Straighten the body, sit comfortably, bring your hands together in prayer, and stack your fists at the ankle joints of your feet, with the left fist below and the right fist above. Face your head towards the cushion. Simultaneously guide with the syllable "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) while lifting your head. Roll your eyes upwards. Press your tongue against the palate. Invert the lower body upwards. Make the upper abdomen feel tingling, hold the vase breath combined with the ocean and Mount Meru in the upper body. Like this, guide the right, left, and central channels, and do three stretches and contractions. When bending downwards, bring your palms together each time, and stack your fists as before. Then assume the vajra posture. Extend both hands forward and do three claps and flicks, and vigorously flick and smear the upper and lower parts of the body three times repeatedly, and release the breath. At the right, left, and center, repeatedly make the sound "Ha" and shake. The key point of visualization is: with the firelight of the Gathering Sutra, melt the syllable "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) at the crown chakra. From the central channel, to all chakras, and to the ends and middles of all branch channels, like being sprinkled with flower water, fill with nectar. All channels, places, and bindus become the nature of heroes and heroines, and one's own body becomes the mandala of the yidam deity. Then, hold the vase breath in the lower body, and let the fire of tummo spread to all channels and places, burning, thereby making all the deity assembly feel joyful and satisfied, becoming an offering. Finally, from all the sense doors and pores, flames burst out like lightning, and one's own body is contained in a tent of wisdom fire, spreading for a yojana, burning uninterruptedly, thereby making it impossible for any demons to find an opportunity. In the right palm, visualize a green wind wheel, shaped like a crescent moon. In the left palm, visualize a red fire source, shaped like a triangle, clap and flick. Visualize the palms of both hands as if being burned by fire, feeling scorching heat, unbearable, and then flick and rub the upper and lower parts of the body. Alternatively, let the breath flow naturally, maintain a comfortable posture. Stack the two fists without palms together on the right ankle, and guide the right, left, and central channels upwards with the sound of "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). Finally, make the sound "Ha", shake and flick. The visualization is the same as before. Finally, assume the vajra posture, with the seven-point posture of Vairochana, view the body, speech, and mind of the guru as inseparable from one's own three doors, relax and rest in the unconditioned state of the great seal. Dedicate the accumulation of merit to great bodhicitta, and also make extensive aspirations. End.

The wind without a place also stirs the flow of fire and water. The wind with thoughts causes all beings to come and go. The wind of liberation through skillful means, without distinguishing between thought and non-thought, carries one to the realm of Vajradhara. Mixing wind and thoughts gives rise to afflictions. Mixing wind and grasping destroys the four maras. The inseparability of wind and mind is the Great Seal, and mixing them is the swift path of the supreme bliss of Tummo. Its complete instructions are perfected, and in practice, by means of dispelling obstacles, extracting the essence, training the body, and the wheel of illusion, may the lineage of accomplishment be forever clear in this life as the great Vajradhara. This was also urged by my own attendant Karma Rinchen, and again, for the sake of having a reason for the teachings and the Dharma lineage, the accomplished master Lama Tashi Tsering and Zhe-Jang Namdak Tulku earnestly urged with gatherings and offerings of a thousand lamps. For the sake of being meaningful, the root text of the wheel of illusion, based on the notes of Kyabje Pema Nyinje and Jang Tulku Kye Wangyal, which have become widely spread here later. The stages of visualization, based on the words of the Eighth and Ninth Je, have been arranged and clarified by combining the errors of the small stream of practical guidance, and the stages of practical visualization have been arranged as far as the eye can see. Although it is very frightening to spread this oral transmission in writing, I confess my faults to the deities and lamas, and this is only for those who sincerely believe in this Dharma and have completed the recitation and practice of the yidam, and have received the complete practical guidance of the Six Dharmas. It should be kept strictly secret and not spread to others. Thus, in my own meditation room, Khyen Trul mainly edited the notes, may Tashi Palpung practice lineage teachings flourish. May there be auspiciousness and goodness! Although the desired enjoyments are abundant, do not accumulate them, and although there are many desirable retinues, do not be attached to them. The treasure of wisdom of the three trainings and scriptures, place it in the heart of renunciation and recitation. This was also written by Dzogchen Ponlop Karma Ngedon Sungrap Tenpai Gyaltsen in a secluded place in the cave of Khading, may goodness increase! Sarva Mangalam! The Clear Mirror of Oral Instructions on Tummo's Extraction of Essence, Body Training, and Wheel of Illusion from the Six Dharmas of Naropa.
