The outer guidance is giving instructions, the inner guidance is bestowing awareness like a rock, the core guidance is experiencing non-separation from experience. A yogi is one who possesses these three guidances. Do you have a handmaiden who can receive these three guidances? Having said this, the woman said, "After receiving such guidance, can one still go to terrifying places?" In response, he sang this song. Going to terrifying solitary places is the outer severance, abandoning the body as food is the inner severance, cutting off the root completely is the core severance. A yogi is one who possesses these three severances. Do you have a handmaiden who can perform these three severances? Having said this, the woman said, "Performing severance requires 'Phaṭ,' so what is the meaning of 'Phaṭ'?" In response, he sang this song. No gods, no demons is the confidence of view, no distraction, no meditation is the confidence of meditation, no need for hope is the confidence of the fruit. A yogi is one who possesses these three confidences. Do you have a handmaiden who desires to realize these three confidences? Having said this, the handmaiden, with great devotion, grasped his feet, invited him inside, gave him excellent hospitality, and then said, "Please give me a meditation practice," and offered this supplication. Ah! My supreme precious Jetsun, ah! Noble yogi, I am busy with work during the day, I fall into the sleep of ignorance at night, day and night I have become a slave to food and clothing, I have no time to practice Dharma. Please give me a Dharma that can attain Buddhahood, please give me a Dharma that can attain enlightenment. Having said this, the Jetsun sang this song of four similes and five meanings. Ah! 听着，有信仰的富家女。你仰望这天空，做个无边无际的禅修。你仰望日月，做个无明无暗的禅修。你远眺那座山，做个不变不动的禅修。你俯视这片大海，做个无波无浪的禅修。你回看自己的心，做个无念无想的禅修。这样说完后，渔妇禅修并献上了她的心智。 啊！尊贵的杰尊仁波切。那么，高贵的瑜伽士，我能禅修天空，但如果出现南方的云彩，该如何禅修？我能禅修日月，但如果星宿 错乱，该如何禅修？我能禅修山，但如果草木繁盛，该如何禅修？我能禅修大海，但如果波涛汹涌，该如何禅修？我能禅修自心，但如果妄念纷飞，该如何禅修？这样问完后，杰尊唱了这首消除障碍的歌。 啊！渔妇巴丹本，听着，有信仰的富家女。如果能禅修天空，南方的云彩是天空的幻化。进一步确定幻化，进一步确定心性。如果能禅修日月，星宿是日月的幻化。进一步确定幻化，进一步确定心性。如果能禅修山，草木是山的幻化。进一步确定幻化，进一步确定心性。如果能禅修大海，波涛是大海的幻化。进一步 确定幻化，进一步确定心性。如果能禅修自心，妄念是心的幻化。进一步斩断妄念的根源，进一步确定心性。这样说完后，渔妇通过禅修生起了良好的体验，上师以这四种支持的忠告唱了这首歌。 啊！渔妇巴丹本，听着，有信仰的富家女。从今生到后世路途遥远，你准备好干粮了吗？干粮是布施，你尝试了吗？被称为吝啬的敌人是束缚者，它装作帮助，实则带来伤害。你知道吝啬是敌人吗？如果知道，就把它抛在身后吧。

Look afar at that mountain and meditate on its immovability. Look down at this ocean and meditate on its wavelessness. Look back at your own mind and meditate on its absence of thoughts. Having said this, the fisherwoman meditated and offered her mind. Ah! Noble Jetsun Rinpoche. Then, noble yogi, I can meditate on the sky, but if southern clouds appear, how should I meditate? I can meditate on the sun and moon, but if the constellations are in disarray, how should I meditate? I can meditate on the mountain, but if vegetation flourishes, how should I meditate? I can meditate on the ocean, but if waves surge, how should I meditate? I can meditate on my own mind, but if wandering thoughts arise, how should I meditate? After asking this, Jetsun sang this song of dispelling obstacles. Ah! Fisherwoman Pal Dar Bum, listen, faithful wealthy woman. If you can meditate on the sky, southern clouds are the illusion of the sky. Further ascertain the illusion, further ascertain the nature of mind. If you can meditate on the sun and moon, the constellations are the illusion of the sun and moon. Further ascertain the illusion, further ascertain the nature of mind. If you can meditate on the mountain, vegetation is the illusion of the mountain. Further ascertain the illusion, further ascertain the nature of mind.
