ད། 在这令人心旷神怡、吉祥圆满的地方，山峦高耸，珍贵的岩山上，住着寂静与忿怒的诸神。这里是专心致志修行的好地方。南方森林的山坡雄伟壮丽，各种树木散发着芬芳的香气，度母薄伽梵母真实地住在这里，轻易地赐予殊胜和共同的成就。西边白色的水晶佛塔前，住着五部佛的坛城，仅仅看到它，就能消除无碍的业和烦恼产生的障碍。北方莲花红宝石的岩石面上，光辉的马头明王，被英雄神众所环绕，也能自在地转变轮回和涅槃的一切。东方是拉殿（Lha-gdan）觉沃释迦牟尼佛像的化身，在坚硬的珍贵石板上，光辉的释迦王自然显现，使清净的教法永世长存。中央是色究竟天（འོག་མིན་）的殊胜之地金刚座，尊者三世一切智等，是三世诸佛居住的地方，是楚布寺（མཚུར་ཕུ་，Tsurphu Monastery）化身的主寺，总的来说，在世间是无与伦比的。任何人见到、前往，甚至仅仅忆念一次，必定能消除百劫的罪障。我因琐事和散乱而心烦意乱，在觉姆冈（Jo-mo-gang）和楚布（Tsurphu）等地，作为父亲噶举派的住所，一心一意地修行铭记于心。即使铭记于心，对治的力量也很弱，而且对今生的执着还没有断除，从暂时为他人利益而伪装开始，日夜像无助的朋友一样散乱。现在认真地反思自己，心力耗尽，修行佛法在无意义中浪费了青春。总的来说，这种口是心非的行为，上师们都知道，对自己有害。现在，噶玛的追随者和想修行的人们，要用死亡无常的猛烈来鞭策自己，把今生的事情都放下，把修行佛法作为核心，一定能实现永恒的愿望。一般来说，人多思虑会扰乱心绪，犹豫不决的念头使人无所适从。依靠乞讨来的食物，用过的扫帚和破旧的衣服，简单的钵盂和生活用品，依靠无罪的食物和苦行的精华，即使暂时修行，也能大大增加功德。总的来说，思想的重点是修持菩提心，自己一个人

Da. In this delightful and auspicious place, the mountains rise high, and on the precious rocky mountains, reside the peaceful and wrathful deities. It is a good place to practice with one-pointed mind. On the majestic southern forest slopes, various trees emit fragrant scents. The Bhagavati Tara truly resides here, easily bestowing supreme and common accomplishments. In front of the white crystal stupa to the west, resides the mandala of the five Buddha families. Just seeing it eliminates the obstacles of karma and afflictions. On the northern lotus ruby rock face, the glorious Hayagriva, surrounded by heroic deities, also freely transforms all of samsara and nirvana. To the east, the incarnation of Jowo Shakyamuni from Lha-gdan, on the hard, precious stone slab, the glorious Shakya King naturally appears, ensuring the pure teachings endure forever. In the center, the supreme Akanishta, Vajrasana, the venerable Dusum Khyenpa, and all the Buddhas of the three times reside. It is the main temple of the Tsurphu incarnation, unparalleled in the world. Whoever sees, goes to, or even remembers it once, will surely eliminate the sins of hundreds of kalpas. I am disturbed by trivial matters and distractions. In places like Jomo Gang and Tsurphu, as the residence of the father Kagyu lineage, I single-mindedly practice and keep it in my heart. Even if I keep it in my heart, the power of the antidote is weak, and the attachment to this life has not been severed. Starting from pretending to benefit others temporarily, I am distracted day and night like a helpless friend. Now, seriously reflect on myself, my heart is exhausted, and practicing Dharma wastes my youth in meaninglessness. In general, this hypocritical behavior is known by the lamas and is harmful to oneself. Now, followers of Karma and those who want to practice, use the fierce impermanence of death to spur themselves on, put aside the affairs of this life, and make practicing Dharma the core, and you will surely achieve eternal wishes. In general, thinking too much disturbs the mind, and hesitant thoughts make one unable to go anywhere. Rely on begged food, used brooms, and worn-out clothes, simple bowls and living supplies, rely on blameless food and the essence of asceticism, and even temporary practice will greatly increase merit. In general, the main focus of thought is to cultivate bodhicitta, oneself alone.

Ashamed by the sacred front. For the sake of the six realms of beings, with compassion. Meditate on the profound path, emptiness and compassion. If you do not take the meaning into your own mind and practice, Even if you are eloquent, it is just parrot talk. The instructions given by the venerable Lama, At first, hearing them cuts off superimpositions. Secondly, thinking about them establishes them. Finally, rest one-pointedly in the mind. When the mind's afflictions and thoughts are completely pacified, From the moment the mind becomes unwavering and stable, For all phenomena, the supreme wisdom of selflessness. Meditate on the union of quiescence and insight, the way things are. To the father Lama, the wish-fulfilling jewel, Pray intensely day and night, This appearance of dualistic clinging and delusion, Abandon it like a worn-out broom without attachment. For the awareness that has no before or after, The patches of artificial fabrication are meaningless, Whatever arises, in the nature of awareness, Constantly rest in the natural state of non-action. The mind is inherently Buddha, Pointing to this is, this is, The essence of the venerable Dakpo's oral instructions, Is the teacher who directly points out the meaning! Whatever merit there is in these words, May all disciples led by you who pray, And all beings to be tamed who follow me, Quickly attain the state of glorious Vajradhara! This was written at the urging of Karma Chöle and others, in the solitary cave of Samten Yidong Ling at Tsurphu (established in 1189, located in Doilungdêqên County, Lhasa). This rambling talk of a lazy person wandering aimlessly, For the sake of slightly benefiting my own mind, I wish that these words, spoken from whatever comes to mind, May be a melody that encourages self and others towards virtue. This leisure and endowment body is difficult to obtain again and again, This life is impermanent and certain to perish quickly, Wherever one is born in the future depends on the actions of this life, If one wanders in samsara without liberation, what will happen? The gains and honors of this life are like lightning in the sky, Whatever virtue is accumulated is the provisions for the next life, Without committing even a speck of unwholesome deeds, Now is the time to accomplish the ultimate aspiration, Enjoyment and power
