In the center of the wheel, touching the red "Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah)" of the Sambhogakāya, joy and warmth arise in the throat, and the power of speech increases. Again, in the center of the crown chakra where the flames blaze intensely, touching the white "Om (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om)" of the Dharmakāya, unbearable joy and warmth arise throughout the upper and lower body. Meditate that the ends of the hairs are covered with fire and hold the breath. When exhaling, meditate that the fire pervades the three thousand worlds. This is called warming the four waters with the four fires, straightening the twisted channels, and the wind disease enters the life force, which is the key to quickly generating warmth. Among the two methods of cooling down, the first is the forceful cooling down, which is the illusion wheel known as the rough wooden stake of Jetsun Milarepa: the body posture includes the seven-point posture. Immediately after holding the breath, release the vajra posture and squat down, cross the two feet, cross the two hands and hold the thumbs. Rotate the abdomen three times to the right and three times to the left. Alternately lift the heels and hips, and do three small hip strikes. Then, alternately perform the posture of straightening the heels and the posture of lifting the hips halfway, and do three large hip strikes. The final great cooling down is to stand up and violently strike backwards with embracing arms, and with the hands stretched straight, strike the seat violently in the vajra posture as much as possible, and finally shake the body and exhale with a "Ha" sound. The key to visualization is: visualize oneself as the deity, and on the sun cushion in the navel chakra, the body of the root guru is like iron inserted into the coals of a blacksmith's furnace, radiating light and rays. With its light, invite all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions and three times, and they dissolve into the guru's body, and the fire blazes fiercely. Meditate that everything inside and outside the body, stable and moving, is illuminated by the light of the guru's wisdom fire. This will generate great warmth like a burning fire, pacify undigested tumor diseases, and enable one to sleep naked in ice water. The second cooling down method is the Dakini Serpent Hold: the body posture includes the vajra posture. Immediately after holding the breath, release the lotus posture and stretch the four limbs straight forward. Stand up with the two fists placed face down on the knees. Plant the tips of the toes and fingers of the four limbs. Bend the head between the two hands and look upwards, concentrate the mind, tighten the abdomen, and rotate three times to the right and three times to the left. In the middle, do nine "ད"-shaped movements, and finally do three great cooling downs, etc.

Ha Pruk release the wind. At this time, the three postures in the center, the lotus position and the Jangpa's illusory wheel are not recorded, but it seems to be missing. The key point of visualization is to clearly visualize the Bodhicitta (Tibetan: བྱང་སེམས་, Sanskrit Devanagari: बोधिचित्त, Sanskrit Romanization: bodhicitta, Chinese literal meaning: Bodhicitta) ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: ham, Chinese literal meaning: హం) syllable with a moon disc on the crown of the head, and the fire of the navel chakra's kundalini burns about four fingers high, like melting ice. From the moon disc on the crown of the head, the ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: ham, Chinese literal meaning: హం) syllable points downwards, and from all around the edges, the Bodhicitta nectar drips like pearls, like dew condensing on the lid of a container. Again, the flame burns upwards in the dhūti (Sanskrit: धृति, Sanskrit Romanization: dhṛti) by about one finger, and the nectar melting from the ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: ham, Chinese literal meaning: హం) syllable on the crown of the head spreads throughout the inside and outside of the dhūti (Sanskrit: धृति, Sanskrit Romanization: dhṛti) in the form of light. Visualize the whole body filled with light, feeling unbearable warmth and joy. This can cure edema and heart disease. Among the two illusory wheels for eliminating dullness and distraction, the first is the "Bird Flying" for eliminating dullness. The body posture is the vajra posture. Hold your breath, and as before, undo the lotus position and forcefully stretch your legs and arms forward. When getting up, place your left foot on the ground. Bend your right leg and place the sole of your foot on the left thigh. Stretch both hands out like wings and clench your fists. First, bend your right hand and strike the upper part of your shoulder with your right hand while extending your left hand. Then bend your left hand and strike, alternating three times each, for a total of six times. Forcefully stretch forward, and when bending, clench your fists and strike your chest, and when stretching forward, strike your armpits, for a total of three times. Again, place your right foot on the ground, place the sole of your left foot on the thigh of your right leg, strike your shoulder with your left hand, grab your head, and perform three large movements as before, then release the wind, Ha Pruk. The key point of visualization is: Press down on the upper breath with as much force as possible. The fire of the navel chakra's kundalini burns about four fingers high, and its light touches the essence of the guru in the center of the heart chakra, the ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) thingga (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Chinese literal meaning:) syllable, from which white light emanates and spreads throughout the inside and outside of the body, making the pulse and breath indistinct, eliminating the obscuration of dullness. All the external light gathers back, and in the sky in front, a shining white spot appears, like a bright star rising, and focus your gaze and consciousness there. Finally, merge into the ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) syllable in the heart. This eliminates the dullness and confusion of consciousness. The second is the "Consciousness Entering the Vase" illusory wheel for eliminating distraction. The body posture is the vajra posture, like an arrow.
