The reason why this is necessary is that the Bhagavan Glorious Vajrasattva also stated this prophecy in the spoken tantra, the Vajra Garland. Thus it is said. Secondly, those who have long been overcome by great attachment, those born in the three realms of existence, for the sake of liberating them, the material bindu is taught. Those who are overcome by great hatred, whoever is born with an unruly body, for the sake of quickly liberating them, the mantra bindu is taught. Those who are completely deluded by great ignorance, to protect existence, to obtain the eight fruits of accomplishment, for the sake of obtaining the fruit of wisdom, the wind bindu is taught. Thus it is said. The phrase "whoever" in between is a clarification, so it is combined with all three bindus. Whoever, from a time without beginning, has long been overcome by great attachment, and is born in the three realms of desire, form, and formlessness due to karma and affliction, in order to completely liberate the continuum of these causes and effects of attachment, it is taught to meditate on the white and red material bindu. Whoever is overcome by great hatred and is born with an unruly body, in order to quickly liberate their continuum from that, the stages of meditating on the conceptual mantra bindu are taught. Whoever is completely deluded by great ignorance, to protect them from the birth places of the three realms, and to obtain the eight fruits of accomplishment such as arrow-repelling grass and eye medicine, in order to make manifest the fruit of wisdom that possesses all perfections to their own senses, it is taught to meditate on the wind bindu. Here, the word "great" is added to all three poisons, meaning that the three poisons are very flourishing. This is not the same as using terms like "great attachment" to indicate the wisdom that subdues the three poisons. Secondly, the summary of the common meaning of the three chapters is: Thus, the three, channels, winds, and bindus, appear interdependently, and are called the dependent Vajra Body. Thus it is said. Thus, the three, channels, winds, and bindus, taught in the three chapters, literally mean that the wind relies on the channels, and the bindu relies on the wind, and so on. Ultimately, because they appear as the appearing aspect of the mind, they are interdependent.
