May I become one with Akshobhya Vajra, and may I be blessed to accomplish the welfare of beings without bias. ༈ Homage to the Guru. With the strength of love, compassion, and Bodhicitta, for those sentient beings tormented by suffering in the prison of samsara, your compassionate gaze never misses the opportune time. With profound and vast methods like an ocean, your heart's treasury is filled with the jewels of wisdom. You possess the wisdom to know all the countless phenomena of knowledge without obstruction. You are the magical manifestation of Amitabha, the protector of the blissful realm. The Sixth Shamarpa, Palden Garwang Chökyi Wangchuk, opened hundreds of profound and secret Vajra treasure doors to suit the dispositions of those to be tamed, and now some scattered contents are arranged as follows: That is, the sixth, blessed by the name of the Shamarpa, named Chökyi Wangchuk, when I was thirteen years old, the great accomplished master Bazha Dorje, when he was dwelling in retreat at Nyag-nyä'i ri khrod, removed the three faults of our body, speech, and mind, led us to the path of faith, and bestowed upon us the kindness of entrusting us with the essential heart. Through the power of repeatedly remembering the face of Karmapa Wangchuk Dorje, who possesses the qualities of the Buddha, such as the four means of gathering and the four fearlessnesses, I prayed with great faith as follows: ༈ Homage to Vajreshvaraya (藏文，梵文天城体，vajreśvarāya，Lord of Vajra). I, the yogi blessed by the Guru, today sing a song of happiness. Today I sing a song of joy. I pray to the venerable Vajradhara. May Father Marpa bless me. I pray to Gungthangpa. May Wangchuk Dorje bless me. I long to be a vagabond with no master above. I long to be an ascetic with no servant below. Life is impermanent, like a butter lamp in the wind. Those who cling to it are truly mistaken. In the infallible nature of cause and effect, it is truly pitiful not to strive in Dharma. I am the holder of the Kagyu teachings. I will follow the biography of Father Milarepa. I pray to Father Milarepa.
