With the heat of the navel's fierce fire burning like a lamp, visualize the essence of the guru at the heart as a blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). From this, light radiates, visualizing the body's interior and exterior as clear and blazing with bliss and warmth. Maintaining the state of bliss and emptiness is the means of training the mind in the clear light of the Dharmakāya while sleeping. This is the key to enduring the cold even at night. There is no great descent here. Among the two walking 'khorlos, the first is descending into the sky: the body's posture is the vajra posture. As soon as the breath is held, immediately release the lotus position. The back rests on the cushion. Curl up the legs and lie supine, and when rising upwards, separate the back from the cushion. Stretch the legs and arms upwards, and at that time, open the fists of the hands. When curling downwards, clench the fists and strike the buttocks with the heels, making a sound, and after such stretching and curling three times. Stand up abruptly and perform the great descent three times, then exhale and shake upwards. The key to the visualization is: from the fierce fire of the navel, the nature of bliss and warmth, blue and clear air. Spreads to all the channels in an instant, visualizing the body as wide and swaying like cotton, not touching the ground. This cures dropsy. The second walking 'khorlo: the Ne-le Re-jog 'khorlo. The body's posture is the vajra posture. Hold the breath. After releasing the lotus position, rise upwards like a flying snake, with the left hand clenched and resting on the waist. The left foot is planted on the ground. Extend the right hand outwards, and clench the fist and strike the armpit, extending outwards. Similarly, when the foot is curled inwards, strike the buttocks. Likewise, alternate between right and left, three times on the right and three times on the left, for a total of six times. Finally, perform the great descent three times, then exhale and shake upwards. The key to the visualization is: with the effort of the lower air, pull upwards, visualizing the green wind goddess, the nature of wind, with two winged beings lifting from under the armpits. This is the key to covering a seven-day journey in one day, and the feet also walk with ease.

Inhale through the throat, making the sound "Hūṃ" (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) three times. Although it is said to inhale with ten slow long "Hūṃ" (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) and ten fast short "Hūṃ" (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), the actual practice is as described above. This represents all types of inhalation being associated with the ocean and Mount Meru, that is, associated with the abdomen and back; like raising a great flag, that is, associated with the tongue and palate; like a spring flowing upwards, that is, associated with the eyeballs turning upwards. The key to visualization is that, first, through the combination of wind, the fire of the tummo at the navel becomes stronger and stronger, so visualize that in the duti nadi of the great bliss wheel, the bodhicitta moon and the letter "Haṃ" (藏文:ཧཾ།,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Haṃ) are clearly manifest. Visualize that from the clearly manifest bodhicitta, nectar drips continuously in the form of the letter "Hँ" (藏文:ཧྃ།,梵文天城体:हँ,梵文罗马拟音:hँ,汉语字面意思:Hँ) with its head pointing downwards, gradually filling the four chakras such as the throat, and flowing down to the secret place, thereby generating the four joys of the reverse order in the continuum. Then, pull upwards with the effort of the lower wind and maintain in a state of bliss. When bliss arises slightly, relax the breath, and through the illusory wheel, pull the bodhicitta nectar upwards from the head, middle, and tail, visualizing it pervading the entire body. These inhalations must in any case precede each breath retention. Second, the way to unfold the Va syllable is: the body posture is relaxed, the breath is natural. The legs are in the vajra posture. The two hands are clenched into fists, with the knuckles facing upwards, placed on the hips. The elbows are straight. Relax the upper body, inhale with the sound "Hūṃ" (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), press the Adam's apple of the throat, tighten the four limbs as before, and perform three inhalations including tilting. The key to visualization is: as before, through the combination of wind, the tummo and the bodhi-bindu of the crown chakra are clearly manifest, and the tummo burns, causing the bodhi-bindu to melt. Visualize that the flame burns more strongly due to contact, and bliss pervades the entire body, while exhaling. Visualize that through three inhalations, bliss and warmth pervade up to the crown chakra. Third, the sitting posture of Yidak is: the body posture is moderate, the breath is moderate, release the vajra posture. The toes are placed on the ground. The soles of the feet are together. The fists are placed on the knees. With a long "Hi" sound
