུལ་ཆུ་བས་ཀྱང་འཚེར། །ཐང་དཔལ་མོ་དཔལ་ཐང་མ་གཏོགས་པ། །ཐང་ཆེན་ཐང་ཆུང་བརྒྱད་ཅུ་གཅིག །ཀྱེ་མ་དངུལ་ཆུ་བས་ཀྱང་འཚེར། །གདོང་གི་བྲོད་པ་རྣམ་གསུམ་ནི། །སྒྲ་ཀ་ལ་ཙཱནྡྲས་སྣ་དྲངས་ནས། །སྐད་སྣ་བརྒྱ་དང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་ཤེས། །གྲོགས་ལོ་ཙཱ་ཚོགས་ན་ང་རེ་བྲོད། །དགྱེས་རྡོར་གདན་བཞིས་སྣ་དྲངས་ནས། །རྒྱུད་འགྲེལ་བ་རྒྱ་དང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་ཤེས། །གྲོགས་སྟོན་ཆེན་ཚོགས་ན་ང་རེ་བྲོད། །བཀའ་བཞིའི་གདམས་པས་སྣ་དྲངས་ནས། །སྙན་རྒྱུད་བརྒྱ་དང་རྩ་བརྒྱད་ཤེས། །གྲོགས་སྒོམ་ཆེན་ཚོགས་ན་ང་རེ

Because the regent was appointed, Therefore, the young monk will go to Tibet. On the young monk's journey to Tibet, Behind him are three kinds of attachments, In his heart are three kinds of reluctance, On the road are three kinds of fears, In between are three kinds of worries, In front of people are three kinds of shyness, There are three kinds of wonders. If this song is not repeated, These words cannot express their meaning. The three kinds of attachments behind him are: Headed by the venerable Naropa and Maitripa, One hundred and one accomplished masters, Left behind, like a mother's attachment. Headed by glorious Jikme Drakpa, One hundred and one brothers and sisters, Left behind, like a mother's attachment. Headed by the sacred site Pullahari, One hundred and one great sacred sites of accomplished ones, Left behind, Like a mother's attachment. The three kinds of reluctance in his heart are: The gods Dharma Bodhi Ashoka, The kind benefactors, male and female, Unable to part, reluctant in his heart. The Brahmin boy with the golden necklace, Friends who have connected their lives, Unable to part, reluctant in his heart. The captain's daughter, the blue maiden, Relying on her as a consort with signs, Unable to part, reluctant in his heart. The three kinds of fears on the road are: Headed by the poisonous boiling lakes, The eastern Ganges River, difficult to cross, Before seeing this scene, I am already afraid. At the edge of the Ushiri mountain forest, Robbers and bandits wait on the road, Before seeing this scene, I am already afraid. In the city of Tirahuti, Shameless gambling falls like rain, Before seeing this scene, I am already afraid. The three kinds of worries on the way are: Except for the Palahati valley, Eighty-one tax card bridges, Alas, more worrying than the silver river. Except for the Lakhalajyela mountain, Eighty-one large and small mountains, Alas, more worrying than the silver river. Except for the Tangbamotangtang plain, Eighty-one large and small plains, Alas, more worrying than the silver river. The three kinds of shyness in front of people are: Headed by the sound scholar Kalachandra, Knowing one hundred and eight languages, In front of translator friends, I feel shy. Headed by the four seats of Hevajra, Knowing one hundred and eight tantra commentaries, In front of great Dharma master friends, I feel shy. Headed by the four instructions of key points, Knowing one hundred and eight oral transmissions, In front of practitioner friends, I feel shy.
